Nice and very comfortable hotel! Enjoy the pool and steam bath very much. Would defenitly stay there again! But it should be mentioned that the Junior Suites with River view don't have a RIVER VIEW :-(.

The air conditioner blew freezing in part of the room and not at all near the bed.
The room safe was not secured to the cabinet.
The location is a distance from everything else. But it is not a large town and Uber is cheap..
Unless you need a larger room there are better choices.

I really like this hotel. The staff was kind and pleasant. The hotel was in great condition. The room was comfortable and in great shape. The internet was decent, and the breakfast was very good. It's in a central location about a ten-minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for me.

Located close to the bus station and about twenty minutes' walk from the famous, Costanera beach, this is a great place to spend a couple of days. The room was generously proportioned. Breakfast included a couple of Paraguayan traditional specialities. The pool terrace is a pleasant space, although the pool itself is rather small. Staff were always willing to help, whether by arranging taxis or with detailed knowledge of local shops!

Estadia muito boa. A única questão que apontaria é que o Casino não é no hotel, como pode parecer, mas sim na rua ao lado. Bem próximo, mas não faz parte da estrutura do hotel.
Tive problema no estacionamento, mas não foi culpa do hotel e sim de um argentino folgado que deixou seu carro bloqueando o meu. No geral, vale a pena!

Excelente hotel en Encarnación Si bien tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la reserva, una vez subsanado el mismo, recibimos todo tipo de atenciones que nos permitieron pasar una estadía maravillosa, tales como un champagne para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, modernas, habitaciones super cómodas, baño perfecto, cocheras amplias, personal dispuesto en todo momento. La señorita del Spa es muy profesional y atenta. El restaurante también es bueno y el personal del mismo super dispuesto en todo momento, Sin dudas volvería y lo recomiendo.

lento el check-in pero estimo que no era culpa del recepcionista sino mas bien de la gente que estaba antes que tenia inconvenientes y eso demoro todo el procedimiento. ademas la pileta habia tenido mantenimiento y despues olvidaron encender la temperatura, el agua estaba tibia a fria y se disfruto poco de ella. lo demás como siempre todo bien. recomendado
