The one bed suite was very spacious and well equipped clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Many restaurants on site and on close proximity, the beach is close by only a few steps away. The staff are amazing and very friendly.Trieu was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us, going over and above our expectations

Great property. Good location. Staff is good. The only thing they forgot about our anniversary celebration. I mentioned and reminded them again, staff said they will check and let me know but nothing, we chose this location for our 15th anniversary but was disappointed with that. Property is clean and got amazing views. Food is good. Staff is great as well. But don’t promise something you can’t deliver.

2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。
毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。
洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました)
とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。
冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。
フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。
プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。

The doormen were super nice especially Loc. The staffs were nice, the room was pretty big and very nice. The pool was good but 1 thing i didn't like that it was in the shade so the water always cold.

The Costa was clean, convenient, great location along the beach, the hotel staff were absolutely accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations and insights of the local area. The rooms were huge and clean. We would 100% come back to this hotel. Lastly, the balcony room view was spectacular.

I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide.

I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in.

The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other guests and there is nothing they can do to rectify the issues. Our stay was not comfortable because they didn’t help solve the issues.

However after multiple complaints and escalated to the manager. They did refund me one night. I modified the review to reflect that they did try to address our concern after the event. We were hoping that they could do something during our stay so that we could have a comfortable stays. I hope you will have better experience than ours.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Cleaning services always kept the rooms clean and refilled with clean towels everyday.

Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and nice city view from the bedrooms.

Most of the staff were nice and polite, some of the staff were not as welcoming as others. Some just stand there quietly and not greeting anyone or making any recognition of guest. One receptionist seemed to have a bit of an attitude when talking to my wife.

Our receptionist Anh and the hotel manager Trieu were great to deal with. Anh helped take our bags up to our room, and even waited for our taxi to arrive to help load up the bags.

We had a bit of a miscommunication issue with one of the staffs regarding our laundry, but the manager came to meet us face to face to sort out the issue.

The lack of proper laundry service definitely was an issue. And the staff failed to let us know about meal vouchers and discounts on food and shops within the hotel property.

But it was a great stay, very clean hotel and very spacious rooms.

Walking distance to food and shopping was great.

Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

這趟旅程之所以那麼美好就是因為這家飯店，房間的設備非常的齊全。乾淨且廚具、餐具齊全的廚房讓我們省了不少錢在吃飯的部分。早餐晚餐和愛人一起煮一起吃，感覺特別好。房間還有洗衣機可以使用，去沙灘回來可以洗所以髒的衣物非常方便。我期待下次的旅行住在這家飯店。

Very clean, modern and sleek. Convenient location by the beach. Can’t expect the same hotel service as North America - no flexibility for late check out, was charged for lost room key etc. North American hotels would typically waive these costs to improve the customer experience. Overall very good but set your expectations.

Great accommodation. Loved the couch. The bed was soo soft and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine. Cooked in the kitchen a few times and it was great. Right across the street from the beach. Not a great view but very enjoyable stay.

It was great stay in one big apartment. They were very profetioal.
Swimming pool was very small and it only get sun in the morning. But they had a beach just across the road with sunbed and bar.
Very modern interior with all the plaits and glasses. Only thing I wish it had a coffee machine in the kitchen. Great for family

As each unit is privately owned, I can only make comments on our unit. The location of The Costa was fine if you being away from larger groups. You will have to walk 1-2 Km's to get to beach clubs and day use areas. Good restaurants and bars are 1/2 to 1 km away. The building and our unit were very clean And the maids were very hospitable. Our unit only had the basic of amendities. Two small cups, two beer glasses, two small wine glasses, no drinking glasses, two forks, two knives etc, two plates, no dish clothes, etc. Additionally there was information provided for area attractions, restaurants, maps, etc.

Good location and great views of the strip/ ocean. Check in was a bit of a mess. We booked two 2 bed suites, one suite was similar to the pictures- modern and updated. The other suite was nothing like the pictures, dated and mismatched furniture. Was a bit disappointed that the pictures showed one thing and what we received was different. overall the property is nice.

Don’r recommend and will not return. Bad experiance with the staff, which is obviously directed by the horrible managment. Asked for $200USD cash only deposit. After argument they did accept credit card. Dirty walls and fixtures in the room. Reception cant speak english, no staff on premises, only one pereon. Would not allow late check out at 2PM even the hotel is half empty. At check out was accused of stealing an umbrella, which was never in the room. Managment does not know what they are doing. This hotel should be removed fom expedia.

Nice apartment on a central location

The apartment is large, clean, comfortable and convenient. Two of the rooms (master bedroom and living room) have large balconies that overlook the ocean (which is across the street), which was stunning. Location is in the center of town. There is daily cleaning service. Internet connection is pretty good. Our family stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing Location With Great Views and Facilities

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely amazing!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was perfect with great views. The location is right on the beach and there were a number of restaurants and shops close by.

We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Nha Trang.

Our family of four stayed recently in the executive suite for 3 nights. Although looking very impressive online we were unsure what to expect when arriving, but were not disappointed.
The apartment was extremely comfortable and very large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and amazing views.
The master bedroom had floor to ceiling windows with 180 degree views of the ocean and beach, with the sunrise not to be missed. As we were on a corner we also had two balconies facing the ocean/beach.
The staff we very accomodating helping us with any of our requests with professionalism and a smile which added to the pleasant experience.
The only slight disappointment was the set menu offered by the offsite restaurant for breakfast as part of our deal. Not a real issue, but after being spoilt with buffet options throughout our trip there were limited options available here, especially for our kids.
Overall highly recommended.

this is not a hotel!

we booked this 5 star hotel and residence.
but it is not a hotel. it is just a residens. there is no big area at the entrance, no coffee shop or restaurant. nothing. just small hall. and the restaurant for the breakfast is outside of the hotel. no buffet, but you have to choose. a lot of soups and 2 kinds of omelets. nothing else. 4 pieces of fruits and one glass of can juice. and this was for 2 persons only. the worst breakfast ever. we arrived with out daughter and they didn't have an extra bed. the room was nice and big. but the view we had to have from our balcony, wasn't so good. half view was the wall of one other hotel.
the pool is small.

Elevator from lobby to 16 floor has to get off from lobby to second then take another elevator from two to 16 is very unconvinced. The resident hotel is pretty old. And I'd never come back again sorry .

We stayed in this hotel for 12 days with my sisiter and 5 yo son. We were the third time in Nha Trang and always stayed in different 5* hotels and now I know what will be the hotel at my next stay - The Costa residence. The room was spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipped with stove top, refrigerator, microwave, oven, wash machine. Excellent location - couple of blocks from city center anf shopping center. Fitness, yoga center, swimming pools and jacuzzi - you can use these facilities of Intercontinental Hotel thhat connected to the Costa Hotel. All of us loved this hotel. We have never seen any staff person who was not genuinely warm and friendly.

The Costa Apartments are a great alternative for a stay in Nha Trang city. Ideally located on the main road running along the beach front, they are quiet and well cared for with helpful staff. There was nothing we required. Swimming pool options excellent as is the coffee shop underneath. Very handy to everything and very safe.

This is the 2nd hotel we stayed in Nha Trang which is much better than we expected. We reserved two bed room apt with two seaview balcony which in the central location, walking distance to every sights. Room layout is big and comfort with new style TV, new washer machine and aircon etc. B/F is set menu with several choice. Costa seafood restaurant is the best in the town and inhouse guest granted 10%discout. Highly recommended this service apartment, value for money. If the towel change to new, everything are perfect.

it was a great stay. however, i broke the bath gel and shampoo bottles by accident as i tried to grab the shower head. When i returned the room, i was charged $320k vnd ( $160k each). wth right? it's ridiculous how they would charge $160k each. Its not the money but its more of the principal of it. First of all, I didn't steal these and i broke them by accident. they shouldn't charge me. If this is a luxury hotel, then they shouldn't charge us for little things such as these. other than that, im pretty satisfied w my stay.

Area is full of Russians although not fair from main town which is okay.
Beach is nice but there are not enough sunbeds for the guests (only 12)
You get 20% discount on intercontinental meals and the breakfast is delicious!!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel it isn't 5 star and you can get better for cheaper

This is a serviced apartment which I didn't realise when I booked the accomodation. The apartment was clean and serviced daily with excellent ammenities including a washing machine. The staff were pretty friendly. All in all a great beach stay in Nha Trang.
