Right from the beginning of my visit the stay was excellent. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in as soon as it was possible. The room was nice and cool ready for our occupancy and we actually were shown to our room by a staff member dressed in traditional formal Philippine attire. The room was very comfortable beds were very nice and the view of the airport from the room was interesting as well. Overall a wonderful stay and I plan on using the Savoy in the future.

THEY DO NOT OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT SHUTTLE AS ADVERTISED. They have stopped this service since the pandemic but failed to update their third party booking partners. They only informed me of this the day before my check-in, and their remedy was to offer me a hotel car for p1,200 - a scam because my grab car cost p150. The hotel was nice yes and convenient 15 min walk to the newport mall but im very disappointed about the airport shuttle. It was the whole reason I booked this hotel.

The hotel location is convenient and close to the airport. We have stayed at this hotel before and it is showing some wear and tear in some areas of the property. The room that we were given on the 4th floor did not have any hot water. But since we were only staying for 1 night, it wasn’t worth the bother of requesting to move to another room. We also found the mattress of the bed to be on the soft side. I suppose it is a personal reference when it comes to the firmness of the bed. On the positive note, all staff are friendly and polite.

Basic airport hotel with small rooms but can walk to hotel from Terminal 3 but it’s a bit of a hike & directions are not straightforward. Ask an airport employee for directions to sky bridge that takes you out of the terminal. You can walk a few blocks to hotel. Area seems safe & there are many restaurants but if you walk a block away, area seems to get worse. Nice breakfast that opens early if you have early flight.
