Nina apartments was clean,comfortable, and convenient. It’s right at the top of the hill so it’s easy to get to town and the bus station. There’s a restaurant and grocery store nearby if you don’t feel like doing the hill, and there is a nice area to sit outside.

Very helpful, clean and nothing was too much trouble. At he top of a steep hill so if you are not able to walk far or are not fit, its a bit too much. Lovely view from our room and catches the afternoon sun. Bus stop 50 metres away if you don't fancy the walk into the village. Number 10 bus takes you to Dubrovnik 50 Kuna return each. Well worth a trip or you can go on one of the many small boats from the port.

Wonderful location, delightful host.

We loved the location of this place overlooking the beach below. We only had a double room not an apartment but the outdoor rear deck offered addition space and a wonderful place to have the breakfast Nina prepared.

Convenient apartment.

Nina and her sister were really accommodating. We only stayed one night as we going to Dubrovnik by water taxi and were actually staying further north. Nina allowed us a parking spot which was so helpful. The outside of the apartment block is not very inviting but the room was clean and spacious and was very convenient for the centre of Cavtat. It was fine for our one night stay, but and it is a big but. We arrived early when the room was being cleaned and the window and door was open ended so we just left our bags and went off to Dubrovnik. We got back after dinner and the apartment smelled really strongly of cigarettes. It was in my nose and in my mouth and was just awful. After a lifetime of not smoking it was not acceptable and I just couldn’t sleep. We tried with the window/door open but it was too noisy. This has never happened before and maybe we should have specified a no smoking room but it never occurred to me as the no smoking law has been around in most places for a long time.

This is a good little place to stay. Nina was very helpful and the location was perfect. The signage was small, so when we arrived in the dark we could not locate the apartments as it is an A4 sized paper that has details, the parking is very limited too. These are minor issues the location and apartment are great.

Great apartment!

The owner of the apartments, Nina, was super friendly and spoke good English. She was reachable by Whats App, Viber and text. She gave us good recommendations for reataurants and local sights.

The actual apartment was clean and fresh, with decent WiFi. Noise from neighboring apartments was minimal. The little courtyard was also really nice to sit in with friends!

Clean, near the airport, good value

Would definitely consider staying here again. Apartment was very clean, with a kitchen / dining area and couch/futon on one side, and then a bedroom and bath in the back. Balcony faces the Cavtat waterfront and sunset. I found it to be a very good value.

Nina was super friendly and helpful. She got us settled in, and arranged a private ride to the airport for 100 kuna.

It's easy to get there from Dubrovnik on the number 10 bus (25 kuna), with a nearby stop that's just a short walk downhill to the apartment. We chose this apartment for our final night because it is close to the airport.

Speaking about the airport, one downside is that the entirety of Cavtat sits at the end of DVB's runway, so there is a steady stream of low-flying air traffic. It didn't bother me because I happen to be an airplane geek who loves watching them, but also because the planes are generally landing so the engine noise isn't as loud as take-offs. We slept with the balcony door open and were not awakened by the planes.

The room was bright, cheerful, and comfortable. Designated Parker my was nice, although extremely cramped. I wish I had been aware of the number of stairs and that there had been a hand rail. (One guest was using a cane at the time of our stay.)

Nina was a welcoming and informative host. the (purple) apartment was well kept and the shower room was well above what we have experienced in Croatia. good view of Adriatic and even Dubrovnik from balcony.

Just returned from a weeks holidays at the Nina Apartments in Cavtat. We stayed in the studio with the sea view (room13) and the view is wonderful. It more than makes up for the walk up the steep hill twice a day! There is a bus stop at the top the hill, therefore if the hill was an issue you could always get the bus.

The apartment was clean. The bedding was changed during our weeks's stay and the towels can be changed on request. The bin was emptied every day.

It must also be mentioned that Nina is a lovely young lady who was very firendly and helpful when asking for advice on the Costal Walk to Clippi, the Ronald Brown Pathway and getting to Debrovnik Old Town (bus or water taxi). She also picked us up and returned us to the airport.

Overall a fantastic holiday in Cavtat and Nina Apts

Cavtat is a lovely area of Croatia.

Staying at the Nina apartments was perfect for our visit to Croatia. It was a hard walk sometimes up to the apartment from the harbour but we found Most places in Croatia seemed to be uphill none of which detracted from the beauty of the place.

Nina apartments are a short walk from Cavtat centre and although it's uphill it's worth it for the views and the warm welcome. Very easy to go into town to eat at any of the great restaurants or cafes. The apartments are also just a few minutes walk from the bus to Dubrovnik and a cafe that does breakfasts, drinks and dinner. The rooms are comfortable , we only really had breakfast there but the facilities are ok for simple meals. Great welcome from Nina, always helpful , friendly - the rooms always always cleaned and fresh towels provided when needed. A really relaxed stay in beautiful Cavtat.

Nina was so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much for her. The rooms were clean and very functional, amazing value for our budget. Nina arranged transfers and gave valuable information during our stay. It was home from home. Would return here without a doubt!!

A week in beautiful Cavtat

Great value, clean apartment 5-10 min walk to Cavtat centre. Supermarket 100m away. Relaxed atmosphere, Nina was very friendly, helpful and laid-back. We stayed in room with sea-view and it was lovely. Lots of nice restaurants/bars in Cavtat and can easily book trips there too. Definitely recommend.

Nice place, near town centre and great view!

Nice place, comfy bed, got to cook and eat with the nice view of the place! Nina was warm, friendly and informative. She also responded quickly regarding my last min request about airport shuttle transfer the following day. Steep hill access from town centre but well worth it for the amazing view. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment with terrific view

Nina's apartment is terrific. It is a cozy little apartment with great view. Nina is also terrific. The apartment is located at the top of the hill which is just a 5 mins walk down to the center of Cavat. The hill is a bit steep but the view compensate for the Hill. I would certainly come back, the apartment is great and Cavat is amazing.

Great little place. 10 minutes walk from the centre of town (up a steep hill but very good for calf muscles). Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need.

Difficult to find (address input into Google maps doesn't match actual location of apartment) and location isn't the easiest to get to (steep uphill climb from Cavtat). Nice space, clean, good facilities (the kitchenette would be nice for a longer stay). Nina is very nice, very responsive to email inquiry, and helped to arrange transport to the airport.

The owner was courteous, professional and helpful. The place is quite a walk from the center of town but we didn't mind the walk. Nina, made arrangements for transportation to and from the airport. A real full service hotel. I am planning another visit and would definitely stay there again.

An excellent choice in Cavtat. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived and throughout my stay. Cavtat is convenient for Dubrovnik by boat and bus, and a fraction of the cost. Nina is an excellent hostess. (Just one caveat - the map shows the property down by the harbour, but it is quite a climb from there). Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely friendly staff in a clean, nice appartment

Lovely place, gorgeous views and staff that couldn't do enough for us! The apartment was set upon a hill but it's pleasant walk to and from the beach etc and has a supermarket and restaurant close by.

Will definitely return again!

Fantastic spot with lovely staff

Had five wonderful nights in Cavtat at Nina Apartments - they were attentive and kind from start to finish, contacting us directly after booking, arranging transfers, and keeping the room in impeccable condition. We had a wonderful view, and the centre of town was really accessible (but not so close as to be intrusive). Nina was particularly friendly and helpful, and I'd thoroughly recommend the apartments (and the area) to anyone visiting.

Gutes Appartment

Wir wurden von Nina am Flughafen abgeholt, unkompliziertes Ankommen und Einchecken. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist: Die Handtücher und auch Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, auch wurde der Mülleimer täglich geleert. Es hätte aber auch schnell mal der Boden gereinigt werden können. Wir haben uns aber wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Appartement avec terrasse sur les hauteurs de Cavtat , proche centre et commerces à pieds , arrêt de bus pour Dubrovnik . Très bon accueil , appartement spacieux , bien équipé , avec air conditionné . Idéal car proche de Dubrovnik, Monténégro et Bosnie et possibilité de se baigner à 5min à pied .

Nice location near beautiful Cavtat but noisy

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. Close to the centre of beautiful Cavtat with many restaurants, although it was a steep climb back to the apartment. By car or by boat is about 45 minutes to the old town of dubrovnik.
The disadvantage of this location is that it's directly underneath the approach route of the airport. Planes fly very low over the house a few times per hour between 7am and 11pm. And with the windows open the cars on the road are pretty noisy.
If you can't sleep with background noise, this is not the right apartment for you.

Nettes Appartment in Cavtat

Das Apartment liegt ca. 10 min vom Zentrum von Cavtat entfernt mit schoenem Blick auf die Bucht. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer! Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass es ein recht steiler Aufstiegt aus dem Centrum ist und Cavtat in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens (nur 5 km entfernt) liegt. Uns hat das nicht gestört , aber wer empfindlich ist, sollte Cavtat meiden.

Veldig rent og koselig sted. Første natten var uten air-condition, men vanskelig for verten å vite at den var ødelagt. Ble installert ny på et par timer dagen etterpå. Veldig bra oppfølging. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd.

Bon séjour (2 nuits) dans un appartement propre et confortable, mais bruyant ( les avions passent juste au dessus de l'appartement à une altitude basse). Sur place, les appartements ne sont pas signalés (manque de précision pour trouver les locations). Difficile de se garer.

Hôtel accueillant proche du centre et de la plage.

L'accueil en français de Nina fut fort sympathique et nous à simplifier la vie. Elle a pu ainsi nous expliquer la vie à Cavtat, l'accès aux centres commerciaux, aux plages et aux navettes pour visiter les îles avoisinantes. C'est une personne qui sait mettre à l'aise ses hôtes. Nous recommandons donc vivement.
Point fort : la climatisation avec la chaleur la nuit et le petit balcon donnant une vue superbe sur Dubrovnik.

Accueil personnalisé (transfert aéroport). Nina est fort sympathique,souriante,disponible et discrète. Le studio avec balcon vue sur mer : à recommander!!!!! il correspondait exactement aux photos de l'annonce. Appartement très très propre,très bien équipé,vue imprenable sur la mer. Au centre de Cavtat : petit raccourcit pour y accéder rapidement. Nous sommes restés une semaine en location (sans moyen de transport) et la situation géographique de l'appartement nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses au départ de Cavtat par bus,bateau,à pieds....... CAVTAT petit village de bord de mer magnifique!!!!!!! Merci Nina d'avoir contribué à ce merveilleux séjour!!!! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!
