The Hotel was ok but the wait time for elevator was So bad. Look like the hotel have gym club for public or something. The wait time for elevator already long but it take longer for those people go to 4th floor to the gym. Not recommends.

Generally excellent staff, especially reception who dealt with a problem in our room very promptly and with no dramas .. very impressed (and relieved to be fair). Spotlessly clean throughout. Extended stay by couple of nights.

With 2 weeks to stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the ocean view from my balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions. I also enjoyed
the breakfast buffet, especially the soups likes “ Pho, Bún bò, Bún riêu, Bún chả etc.. which had a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nha Trang Việt Nam

The location is fantastic—right by the ocean, offering a beautiful view from the room window, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor inconvenience was the frequent crowding at the elevators. It seems the same elevators are used by both hotel guests and gym members, which can lead to delays. Perhaps having a separate access point, such as stairs or a dedicated elevator, could help ease the congestion.

Very nice room with ocean view. Hotel room is above Nha Trang Center shopping mall and many restaurants.
Only negatives are the elevators were small and slooow; and all soap/shampo dispensers did not work. Hotel should replace fancy dispensers with simple plastic dispensers that can be used easily.

This hotel is not a 5 star. It maybe a 3 star at best. The 2 elevators that were working did not work together, so you stopped at every floor going up and going down. Took 5 to 10 minutes to get up to your floor or down to the ground level. Rooms are old and carpets were very dirty. Views were beautiful and easy to walk everywhere.

The location of this impressive hotel is perfect. Directly across from the beautiful sandy beach and central in the city layout. Very walkable area. A large and varied selection morning buffet.

The property on itself was pretty good. Customer service with present and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the workout facilities. They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. This is also where the pool was, and the staff there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful

First, I booked the Elite Suite that can sleep 4 and my family of 5 so I only pay 1 addition. When I checked in, they said this room can only accommodate for 2 and I have to pay 3 additional. This is the first red flag. They need to correct their information from their website. Secondly, there was no towel at the pool until 10-11am. The good thing was the room had an excellent view of the ocean and street. The staffs were great.

It is very near the beachfront, the hotel can be walk around the chơ Đầm market. It is very easy to get around. The one thing i cannot stand the smell in the hallway is like bad sewer or a dead body composed.

This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided.

The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff.

The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools, adults eating and belching by the pool, again not impressed.

The breakfast buffet is good and the young man in charge of the eggs is very kind and hard working.

Beautiful hotel with Amazing staff!

Stayed as a birthday treat with my sister, and we enjoyed every minute! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and check-in was efficient. The lobby was impressive, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was even better, we were upgraded and given twin beds as requested, on the 18th floor with a great view of the city and beach! They even had a complimentary fruit bowl waiting for us. The room itself was modern and super spacious, had everything you needed and the bathroom had both a huge bath and a high-powered shower which was a godsend after long days exploring!

Make sure you take advantage of the outside pool and hot-tub too! There is a wonderful view from there and it was empty every time we went so you don't need to fight for a spot. As well there is a huge gym and classes guests can take.

The most important part i must mention is the staff at Diamond Bay Hotel, they are AMAZING!! We had a mishap at the beginning of our trip, and special thanks to Mr. Duc Nguyen was attentive enough to inquire if anything was wrong; after we had explained he got the manager involved and they managed to track down the company and got us our belongings back within a day! That's real customer service! Everyone was super friendly and helping us with directions and booking tickets to Vinpearl Land. As well the manager personally delivered a birthday cake to us, so lovely!

Overall a GREAT stay so Thank you DBH we will definitely be returning in the future!

Hotel is in a good location and the service levels of the staff is very good. This was our 2nd stay here and the hotel seems to be trending downwards. There were several little issues that happened. Whether it was housekeeping, no beach services, ( on a beautiful day), or the breakfast buffet being below average, it felt like we had to deal with items on a regular basis.

Beautiful room. Stunning views. Absolutely amazing staff so friendly and professional.
However the shower didnt work properly (90% of water shot out the side. Had to use handheld sprayer. Carpet and sofa were stained and dirty. But apart from that it was breathtaking!

Brilliant and friendly staff

Great location of hotel, polite and helpful staff, always willing to help out where possible. We had a room upgrade on arrival with was a nice surprise. Tours were easily organised by staff with offer to transfer with a private car for about 4x the price of a taxi, would recommend sticking with taxis if your confident and save some money. Otherwise a brilliant experience and will return :)

部屋は広くて綺麗でした。窓から海が見えて景色最高でした。私が誤ってシャワージェルのボトルを割ってしまい弁償する事になったのですが割引をしたくれました。ホテルスタッフは親切出気持ちよく挨拶してくれます。不満があるとすればエレベーターが少なくてななかなか乗れません。

朝食がとてもおいしい。
繁華街中心地から少し離れているので食事をするには少し不便。
メイン道路のそばだが防音性が高いので部屋の中は静か。
ジムは会員制ジムが入っているので充実している反面、会員数が多い為エレベーターが混雑して朝食時は乗れない事が多い。
ロッテマートの近くなので便利。

Bassenget har ikke nok håndklær. Deler av bassenget er forfallen og er ikke i bruk. Hotellet har et treningssenter som folk utenfra også bruke. Dette fører til at heisen er alltid fullt, må venter mye på heis hverdag. Vask av hotellrommet er ofte dårlig, måtte be om ekstra vask. Frokosten er bra og lokasjonen er også bra.

Great location, right across busy road from beach. Many cafes, eateries & markets nearby. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of issues hotel needs to address. These are- no pool/beach towels available for 3 days we were there, we had to use our white room towels. Also, guests need to be advised clearly on arrival that there is very limited number of beach lounges with umbrellas for guests' use. There were men on beach taking away umbrellas & lounges as these were for customers who had booked them (we discovered later). Very confusing as umbrellas & lounges all look the same. Maybe Diamond Bay hotel could display their name on theirs? Many angry people there not knowing what was going on at 10am. But, all in all, it was a lovely time there. Staff were wonderful & assisted us transfer from a room they had 'upgraded' us to, down to a room with a balcony, which is what I had booked originally & much preferred.

Perfekt beliggenhet, vennlig og hjelpsomme personell og rene rom. Meget god frokost. Bra standard på innvendig hotellet. Kjøpesenter i tilknytning til hotellet var praktisk. Imidlertid mangler hotellet noe i forhold til forventninger til et 5 stjerners hotell. Bassengområdet var dårlig. Ikke satt fram liggestoler og ingen poolbar. Boblebad var kaldt vann. Strand stoler eiet av hotellet var moden for utskiftning og skitene puter og parasoller. Ingen service ved stranden med drikke e.l slik det er beskrevet. Hotellets eneste restaurant hadde 4 retter til middag å velge mellom og er ikke å anbefale å spise middag der. Mange bedre restauranter i nærheten.
Alt i alt et bra hotell.
