We needed a place to crash for the night. Arrived late, the attendant maybe spoke 5 words. It was late so I get it. We booked 2 QN via hotels.com we received 2 full. Too tired to complain. But we didn’t get what we paid…or did we. The pillows are like mountains (very high), now our necks hurt. The lobby and hallways smell like major cleaning supplies but not in a good way.
Ann
Though we stayed only one night we were very pleased with the room. It was clean, modern, comfortable and the in-room coffee maker, a decent-sized refrigerator AND microwave were nice extras. If we're in the area in the future, we will definitely stay here again.
Inna
Good place clean and well kept!
matthew
Horrible staff. Just the rudest people and poorly groomed. Shouldn’t be dealing with guests.
Marcus

Clean room nice facility
DEBRA
The staff are exceptional, the room was extremely clean, the water pressure in the shower is amazing and they even give you a free hot breakfast.Def a great stay for the price!
Karen
I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good.
Christine
Clean. Quiet. Convenient to SUNY G. Good value.
gary
Clean room, close to shopping, food and activities.

Everyone was nice
Gregory
Very clean!
John
We couldn’t even stay for the evening as staff was rude and unaccomodating to our needs. We were left in an emergent serious storm condition with the children. Very poor service
Timothy
Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Also, the breakfast buffet was a good start to the morning.
Jacquelin
Found ants in my dogs water dish. Bathroom sink was stained, cracked. Small bathroom. Shower and towels okay. Vending drinks fairly priced. Nice bed.
Kevin
The management is absolutely terrible! They are completely disrespectful and show no empathy whatsoever.

Pet friendly and super nice staff at the check-in counter and the breakfast area. The area behind the hotel was good for my pup, and the proximity to the shops and campus and downtown was great. Not high end but perfect for an overnight.

Great place, felt like home.
This hotel was lovely and the staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast was delicious, the space for our pup was clean and well kept. The room was clean (even as a pet friendly one, thank you!!!!).
The bathrooms were very clean and we felt right at home. The area was safe and convenient to where we were traveling.

No EV chargers. Don’t trust the listing.
We are in the middle of a family road trip and booked this hotel specifically because they listed EV charging as an on-site amenity. There is no EV charging. There is no EV fast charging in the town. They would not even allow me to slow charge on one of the many exterior 120V outlets. My car estimated that I could reach the nearest fast charger with 1% battery remaining. This was not something I wanted to depend on, so I ended up having to drive to the local grocery store that has EV chargers in their parking lot, then walk 1/2 mile back to the hotel. Part of that walk is on a narrow shoulder with 18-wheelers whizzing by. Then I had to walk back at 5am to get my car. Fortunately, the cargo bag on my hitch rack was not broken into during the night. Not a great experience, and no help from the staff.

Very nice hotel, super nice room. Clean and comfy bed. Hotel staff super nice too. Only issue I had was my door lock stopped working one night. Manager got me into my room and they had the lock fixed by morning. Super quick.

Dated but fine
Jessica
The hotel was conveniently located for a visit to SUNY Geneseo. There was ample parking, the hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite lacking, however. There were very limited options, with no fruit offered at all. That being said, we would stay at this hotel again.
James
Super friendly
Nice room. The staff was super friendly and eager to help with my requests. I enjoyed my stay there and will continue to stay here.
Karen
Staff very friendly. Check-in/out process very quick. Good breakfast options, just wish better quality coffee was served. Bed was comfortable.
Verified traveler
The beds were horrible to sleep on and the pillows were way to small. We went down for breakfast at 730 and there was 4 sausage links, and 2 bagels left for breakfast. We attempted to find somebody to ask them if they were going to refill the food and there was nobody around. Overall we paid too much money for the service we received.
Kelly
Geneseo and counting
Everything about the day went well. The room is a little dated, but clean. The key card was tricky to use. The breakfast was really nice. The sitting area was very nice. The staff was very professional and helpful. I would say again.
Elisa
The rooms need repairs. The toilet overflowed.
Michael
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The exterior of the building looks very average and could use an upgrade, but it was what was inside that counted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. My only complaint is that the shower water only got warm, not hot.
Dennis
Nice place to stay
Adi
Overall this is a good place to stay. It has ample parking but is a bit far from the thruway. The area is quiet and the breakfast bar was excellent.
Karlene
Clean. Quiet surroundings. Friendly staff. Good for the price.

A Good Place to Stay
Having been to this Quality Inn several times in the past few years, I am always pleased with the quality of service and the cleanliness of my room and the entire facility. It also provides ample parking in a very safe area.
Jill
Friendly staff. Clean hotel
Brian
We stayed a night when visiting our son at the college. Perfect affordable stay.
Terilee
Room is large and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful! Id recommend it!
Josh
Easy check in. Nice breakfast (great waffle!). Easy to control temp in the room. Only downside was small thin pillows.
Denise
Easy check in by pleasant staff member
Robert
Old line Quality Inn updated to modern standards. Next door, the H.I. ( initials only) would cost you twice as much. Clean & superb breakfast
Marcela
Room and amenities were fine. The exterior of the hotel could be better maintained .
Kevin
Everything about the room, service was great. Breakfast just so-so.
Nicholas
Room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. Hair on bed and open used soap in bathroom.
Elizabeth
Nice hotel but I feel the beds are too hard. The breakfast was great.
Robert
This property was quaint and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
Richard
Internet WIFI reception was very weak on first floor. I had to go to the lobby to get some work done.
Nehan
We checked in and the staff just handed us the card without any info i.e wifi or breakfast timings. One thing I failed to notice when booking was that this hotel has no elevators. We had to carry all our luggage using the stairs to the second floor. I did request a room on main floor when checking in but was informed that nothing was available. The worst thing I would have say about the hotel is the cleanliness. After entering our room, we noticed that there was a ladies underwear wrapped around the iron. It was really disgusting. Don’t bother booking the room with the sofa bed as the sofa bed is horrible to sleep on, the springs were completely gone. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, lots of dining options and Walmart across the road.
Robert M Newman
Very easy check in, and the room was spacious and clean.
Pamela S
The property was outdated with stained dirty carpets. There was a musty old smell. Check in was difficult. Computer was not working and the person checking us in wanted to complete the process on her personal phone. I was not comfortable with her putting my credit card information on her phone.
Michael
Always solid, never amazing.

What i didn't like was that the property claimed the pool was available when booking but once got there it was out of service.
Michael
Not as nice as its sister property next-door. Minimal staffing, no frills, but comparable in quality for a much lower price.
James
It was like a sixties motel with needed updates. It ever had a old seventy style phone. Bathroom door was to close to the toilet, when door was open. The best part, the room had a bed and a door to the hallway. The Housekeeping staff was very friendly, helpfull and did the best they could with what they had to work with. The heavy set man at the front desk, should learn how to smile.
