Comment : First room they give me is very dirty and a lot of ant and water on the floor.
Staff & Reception Services : Reception attitude is bad and face not friendly , English speaking also not clear.
Cleanliness Room : The second room they give quite okay, but staff attitude really not ok.
Swimming Pool Cleanliness : Is quite dirty in the swimming pool,got tissue inside and the dark leaf.
Location : Only the good is location,the street many food and restaurant to eat and the night market in front of the hotel but very small one the night market .But in the morning is quite noise .
Total Comment : If i go Nha Trang again i will not to choose this hotel again. Is bad experience in this hotel.

I dont really recomend the hotel because the service was horrible. I supposed to relax on my vacation but I was stressed out because of the horrible service of the hotel. Firstly, they kept my passport and When I requested it back they refused in a bad manner. I was worried about that and I contacted my embassy in Vietnam to try to solve it. After that, the staff called me asking me some information about my stay in a very very rude way. Finally, when I checked out they gave me back my passport but before it the clima was so tense because I wasn’t sure if they would do it.
For all those things, I don’t recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in the centre of a noisy area surrounded by swarms of Russian and Chinese tourists.

Other reviews of this hotel had mentioned the rude staff, which wouldn’t usually bother me. However, when I went to ask why the swimming pool is filthy, dark green coloured and unusable, the receptionist spent most of the conversation with her finger lodged in her nostril - she assured me the pool would be clean the next day, then the next day. Clearly they don’t care and the pool remained full of bugs and filthy for our entire stay.

The rooms themselves are actually not bad and pretty clean, but my advice would be to avoid this hotel and Nha Trang itself at all costs. It’s a horrible overcrowded city, with vast numbers of people on the beach and a really unpleasant atmosphere. Also, the photos on hotels.com are very old and there is no ocean view as a hotel has been built directly in front. Construction is taking place all over Nha Trang, including right next to the hotel. Nightmare.

photos on site do not represent with fidelity the site - Hotel is downtown, surrounded by many buildings either old and more or less maintainded or under construction. They say room with view, but not much view to see.kkk Rooms are a bit small although well arranged. Besides that, everything ok. Clean, confortable, good service, kind employees.

Very noisy at night

Money to value.

Close to the down town. Fast check in and basic facilities. With steady hot water and cool air conditioner. If you don't mind the noise from the building site just opposite to the building, it is a fair good hotel with price to value in term. By the way, no safe box inside the room meant you need to deposit them in front desk with a plastic blended by plastic band.

A very refreshing place to stay after I had to leave the last hotel I was at just a few doors down. Superior room was really nice and worth the extra money just for the enclosed shower, though the design was a bit fudged with the drain being outside the enclosure, hah. I had to change rooms a couple times because I had friends stay with me for a night and then moved back to a single the next night. One of the rooms they moved me to smelled of smoke (nothing you can really do about the smoking in Vietnam) so they let me switch to a different room immediately. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Location was great too, short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I will definitely have this place on my radar when I return next year.

Great value, very clean and in great location

I was very surprised how nice this hotel was ! I read a lot of bad reviews about it before I booked it and I basically booked it last minute and took a chance because it was cheap and by the beach. This hotel was the best value for money I have gotten in Vietnam over the last 2 weeks. I figure it's a new hotel or recently refurbished because the room was spotless and very well maintained and modern. We stayed for 3 nights and the location was excellent beside all the bars, shops, tour offices, night market and beach. The only downside is that there is a construction site down the road going on all night sometimes so I'd advise ear plugs if you are staying in any of the hotels around the area. Thankfully we had some with us so that wasn't an issue.

Just stay one night. The room is spacious. The location is perfect. Around the corner, you can find nigt market, seafood restaurants, foot massage shops, cafe and near beach, 5 minutes walk. Value for money. But the wifi is soso.

Originally put in a room that was not what was booked. Moved after discussion. Hotel otherwise was fine apart from huge building works taking place across street. Work (loud) went on until 2am and started again at 6 am. Nha Trang is however a pleasant city with a great promenade along a good beach

We stayed in the VIP room and it was huge with beautiful views of the beach and night markets.
Lacking in a few things like bath mat, hand towel, kettle, breakfast.

Overall good stay but stingy on towels/slippers

Staffs are mostly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Since we arrive early, they let us check in early which is a bonus. We had a family room with four people(extra charge), yet they only give 2 towels and 2 pairs of slippers. We asked for more towels and slippers, they did deliver the towels for one day but not the other. Internet dropping in and out.

Three Star for a 2 Star price

We stayed 2 nights then extended it to 7 Nights because we were comfortable in this little Jewel of a Hotel thats only 2 years old. Front desk girls are friendly with a warm smile to greet you on arrival. Best value we found in this area with about 5 hotels we stayed at. We are now in the Sheraton in a suite with 2 balconies, 2-50\" LED T.V.'s on the 23rd. Floor Ocean view. Nice Swan is a mini Sheraton and a fine choice for your stay in Nha Trang. Do Not rent their overpriced motorbikes, because the units are worn out with burned out turn signals and stop lights. Better bikes in the area for 1/2 the price.

Nice Swan is really really nice

Super Nice for the price. They don't know how to make a bed, The maid put's the top sheet folded on top of the comforter unlike any Hotel I've been to. Coffee in the Coffee shop is INSTANT and is garbage due to lazy staff to make a real cup of drip coffee. I rented a scooter here and paid a lot more than the shop next door. The hotel has a small pool on the 9th. floor and is very nice. We added a few days more to our stay because we enjoy staying here. We will go to the Sheraton next for 10 days to complete our vacation here.

clean, new, 1 block back from the sea through a night market, next to restaurants, very small roof top pool, good sea views, staff ok but not as personable as at some other places, bedroom doors were poorly fitted so no accoustic separation from corridor but all quiet when we were there. Would stay again.

Nice stay

Rooms and location were good. Staff were generally pretty helpful. The bed was on the hard side but not too bad. I would suggest having some ear plugs. We could hear whenever the adjoining room used there bathroom and absolutely everything that went on in the hallway from people walking to their room, doors opening and shutting and drunk loud Russians coming home at 2am yelling and banging on their door (you could even hear their phone ring when reception called to tell them to be quite).

A decent stay

Stayed for a week in a superior double. Nice new and clean rooms. Good location, close to beach and good restaurants. Room to room noise was minimal but you can hear everything happening in the hallway at what seems like an amplified volume. Service was usually good however did have a bad experience with the staff members after an article of my clothing disappeared using their laundry service. They did not apologize, seem to care or want to help.

Helpful staff, pokey room and misleading photos

Don't be fooled by the photographs of this hotel! They have superimposed a picture of gardens around the hotel, however it's actually in the middle of a busy street joined up with lots of other buildings with no garden in sight! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke many languages. Good location - opposite a night market and easy to catch taxis which are cheap. Room was a bit cramped, bed had no mattress protector and towels had a few suspect stains. Hotel was very noisy with kids screaming and running down corridors. Random people would try and open our door as well. No safe in room but staff kept our valuables for us which was very kind of them. Restaurant doesn't have a great menu but loads of places to eat near the hotel and not far from the beach.

Arrived 7am and was given a room at no extra charge. All staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is within 1 min walk to the beach and 3 min to nightlife. Hotel is also located on a not so busy street, so its is quiet. It is very new and clean and an extra PLUS for the nice roof top pool with an excellent city and sea view. Staff gave good advises to local tours and were fantastic in arranging transport services with excellent prices. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended to anyone. Only thing is that there is not an in-room safe as described.

이 호텔은 나트랑 해변 가까운 곳에 위치한 곳으로 쥬변 관광지 접근성은 뛰어나고 24시간 프련트 운영으로 몹시 편리한 호텔입니다.

그러나 시설이 노후하고 비치된 물품들이 부족한 곳입니다.

실제로 객실에는 커피포트 조차 없으며 공용의 전자렌지도 없고 화장지 등도 질이 떨어지는 제품을 비치해 두옸습니다.
아울러 수곤 등도 대형 밖에 비치하지 않아 작은 수건을 사용 하여야 할때도 큰 사이즈 밖에 없어 여러번 재 사용해야 했습니다.

다만 강점은 가격이 저렴하고 늦은 체크인과 직원의 친절도는 정말 큰 이점 이었습니다.

나이스 스완 호텔 위치 최상 ^^

4인 가족 나트랑 여행을 왔습니다. 돌아가는 비행기가 새벽이여서 시내 좋은 위치에 있는 숙소를 잡고 마지막으로 나트랑에서 먹고 싶은 음식, 하고 싶은 것( 마사지), 롯데마트에서 지인 선물 사고 짐 정리하고 깨끗이 씻고 나올 호텔을 찾고 싶었습니다.

나이스 스완 호텔이 마침 딱 드러맞더군요.
가격도 굿 위치도 굿~~

체크인할때 직원분이 조금 툭명스러웠습니다. 아이들 여권은 필요없다며 돌려주시고 성인 여권은 체크 아웃시 돌려준다고 보관하고 있었구요.

중국분 단체 손님이 있어서 로비가 시끄러운 편이였고 엘리베이터는 두대가 있지만 정말 정말 작은거 1대랑 그거보다 조금 더 큰거 1대 였습니다. 총 12층 건물이였는데 저희는 12층 방을 배정 받았기에 엘리베이터의 영향을 더 받았던것 같습니다.

냉장고에는 큰물 2개 작은물 2개 있었는데 체크아웃시 금액을 지불하는듯 보였습니다. 드실분들은 확인하시기를 바랍니다.

방크기는 적당했고 침대도 무난 했습니다. 근데 에어컨이 너무 너무 약했습니다.
땀시키고 시원하게 쉬고 싶어 잡은 호텔이기에 더 더 그랬습니다. 혹시 나혼자 산다에서 스타일리스트 \"한혜연\"편 보신분 계실까요. 에어컨 나오는 자리가 정해져 있어 편한 침대 두고 쇼파에서만 잠을 청했던 그 모습 흡사 저희 가족이 그랬습니다. 첨에 에어컨 방향 컨트롤이 안되서 땀시키기 위해 서있었습니다. ㅎㅎ 무슨 시츄에이션인지... 그런데 거기에 기름을 붙는게 있었으니 그건 바로 공사장 드릴 소리 였습니다. 휴~~~ 더위와 소음이 겹치니 정말 짜증 지수가 올라가더군요. 공항 가기전 편하게 쉬고 싶어서 잡은 호텔이였는데 말이죠.

저희는 짐만 놓고 땀 잠깐 시키고 롯데마트 가서 장보고 다시 짐 놓고 저녁 먹고 발마사지도 편히 받고 호텔 앞쪽에 있는 야시장도 둘러보고 한참 밖에서 돌아 다닌 후에 다시 호텔에 들어왔습니다.
솔찍히 다른 카드를 꽂아 두고 나갔다 오면 에어컨이 어느정도 돌아가서 방이 시원해질 것을 기대했던 것입니다. 타 호텔들 그게 다 가능했거든요. 그런데 나이스 스완 호텔 방키는 다른 카드 보다 두껍고 일반 카드가 안맞는지 자동으로 꺼지고 호텔 카드로만 작동이 되더군요. TT 이건 쓸데없이 고 퀄리티 입니다. ㅎㅎ 웃음만 나오더군요.

하지만 사람은 환경에 적응을 잘하죠. 저희도 금세 적응 했습니다.
에어컨의 바람의 조절 방향을 바꿔 앉아서 바람을 맞게 하였고 샤워 후 가만히 핸드폰을 하거나 누워서 쉬었습니다. 그러기를 1시간 30분 한후 체크아웃 했습니다.

참 방에는 콘센트가 한개 있습니다. TT 화장실에 한개 있습니다. 4인 가족 충전하긴 턱없이 부족합니다.
4인 가족으로 예약했는데 수건은 큰거 2장이였습니다. 샤워젤 , 샴푸 없습니다.
있는건 치약, 칫솔, 비누만 있습니다.
다행이 저희는 빈펄리조트에서 쓰던게 남아 썼지만 없으신분들은 낭패가 예상됩니다. 꼭 꼭 챙기셔요.

나이스 스완 호텔 위치는 최상입니다. 나머지는 글쎄요. ^^

j'ai pas aimer l'hôtel personnel non respectueux

Alors emplacement de hôtel vraiment bien après le reste catastrophique :
Bouteilles d'eau du frigo jamais remplacer, verre utilisé jamais laver, du sang sur les draps, ménage bâclé, personnel super désagréable pour exemple ménage fait mais il oubli de mettre des draps leurs réponses ok même pas de pardon et encore moins de mots en plus juste ok !
À 7h du matin les femme de ménage parle super fort et ce foute de savoir si vous dormez ! fenêtre absolument pas insonorisées et encore moins les portes des chambres. Ménage piscine jamais fait non plus 4 jours qu'une canette de bière et une serviette sale traîne honteux comme hotel pour moi en vu du prix ! Hotel à 10 euros la nuit ok pas plus !

생각보다 방이나 화장실이 깔끔해서 놀랐다. 미니냉장고 물은 유료. 에어컨 시원하고 와이파이 무난함. 수영장은 이용못해서 평가불가. 얼리체크인은 반나절 숙박비 지불하면 가능함. 쇼핑몰, 나이트마켓, 식당, 콩카페, 비치 등 가까움. 직원들은 딱 사무적임. 엘리베이터를 기다리던 우리들을 막아세우고 다른손님 케리어 끌고 본인이 먼저타고 우리보고 다른걸 타라던 무례한 직원도 있음. 체크아웃하고 짐보관가능하며 공용화장실에서 샤워도 가능함. 호텔이 깔끔했으나 마지막날 로비에서 팔뚝만한 쥐를봄. 작은 돌 조형물 분수?에서 나와 공용pc 테이블 아래로 들어갔으니 주의바람. 같은층에 중국인지 베트남인지 모를 손님들이 윗옷벗고 방문을 열어두어 생활하며 담배를 피워대서 불편했음. 냄새가 방에도 은근슬쩍들어옴. 방에 아예 잿떨이가 있는것으로보아 그냥 실내흡연이 가능한 호텔같음. 콩카페 길건너 20k하는 망고쉐이크 맛있음. 투게더 한식당 옆에 숯불고기 굽는 로컬식당에 반미 맛남.

they rejected to give me back the passport!!!

we stayed there for three nights. The receptionist said they had to keep my passport and rejected to give it back to me when we asked him. He asked me not to worry. I then travelled in Nha Trang without my passport. On the day we left, they forgot to return my passport when checkout and I left very rushly for catching the flight and forgot my passport. They said they could come and pass my the passport but they needed money for the travel!!! We were so scared and at the same time the taxi driver cheated our money. We found enormous amount of ants in the hotel room. When you put any drink or food on the table, thousands of ants would come in a second!!! We also found a cockroach and told the cleaner who come to do room service. He stepped on the cockroach without cleaning it and went away!!!! What hotel is it please do go!!!!

10층에 묵었고, 일행은 7층에 묵었어요. 수영장은 생각보다 작음. 3일 머물렀는데. 하루는 정전이라 10층에서 걸어 내려왔어요 ㅜㅜ..... 그리고 빨래비용 지불했는데 카운터 직원이 나중에 돈이 안맞아서 안냈다고 헛소리를 해서 실갱이를 좀 했네요. 결국cctv돌려서 확인해서 더 주진 안았지만 기분은 이미 상했네요. 전체적인 시설깔끔하고 위치 좋고, 추천은 할만합니다. 단 개미는 조심해야되니 음식물을 방안에서 드시는건 추천안해요.

일단 방이나 화장실 복도 등등 청결에 신경쓰는 모습이었구요 새벽에 도착해서 얼리체크인 안되면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 당연하다는듯 체크인 해주었습니다..호텔위치또한 상당히좋았구요
유일한 단점은 로비에서 일하는 직원들이네요
친절하다는 느낌을 전혀 받을수없었습니다 ㅎ
그래도 이가격에 이정도의 호텔이라면 다시 갈의향은 있습니다

Flott beliggenhet

Hotellet lå rett ved byens markedsgate, med mye spennende å kjøpe på kveldene. Ved å gå gjennom denne gaten kom vi rett på standen, så en super beliggenhet. Hotellet var veldig rimelig og holdt en god standard i forhold til prisen. God og billig frokost kunne kjøpes på hotellet. I resepsjonen solgte de billetter til fly, tog og ulike utflukter.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis in guter Lage. Grosse saubere Zimmer. Leider z. Zt. Baustelle nebenan. Wir haben Zimmer ganz oben bekommen. Dann kein Problem und herrliche Aussicht.

Bra hotell till \"rätt\" pris

Ett bra hotell med bra standard för \"rätt\" peng. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal.
Frukosten ingick inte i priset, men hotellet har en restaurang på entreplanet som var bra och billig.
Under vår vistelse pågick en utbyggnad av hotellet, vilket orsakade en del störande moment, men om 3-6 månader skulle bygget vara klart och de störande momenten borta.

Ett bra val

Ett fint och trevligt hotell med bra familjerums möjligheter. Hotellet har en restaurang på entreplan, dock fick frukost köpas till.
Rummet var nytt och fint. Bredvid hotellet pågick ett bygge och då dörrar och fönster var något lyhörda, väcktes man tidigt av arbetet. Ett övergående problem då bygget snart är klart.

プールは使えませんでした

途中の階にあったプールですが、プールへ出るドアに鍵がかかっていて使えませんでした。プールがあることを条件にホテルを決めたので、残念でした。

Fijn hotel

Goed hotel van onwijs lieve hardwerkende mensen.
Prijs kwaliteit is super. Onze kamer was schoon en erg ruim. De bedden lagen lekker. WiFi/airco/ventilator deden t allemaal goed
In de tuin kijk je uit op de rivier en kun je heerlijk ontbijten.
Aanrader!!!
(Zit ongeveer 2 km uit t centrum maar je mag gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen.)

the hotel is located right in the center of Nha Trang, very close to the beach and with many restaurants/bars around. The room was basic but clean - value for money was good.

직원들이 엄청 친절하고 아이를 많이 배려해줬습니다. 머드스파나 시푸드할인권도 주고 택시기사도 소개해줬는데,친절했습니다. 첫날 새벽에 도착해서 잠만 잔 곳이었는데 시설은 딱 한국의 모텔정도 입니다.

fint hotel, god beliggenhed

vi var alt i alt tilfredse med hotellet. rent pænt værelse, virkelig god beliggenhed meget tæt på stranden. Dog var hotelpersonalet ikke ligeså søde og imødekommende som på de andre hoteller vi boede på i Vietnam.
