It would be better if staff at breakfast did not take your plate away while you’re still working on it. In addition, better not to clear the table and take your bags away when you get up to get more food.
Also, would be great to have BBQ pork.

Very nice hotel, clean af comfortable. We got an upgrade upon arrival to a suite. Stan was very helpful and nice. Helped us book minivan for our onward journey and tickets to vinwonder. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great resort!

Champa Island resort had so many great amenities. You could easily block two or three days just to enjoy all of the offerings, including the art projects, Pickleball, and water activities. The breakfast buffet was great and the suites were a wonderful size. They say the front desk staff, breakfast staff, and housekeeping were extremely kind and helpful. We look forward to staying here again when we are back in Nha Trang.

I booked the cheapest available room at the time for 2 bed and get upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment style with a living room (Sofa and dining table) and a balcony. I truthly feel as I was at my own home, very comfortable bed. Amazing kind and friendly staffs whose will go above and beyond to helps all my needs especially Nhung I believe a manager there. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to have a more quite and relax place away from all the busy, noisy activities from the city. They have free shuttle to get to the city center daily.

Our visit was underwhelming. The spa was good and you get a free private sauna and steam room included. We were "upgraded" due to a wedding and other events however, we don't think it was an actual upgrade and was more for their convenience. Our upgraded rooms were bland and felt very empty. The pools were relatively nice however, there was loud music in one which started at 8am and went on all day and in the second pool there were public swimming lessons taking place everyday which took over a large part of the pool. There was a good array of drinks at the pool bar e.g. mango smoothie.

The hotel is slightly out city and hence oasis of calm and away from traffic noise etc. Accessible by Grab taxi inexpensive. Hotel modern , clean & pleasant staff. Upgraded to Kubera hotel in 2 bedroom condo. Fridge/freezer but no other practical amenities other than kettle. Ate once and only once in hotel sea food restaurant, very poor and hence never visited again (4night stay). Far better restaurants in Nha Trang. Breakfast was good daily. Beach transfer facility but limited to 12 loungers on beach. Clean water on main beach drag. The hotel overall is pleasant but not 5 star. I would use again simply to escape city noise.

The views were great.

Acommodation was clean which was much appreciated after staying in Ho Chi Minh city prior.

The bathroom didnt really make any sense. We had a stand in shower bath tub but due to the way it was designed, water would spill out of the bath regardless.

Not too much great activity at the resort to do...but it was a decent place to stay at while exploring Nha Trang for the week.

Worst hotel experience ever

The bad experience started right when we arrived. The security guard wouldn't let our taxi in because he didn't have our reservation on his list. Even after showing our hotels.com confirmation he still wouldn't let us in but we had to wait for 20minutes.

When we eventually got in and told the front desk this they just laughed. No apologies.

After check-in we realised that there were 12 rowdy teenage football teams staying in the hotel as well. When we tried to escape the noise from them by going to the bigger pool, we were told it was closed for refurbishment so no other options for some peace and quiet. Again, no apologies from the hotel.

As the cherry on top of our stay, the final night the fire alarm went off at 4am. I went to reception to check and they said don't worry, it's not a fire. I said in that case you need to shut the alarm off and the staff said no. No explanation. I eventually gave up and went back to my room. The alarm continued for 30minutes.

When we checked out the staff at the reception desk didn't make a single word of apology, instead we were told we had to pay for a bottle of water from the mini bar. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

the property is located in the heart of the city however because of his location being a river island, it seems away from the chaos of the road and you can enjoy breakfast with open doors and terrace on the river sides. The swimming pool is a very good size with swimmer and has kids sides as well to play in the water with out worrying about it.

Everything was very good but it would have been nice to have more than 4 employees who understood and could communicate in english. A cook that doesn't understand what eggs over easy are should not be dealing directly with customers or at least told the basics of english for what he is doing.

Front desk very good and attends you very quickly. Check in took about 2 minutes.

Room cleaned twice a day very fast

A little disappointed about the lack of friendliness (and appearance of unhappiness) of the staff that did not speak english (not sure why). A smile goes a long way.

Champa far exceeded my expectations. Nha Trang has become an overcrowded zoo, but Champa Island is a true Oasis of calm relaxation and comfort. WE experienced the friendliest most attentive staff of any of the 100 plus resorts we have stayed in. Rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with western and asian choices to satisfy any desire. Pools were very clean, as was the entire resort. Riverside seafood restaurant was very good with reasonable prices. Hard to really describe the terrific two weeks we had!

Good family resort at exce rates

The resort is beautiful and next to the river. The 'private beach' is a little misleading as the beach is a couple of miles away, but they do have a shuttle that goes there every hour or so.
The staff is super efficient and very welcoming. Really goes the extra mile to accommodate your requests and ready to give advice on the attractions the city has to offer. On-site restaurants serve good quality food but lack ambiance. The breakfast is excellent and I really enjoyed eating right beside the riverside.
It's a family resort and become very quiet very early in the evening.
It offer spa facilities in the cutest little huts.

Fantastic stay at Champa Island Resort. They kindly upgraded us to experience the newly open Cham Oasis Apartments and the experience was wonderful. Full breakfast included every morning. Great pool area and attached gym. Really nice place to enjoy some quite rest and relaxation. We will happily return to these apartments should we return to Nha Trang

The free upgrade from a garden view room to a pool view room brought the entire staying experience to a new level. Every morning, this pool view room is the source of the good mood to kick start the day.

Pros:
- Room and facilities condition
- Nice breakfast buffet
- Good location, in the center of Nha Tran city which is near to travel Diep Son Island or Vinpearl Island

Cons
- Only a handful of few senior staff are able to communicate in English (imagine yourself bring down the menu to Reception to order the room service, and the waitress doesn't understand what are butter and scramble eggs)
- The hotel is flooded with China tourist which serve as a good alarm clock every morning around 7am, some of them shouted from one end of the corridor to the other end, like they did back in their village.

Pros: Great breakfast buffet, nice pools, quiet location (once you get past 9/10pm and all the weddings/birthdays etc have cleared out).

Cons: Not a lot of food options on offer close by, 20-30 minute walk to the beach/main drag of Nha Trang - there are usually taxis waiting and there is a free transfer at certain times.

Every single morning there would be something that wakes you up. There was staff shouting at 5am one day and a concert or rally at 7am the next. Do not stay here if you expect to sleep past 5am. Rooms are also outdated and staff is not nice. I was carrying something heavy while dragging my luggage and staff didn't even bother to move their vacuum out of the way. I had to put stuff down to move it myself. I come to nha trang very often from the USA and will probably never stay here again.

We checked in late at night. At no stage were we offered any information about the resort, location of facilities nor information about Nha Trang - this was disappointing. Even more disappointing was that the advertised restaurants was currently only one restaurant with a very limited selection of food. Apart from this, the room was lovely, as was the pool. It was a shame that the advertised bar at the pool was never open.

Phòng rộng, mát mẻ nhưng sàn nhà hơi bẩn tí + có thể ít người ở nên ống cống bị hôi. Nhân viên có lên xử lý xông hơi nhưng không hiệu quả lắm. Resort 5* nhưng trải nghiệm cho mình giống như 3-4* thôi. Nhân viên thì chỉ làm nhiệm vụ của mình không cảm nhận đc sự chỉnh chu trong quá trình giao tiếp với khách.

Værelset er i orden, der er pænt og rent. En enkelt kakerlak, det tilgiver vi gerne.
Men bygningen tillader ikke udlejning i korte perioder - det står sågar på et stort, rødt skilt uden på bygningen. Og det er tydeligt. Sikkerhedsvagten er hele tiden på vagt, og man må ikke bruge poolen uden først at blive godkendt af udlejeren, som skal troppe op personligt ved poolen, mens man står og venter i sit badetøj. Ikke bare første gang, man bruger poolen, men hver gang. Desuden må man ikke lege, hoppe, spille bold, kysse hinanden eller sågar skifte bane, mens man svømmer.

Alt dette står på et skilt ved poolen, og der er en meget årvågen vagt, som holder øje og giver advarsler, hvis man har det lidt for sjovt.

Det er tydeligt, at ejendommen forsøger at gøre det så svært som muligt for de uvidende turister, da den slags udlejning tilsyneladende ikke er tilladt.

Når det er sagt, er beliggenheden fin, lejligheden udmærket, og sengetøjet var fint rent osv.
