Best Hotel Experience Ever

If I could give this place more stars, I would. My dad stayed here years ago and talks about this hotel all the time. He is elderly now and has some difficulty getting around but he wanted to come back to Vietnam and this hotel in particular. We stayed eight nights and everything about this place was exceptional. The staff, food and rooms were all amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The rooms were absolutely stunning, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It’s walking distance to everything as well. I highly recommend this place. It might be the best all around hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Rosaka Hotel!

This is our second stay at Rosaka.It is not very old.The staff are very nice.The receptionist Diem was lovely.Bed very comfortable,Breakfast was ok but not as good as previous stay also at our previous stay the hotel manager was very good checked with the guests to see if all was good but this time we didn’t know who the manager was.Excellent little roof top swimming pool.Fitness room well equipped.Unfortunatly bigger hotels are now blocking some sea views.Good location

The property was very clean. As soon as we arrived the staff on reception were very polite and upgraded our room to the suite without us even asking which was lovely. The hotel itself is in a great location and they have a roof top pool. The only reason I would not give this 5 stars is because the pool is very small (which we knew before booking) and there was no sun after 2/3pm because of the way it is designed. But overall an excellent stay!

Great area, but a bit noisy.

I did throughly enjoy my stay here at the rosaka. The staff were great and friendly. The pool was lovely and a sun trap. The views from rooftop pool/bar were amazing. Only downside we were facing the road and low down so it was rather loud during the morning. Good area for a few bars restaurants.

With out a doubt, the best hotel I’ve stayed at while in Vietnam.
The facilities, staff and breakfasts were better than expected. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Nha Trang.
This was my second visit and when I go again to Nha Trang I wouldn’t stay anywhere but here.
I’m an American currently living in Phoenix, Arizona, who is on a spiritual journey to clear my heart and sole from my time as a soldier during the 1970s. A difficult journey for me, but made so much easier by my stay here.

This was my second stay at the Rosaka Nha Trang, and once again, everything was fine. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and nice, and still look new. The gym is adequate and the breakfast buffet is reasonably good. The location is very good, the beach is nearby and restaurants, bars, shops, massage, and other amenities are close by, as well. Staff are friendly. Recommended for all travelers visiting Nha Trang.

What was good:
The hotel kindly upgraded our room to help celebrate our anniversary. This was much appreciated along with all the special touches of roses and petals.
The pool - it was clean with a nice view, small and able to get crowded when busy and the rinsing showers didn't work.
The room was clean, well appointed and bed comfortable. Overall a sense of luxury.

Not so good:
Noisy at night with banging doors from the neighbours
Breakfast selection only ok and the restaurant had absolutely no atmosphere but lots of loud Chinese coughing and spitting - hard to escape

Overall a very nice hotel in very busy and grubby city - provided us an escape from it all.

We loved our stay at Rosaka, having stayed for 7 nights we got a real good view of the property and it’s functions.
The pool and bar area was great, however, what you see in photos isn’t exactly what you get - as there are now high rises in front of the building blocking the view of the ocean.
The buffet breakfast was good too, room comfort was great. The only downside was even on the 12th floor we could hear ALL the noises of the busy main streets.
As for the staff, they were wonderful, however we didn’t appreciate on our last two days seeing a staff member behind the bar cutting theirs toenails next to the fruit used in the cocktails, and another staff member eating from the buffet breakfast behind the counter.
Otherwise, we thought it was great - good location!

The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great!! They even upgraded my suite when I arrived! The best hotel of our 3 week tour of Vietnam and make so amazing because of the staff every day we had contact with them asking questions and some favours and every time they bend over backwards for us and always wentbtye extra mile I would recommend this hotel on the staff alone breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice and you can watch the sunset from the back of the top floor we were also put in a room with the bestest bed I’ve slept in.

Comfortable stay with great staff

Had a nice 3 night stay in a family room. Good size, clean and great service from all staff especially the manager and Mr Tom who greets guests at breakfast.

Wide spread of food to eat at breakfast and has some western options and mainly Asian varieties to choose from.

We got upgraded which was lovely however the family rooms face the street and can be noisy at night. There was a musty/ mouldy smell in the first room we were allocated but that was sorted out by the manager and the next room was better.

Location is not on the beach but close enough for a 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the same road and the hotel travel desk was very helpful. we booked Vinpearl through them for the same price as entry tickets and were also given 5% off voucher for I-resort.

Great motel in Nha Trang, right amongst everything. The beach is nice and close as well.
The staff were accommodating and the breakfast had a huge range of options and was delicious.
The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfy.
Due to the typhoon the pool & gym were out of order but that’s something that couldn’t be helped.
Was a fantastic stay, thank you!

Customer service: Upon check in, front desk greet us with bright smile and walk us through on how to tour around the city. Really appreciate the honeymoon decoration for me and my my wife. One thing is probably the English fluency of the front desk officer.

Location: Location is good, within the city centre and walking distance to everywhere. Booked a private car to airport at VND 300,000 and rent a motorbike at daily charges of VND 120,000

Breakfast: Breakfast serve range of foods that suit both eastern and western travellers and the menu is constantly changing on daily basis, hence won't feel bored if you stay for couple of days.

Beautiful hotel with caring and friendly staff

Rosaka is a beautiful hotel. It is a short walking distance to the beach and close to the shops and eating places. The breakfast has a great varieties of food to choose from the Eastern to the Western food. The management of the hotel and staff are caring and friendly. They have a good preparation and organisation for the storm during my stay there. I feel less frightening and luckily, the storm was just passing by. And I have a wonderful holiday there.

Great stay with a few minor issues.

Great room, except other patrons nearby insisted on smoking for the duration of our stay. The hotel also denied access to a lot of facilities (understandably due to the recent typhoon) but this was not notified until our arrival. An alternative pool was made available next door but we didn’t feel comfortable walking between buildings. Appreciated the early check in.

Quiet, relaxed, and professional.

Wonderful stay during our three week trip around Vietnam.
Centrally located yet fairly quiet in our room, so created a welcome place to escape from the local vibe.
Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great variety of food. To ensure vegetarian food was available, the kitchen was informed and each morning a dish was prepared to meet our needs. Really appreciated this commitment to detail and customer care.
Recieved useful advice from staff about tours, local attractions, and general information.

The thing I like the most about this hotel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view of the city. It is close to many restaurants and cafe. Gave us a free room upgrade which was nice. The only thing that could make this hotel better is if it was next to the beach but it is only a short walk.

Best hotel I ever stayed. They cared about their customers as soon as you step in the hotel, they provided a little drink which help you refresh after your trip there. Room is spacious and new. Very quiet. Upscale equipment. Breakfast is delicious. However room doesn't have iron and ironing board. I booked the city view room with balcony but I can't see any city view but roofs.

Excellent service by the hotel staff and the pool was fantastic! We booked and paid extra for a premium ocean view when we arrived we discovered our view was blocked by recent construction of high rises in the area, not worth the extra money. Room was excellent, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Spa in the hotel was amazing, although more expensive than others in the area. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety.

One of the most wonderful trips I've ever had. While most of the hotel staff can only speak a minimal amount of English, the manager and Assistant manager of the hotel, the spa and the restaurant were able to communicate at a very impressive bilingual proficiency. Regardless, everyone genuinely endeavored to make sure their guests were well taken care of.

The hotel is conveniently located across a great selection of eateries and a five min walk from the beach.

The spa was decent and the pricing was quite reasonable for a four star hotel.

Would definitely recommend the hotel with enthusiasm.

It was our first time visiting Nha Trang and we decided to pick Rosaka based on the pictures and rating. The rooftop health club was amazing. Swimming pool was beautiful and had city view. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing. After we came back from the beach, they brought us up extra towels for showering. The staff was stunning and breakfast tasted great. The vice director was also so nice and asked us how we were doing.

This hotel is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach.
The infinity pool is spectacular with a ivory view of the beach and skyline buildings. Only thing is, there are only 10 sun beds which means not many people can be up there, which in a way, if you get a sinned it's good because it doesn't get crowded!!

The staff are lovely. Very attentive and helpful. They have a doorman and plenty of staff to help, which gives the impression they are willing to go to any length to assist you.

Our room was perfect, comfortable and very clean.

I don't often rate hotels 5 out of 5, but this one I definitely do.

Loved Rosaka!

Great staff! Very clean! Breakfast buffet was great! Spa was worth it! Rooftop pool was beautiful albeit a little small and some dirt at the bottom of the pool. To-go breakfast provided upon checkout in the morning was a nice little touch. Just ~10 minute walk to the beach which was not at all a big deal. Loved Rosaka and their staff!

We stayed at Rosaka for 3 nights and really enjoyed the whole journey. Rooms and facilities look like almost brand new and we kinda like the design. Staff are pretty proactive and offer great service. I would say it's better than some old 5 star hotels to some extent.

On a business trip to Nha Trang and decided to stay at this hotel. I arrived early on the day of and was greeted by the receptionist (Ms. Nhan) at the counter, even though they couldn't offer me the room right away, they promised to try their best to have one as soon as possible. I then went up to the sky bar and was greeted by Mr. Tho. and Hieu, and he made some good cocktails there. They learnt my name right away and check for my room every 15-20 mins or so and constantly asked if I need anything from ice water or snacks. The staffs there make me feels like home while waiting and eventually had the room available and apologized for not having it sooner (not their fault at all). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the fruit was awesome. They really went out of my expectation by greeting me anywhere I go at the hotel and even saying goodbye at the door when I left (Ms Nhan and the doorman - sorry I didn't know his name). I definitely go back to this hotel next time I'm in town. Thank you Ms Nhan and Mr Tho for making my stay so memorable !!!!

Close to beach and the main area of Nha Trang

I have nothing but good things to say about Rosaka Hotel. From the moment we walked through the entrance we were treated like we were important. The greeting we received from the manager Nam and the desk staff was wonderful. Doorman Nam always greeted us with a beautiful smile and a welcoming manner. Barman Tho and trainee Hue (sorry hope I spelled that correct) were amazing and we felt so welcomed and relaxed. The room we had was amazing, breakfast was fantastic and the infinity pool - wow! I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Nha Trang. Our stay here was perfect thanks to the wonderful staff and the great facilities.

Great value hotel in central location in Nha Trang

I had a weekend stay at the Rosaka Hotel. I got a sea view room, which was worth the slightly extra cost. Everything worked in the room, which was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was serviceable if not spectacular. Unfortunately I did not have time to checkout the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on those facilities. The best part for me was the hotel's location, which was steps away from a variety of restaurants and bars, and people I needed to meet. I would recommend Rosaka to anyone who needs to be in Nha Trang.

The hotel is really nice, especially if you spring for a room with a view. The infinity pool is smaller than it looks in the photos but still a nice pool. It is only a short walk to get to the beach and the Sailing Club, as well as near lots of other restaurants and shops. I think there are nicer areas of Nha Trang and cheaper hotels but this one is good for what you pay for. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The a/c units work well and the breakfast spread is impressive.

Our 4 day stay at Rosaka was excellent. Would have to rate the hotel staff as the friendliest, enthusiastic and cheerful as I've encountered at any hotel. Right from the very start when (Nhan, I hope I remembered her name correctly - was off the top of the bubbly and happy chart) checked us in and showed us through our rooms in person, was a nice change. The staff were helpful in planning daily activities, and enthusiastic to ask our 3 girls how things went when we returned. Even when we accidentally locked both safes, staff were there within 2 mins to fix. The director (Tom) even introducing himself personally at breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel appeared very well run.

The hotel, being only 1 year old was in excellent condition, the rooms fully equipped with all mod cons, beds comfortable, rooms reasonable size and we had adjoining rooms which was good with 3 children. Their buffet breakfast was nice and very extensive with a bit of daily variation. The infinity pool was lovely, though water was fresh (and we didn't get great weather for swimming).

Thought the location was also excellent. Surrounded by loads of great restaurants and only as 2 block walk to the beach and easy walk into town, shops, markets, etc.

Overall, very impressed with the hotel and staff and would definitely return here or recommended it.

Just book, you won't regret it!

The Rosaka Hotel was absolutely wonderful! My brother and I stayed there for four nights this November and we couldn't have had a better time. The staff were incredibly friendly and useful, especially the funny women at the front desk. The pool on the rooftop is gorgeous at sunset, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough. The hotel is also very close to the beach, and the best restaurants in town can be found right around the corner. Overall, our favorite spot in Vietnam!

Great Stay in Nha Trang!

Great hotel! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and very spacious compared to our other hotels in Vietnam, and the rooftop pool/bar/gym rocked! It was a great stay and no doubt our favorite hotel from our trip to Vietnam. Big shout out to Hoang from the pool/gym staff for hooking us up with some local food which was exactly what we were looking for and which really made the trip something special. If you are paying a trip to Nha Trang stay here and be sure to grab some grilled lobsters from the old lady on the beach!

The Most Difficult Part of this Stay, was Leaving.

Every complimentary review written, we found to be 100% accurate!
However, no one has commented on the fitness facilities. Often in hotels you find a dark, overheated space with antiquated equipment. The fitness area is awesome and the staff quick to bring a bottle of water & workout towel. My wife very much enjoyed using it.
I would like to specifically mention the staff members that made this trip memorable but to do so I would have to include each & everyone; from the young men who opened the door ever time we came and went...to the desk staff who chimmed out sweet dreams at the end of our day. Amazing how this hotel can make it's guests feel
so @ home.

This is a hotel where they have it ALL together! There simply is no weak link. They offer a complete premium experience in every aspect. The most difficult part of our stay here without question will be checking out. It is not very often than you experience this kind of continuity in all departments. It is with pleasure that I highly recommend the Rosaka Hotel!!

AMAZING Hotel!

The staff at this Hotel are the best in Nha Trang, I know this because I stayed at a few including the 5 star hotels. The location is perfect for all the great eating and shopping spots. Also, only a short walk to the beach.

The Hotel is small so it's not over crowded and the buffet breakfast was beautiful - Could not rate this hotel high enough - I WILL BE GOING BACK

We had a fabulous time at Rosaka, Son the Front Office Manager went above and beyond for us. No matter what the request was, it was never a problem. The staff were lovely and gave me a beautiful cake for my birthday. Definitely recommend the hotel. It is in a prime location for restaurants and bars and also just around the corner from the beach!

New, modern hotel with great view.

Had an enjoyable stay at Rosaka hotel . Staff were very helpful , room was clean and new with amazing view from balcony.

Das Hotel wurde vor 3 Monaten neu eröffnet und das merkt man. Gut gelegen inmitten einer geschäftigen Straße, aber nicht zu laut. Der Strand ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Highlight ist aber der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach. Preis-Leistung ist echt gut.
