Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel.

Extremely happy with this hotel. Staff are very friendly, kind and treated us well.

Room was excellent, absolutely spotless, everything working perfectly and the beds were soft and comfortable.

The breakfast was also fantastic, had a very wide range of food and drinks available and always left us going back for seconds.

The room was very nice. We called the front desk for a lot of things, and they were always quick to help us. I loved the pool. The location was right in front of the beach, so that was convenient. I love the Bal D' Afrique products in the bathroom. I bought a cologne of the same scent when I came home so that the smell would remind me of my trip.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we encountered a minor issue on our second day regarding breakfast. When we came down for breakfast, we were informed that it was not included with our booking, despite my wife having called the front desk the early morning to add it to our room. We then waited for 15 minutes when we came down because our names were not on the list. While we eventually enjoyed breakfast, the initial confusion and wait were a bit frustrating since we never received confirmation that our names had been added. We headed out for activities and I sustained a minor injury while participating in activities, and when my wife called to request an ice pack for my foot, the staff immediately offered to send someone to our room to assist with patching up my leg and arm.
Within 15 minutes, a young gentleman named Vinh arrived. He was incredibly polite, professional, and caring as he attended to my injury. Just 10 minutes later, his manager, Hoang, also came to our room to check on me and offered further assistance, including arranging a visit to a nearby doctor if needed. He also kindly offered a complimentary breakfast to-go the following morning, knowing we had an early checkout.
I truly appreciate the staff's attentiveness and care. This is what I consider superior service, and we will definitely be returning for our upcoming trips.

The front desk team/the concierge team, everyone who work at this hotel is the best at what they do and providing such an outstanding services. This is our 4th times stayed here and we will only stay here if we come back to Nha Trang. The price is very reasonable for the kind of service you will get here. Worth every penny.

The negative side was a very noise air conditioning . Windows had not sound isolation as well and we were waking up every day at 6 am because of the morning songs of locals beneath the hotel .
Beside this the room was smelly.

Location was fantastic, it’s on the Main Street and a couples steps over to the beach on the other side as long as you can dodge the cars.

The interior of the hotel is designed like a 5 star resort, all the decor is up to date and resembles a high end hotel in Vegas/Hawaii. The gym had all new equipment and even had lockers available. Steam room and sauna were available but only after 4pm.

The staff is very attentive, from the bell boy to the front desk, you were alway able to find someone to help.

The only missing piece is a pickleball court, once the hype spreads to VN, I believe all 5 star resorts will have a couple courts.

What i like about this hotel are the view, the room, the services.
And what i dont like is the staff services, they need to traning more how to respond with customer. When I asked a staff about the lounge and facilities from my room, she reply me with a very impolite attitute. I dont know what happened with her but I was very angry about this because im a customer not begging her!!!

I stayed in a “Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Ocean View” which was on the 10the floor. As the room faced the ocean and the main road that ran along the beach, and the windows were not double glazed, you can hear all the traffic and occasionally some music playing outside. Even on the 10th floor, the noise was very noticeable and it didn’t help that drivers in Vietnam like to use their honks. If you need absolute quietness in your sleep, avoid the rooms that face the road/ocean or try to get a room even higher up.

What exceeded expectations was the children’s playhouse/daycare with staff to look after to play with the young ones. There were a range of toys, a variety of crafts activities and the little girls could even get their hair braided and small nails painted!

This was my second time staying here. Great hotel in a good location by the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, very comfortable bed and pillows, they even have a pillow menu. Gym is awesome, breakfast is amazing with abundant choices. Staff are very well trained and all are very polite and welcoming. Was a bit disappointed with a dish that I ordered and they immediately acknowledged my feedback and took actions. I felt appreciated and valued. I
I will come back again.

Room service arrived cold - so went to bed without dinner. On the day of departure, one of the staff knocked on our door before 8.30am asking us what time we were vacating! Outrageous! Surely we have use of the room until check out and we don’t need to indicate when we are leaving. Too much upselling from the start. Despite being an ihg member, your only offers are a discount on an upsell! Again- nonsense. These sales move cheapen the brand. Hotel facilities are five star. The commercial approach and service however are not.

All good except only slight negatives was noisy lobby area and lack of constant pool service (except for one staff member) - I would expect service around pool for 5 star and we would have spent a lot more money! Location is at the upper side of beach, less crowded. Great restaurants nearby with good ambience. A few stroll to nearby mall.
The only drawback is air con does not function well in middle of night around 2-3 am, temperature will become hotter at that one hour not sure what happen probably in power saving mode.
Overall, breakfast, pool, spa are great though.

I loved this hotel and really enjoyed our Club level room.

The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to everything. Very clean and lovely room. Breakfast was wonderful with a great choice but the coffee could be warmer. :)

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The staff in the Club lounge were great and especially the lady with the glasses (sorry I cannot remember their name). Our room was beautifully cleaned every day.

Great hotel and would return. My only concern is about Nha Trang itself in the future as they are building a lot of hotels between the airport and Nha Trang and even a lot in Nha Trang itself. I hope they do not remove the cute little houses because that's what makes Vietnam.

So overall a great stay and we really enjoyed it.

A great Value

We stayed at the Premium King Bed room. The room in credible beautiful and clean. The food are also delicious we ended up ordering room service on 3 nights out of 7 nights we were there! Breakfast spread were good. Ive been to many Hotels and safe to say its Breakfast spread are among the best ive had so far. This hotel also has a beachside service with beach lounge chairs specially for its Hotels guests with water and beach towels - the only downside is, this service only available until 5pm everyday.

Really modern hotel, with helpful and attentive staff, who helped us with anything we wanted. It didn't give a sense of Vietnam but the hotel was very nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality hotel in Nha Trang, The only downside is the pool was very windy as it was one floor up facing the seafront.

Went to beacn and relax. Joging arong the coast. Visit local restaurant. Bud bath and Yan Bay water fall tour. The bach is not so cosy. Not clear water, no coral, many people, high wave for kids.
