We were on the first floor and the room above us sounded like they were having a dance-a-thon all night. The noise didn't stop. We were assured the following morning that it wouldn't happen again as there are construction workers staying there. It continued the next two nights. The sheets didn't fit the bed and the pillows were lumpy. Even had 2 wasps in the room next to the AC unit. Horrible sleep all 3 nights we were there!

The breakfast was lacking in all categories, lack of choice, watered-down waffle batter, watered-down syrup, and watered-down orange juice. They shouldn't advertise that breakfast is included.

We won't be staying there again!

The room was neglected.
The room was not clean.
The workers was rude and when I told them about the roo. How dirty it was they made us leave before there was Public hair in my shower and there was a bar of old soap that was in my shower I understand that the hotel only does with 2 bars of soap mine had 3 because of the one that was left in the room at quality inn east Liverpool Calcutta area.
They made me and my kids leave after all that so I paid 500$ to stay the weekend we checked in friday the 30 and was kicked out Friday the 31 after we was suppose to stay still Sunday the 1st of January.
My kids wanted to go swimming and they really didn't even get to go swimming .
Because of the property manager I highly do not recommend them.

I rented a room at this hotel in order to be local to family members. I visited the hotel a few days prior to explain my situation annd ensure it was acceptable. I was told yes. I rented the room, but once I got there and kids showed up to swim and share pizza with me, was told that I could not have visitors there using facility unless they rented a room. After conversation with the manager, I was told everyone needed to leave unless they reserved a room. I would highly recommend going to any another hotel if you have family that you want to visit while staying. There are several in the area that will accommodate. I wanted to stay local, but that’s a mistake I will not make again.

The “hot” breakfast consisted of waffles you can make yourself, a bunch of apples, yogurt and two kinds of cold cereal. Horrible.
The bed was slanted downwards at the head and in the middle it sunk. The fitted besheet did not fit. We had to call for batteries for the remote. And my feet were dirty from the floor and it is not carpet so easy to mop.

It was ok definitely not a $110 a night place to stay, and I didn't like the fact that when they found out the local plant was having an outage they raised the Nightly rate to Milk more money from the visiting tenants so I relocated to another place Great staff indoor pool gas station 500 feet away but Greedy practices!

You could have more choices for breakfast. Other Quality Inns I have stayed at had muffins, danishes, egg, bacon and sausage along with the waffles and cereal and yogurt. I was disappointed to only see yogurt, cereal and waffles so we left and went elsewhere for breakfast. Also the noise in the hallway from other guests from midnight till about 2am was very loud that we could not sleep.

The hotel needs some money spent on it. There is no elevator and it is difficult to get luggage to the second floor. The steps and hallways are dirty. The breakfasts are miserable. Do you think you can supply larger cups for coffee?

The property itself is a bit dated. My initial room had to be changed as the air unit was leaking. The unit in the next room sounded like a jet taking off and shutting down but at least it didn't leave a puddle on the floor. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast room had a limited although adequate offering.

The microwave had food in ithat had been wrapped in paper towels and obviously been there for some time. The floor was quite dirty as clean white socks were very dirty after walking across the floor. First of all the bed so you got on it you guys rode straight to the middle. It is junk. The chair in the room was filthy and the material underneath the cushion was hanging and touching the floor. The room was not clean at all then water from the bathroom ceiling started pouring down even through the light fixture at the top which the light started flickering, which is not very safe at all. Yes, the girl at the front desk was very nice to us, upgraded us and everything, but I would not stay at that hotel and will not recommend that hotel to anyone and if I had my way you should give me my money back.

The location is great, the breakfast and breakfast area was really good. The room has seen a better day, it’s a little worn down, with broken switch plates and the door had 4 sharp screws protruding through the exterior of the door where maintenance used screws that were too long to fix the interior chain lock. It seems maybe some rooms are used as residences, because the first floor had an overwhelming smell of food being cooked and several large trash bags in the hallway.

My stay was short but the room was comfortable and clean and I would stay there again sometime however the continental breakfast was a little disappointing because it only consisted of a waffle if you wanted or 2 kinds of cereal or yogurt and the only drinks were coffee which I don’t drink, orange juice which makes me sick and water.. I would have liked to see some muffins or bagels and at least some apple or cranberry juice available..

ID was not checked at check in, and my brother in law with the same name was given our prepaid room on accident. Beds are small and uncomfortable, the halls are loud so it was hard to sleep. The halls were covered with dirt, but will say the house cleaners were trying to keep it clean. Was told by local friends that they no longer recommend this hotel to visiting friends and family.

This hotel was recommended to me as I was looking for a hotel in this area with an indoor pool for my grandson. My first surprise came at the check-in when I was informed they didn't have roll-away beds (I had requested one weeks prior to our stay), nor did they have a bigger room that we could upgrade to for an additional fee that might have a pull-out sofa. When we got to our room, we discovered the toilet didn't flush, so we were given a new room. The toilet did flush there, but it sounded like a jet taking off every time it was flushed.
So, we went to check out the indoor pool, only to find that the water was so cold we couldn't stay in more than a few minutes.
Then we decided to play a game we had brought. There wasn't a big enough table in our room that had chairs, so we went to the breakfast room to play, only to be told that we couldn't play there, or in the lobby either. They said there was a table in the pool area with chairs, but as it had slats in it, we knew our small game pieces would fall through. So, that didn't work either.
Back in our room, we had noisy neighbors and a yappy dog. We reported these issues, but there wasn't much improvement.
\"Breakfast\" was a huge disappointment as well. There were very few options.
The staff wasn't very helpful with any of these issues, and we all left feeling frustrated and unhappy.
I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy, but the bed was small and uncomfortable. It was a full size bed, not a queen. It was like 2 people trying to sleep in a twin size bed. The breakfast had nothing. I have had continental breakfast before and this wasn't even that. All there was was waffles,cereal and yogurt. There was coffee but there wasn't any apple juice in the machine only orange juice. No muffins or toast or fruit.

Half the lights didn't work and there was a weird smell. They moved me and the tweekers above my new room were so loud I had to call the front desk from my personal phone 3 times because the phone in my room didn't work. It sounded like they were constantly moving furniture and stomping around. CONSTANTLY. Front desk did nothing. I called the cops. Ended up leaving at 2am to sleep in my truck. I had to be up for work at 5am. This was a Thursday. F. THIS. PLACE. 2 and a half bills for 2 nights in this outdated relic left a disgusting taste in my mouth.

The staff is super friendly price was reasonable. The motel was clean but can really use an update. The first room we got the the swing lock knob was broke. They moved us to another room without any fun. The other room toilet handle was cracking.

There was pubic hair in bathtub that was not ours.
The tv did not work. I called main desk and she said the repair people were coming to fix it, the entire hotel had no tv.
There was a storm in night, I wondered if storm knocked out tv service.??
