Everywhere is immaculate, clean, polished, every detail perfect. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and polite, no-one passes you in a corridor or anywhere without speaking. The food is a work of art too. You are made to feel a million dollars during your stay, such a beautiful hotel! You cant help but notice the attention to detail in EVERY litte thing. Fantastic experience.

I loved my stay at The Savoy!! The Customer Service was Exceptional!! The Concierge, Robert made all of my reservations and booked a Savoy chauffeur for my airport transfer. The wait staff in The Savoy Grill and the Riverside Grill were outstanding. The front desk receptionists were kind enough to escort me to my room when I checked-in, to show me how to get there. The Valet/Doormen always greeted me with a smile and always offered to get a taxi or assist with my shopping bags and luggage. The Housekeeping Staff were excellent. The hotel was decorated so beautifully for the holidays!! It was gorgeous!! Overall, it is a real treat to stay at The Savoy!! I will be back every year for my birthday! 5-Stars!!

Arthur and the staff at the SAVOY went the extra mile to accommodate a paraplegic guest - even removing the legs from the bed to make it four inches lower. Highly recommended for travelers with disabilities.
If that is not enough, breakfast every morning was fabulous!

First time visit

This was the first time that myself and my wife have been to this hotel.
From the minute we walked through the door, the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
We used one of the in house restaurants on the final evening and apart from when one of the servings was cold and was changed immediately the food was out of this world as was the breakfast this morning.
The staff in the restaurant were excellent, very knowledgeable.
The actual room we had was out of this world.

The staff really couldn’t be any better, helpful, attentive, friendly, we stopped in a superior room and were directed to the 9th floor, the room was not 5 star, the furniture was old and dated, was damaged in areas and badly repaired, the shower screen was too small for the shower and resulted in water flowing all over the bathroom floor, the tv worked intermittently, was slow, too big for the room so much so the door banged into it, the view was HORRIFIC, backs of buildings, we went for my wife’s birthday and the non rainfall/soaker shower she had to hold herself to shower and the head was broken, loose and span in her hand so she had to hold the hot part with a flannel to shower. This is the second time we’ve stopped here, the first time was outstanding, this time was really really poor and had we not be rushing to catch the train home the lovely staff would have had our full frustration

Amazing breakfast and we had dinner at the Savoy Grill, we had the Savoy Grill Experience which was amazing. The American bar did wonderful cocktails too. All of the staff were extremely friendly and happy.

The Savoy an exceptional hotel that’s luxurious, has great dining and drinks options and has exceptional service. I was even more pleased to be upgraded to a suite which was a few categories above the luxury king I booked for myself. The only thing I was unimpressed by was the lack of food & beverage options in the mini bar, I thought there should have been more snacks like nuts , sweets and confectionery etc. The breakfast was excellent and really tasty . I had eggs Benedict which is my favourite breakfast and it was lush. I had a fantastic time and would very highly recommend it !!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Our room was upgraded as it was my husband's 75th birthday and they had left a big bar of chocolate with a greeting in our lovely room. The huge bed and pillows were comfortable, the huge bath towels soft and complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the minibar. Everything was spotless. Food at the Savoy Grill was absolutely delicious and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A most memorable stay.

Best hotel in London! Pricey, but well worth it. The staff makes it a point to remember your name and make you feel welcome. We were only there two nights but felt at home.

We arrived slightly before check-in time so that put us in a very nice lounge and brought champagne while we waited.

The area is a bit tourist-y, but we were there Easter week/spring break so maybe it's not *always* that bad. Even so, the hotel is back off the main road, so getting into a cab is not a life and death matter!

Easy walking to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace.

Fun fact: The driveway into the front of the hotel is \"right-side\" drive. Must be the only road in London that's that way and it confuses the heck out of inexperienced cabbies and/or Uber drivers.

This traditional hotel is located in the heart of the theater district and steps away from Covent Garden. It is immaculate. The staff is very helpful and nice and the Gordon Ramsay restaurant which is located inside the hotel is phenomenal. Another must stop Is the American bar also located in the hotel and a beautiful place for a drink.

The old Savoy (pre-
Renovations) had amazing ambiance in their historic suites which we were lucky enough to stay in many years ago. The newly remodeled rooms are comfortable but much smaller. And they feel like any other decent hotel. However one stays at the Savoy for the service and the location which remain second to none. The food is excellent too.

Extraordinarily decorated for Christmas--magical and festive. Staff was outstanding--especially Bibi in helping us with transportation, reservations and a tremendous amount of inquiries. Warm and gracious hospitality.
Very close to Covent Garden and the Underground to shopping and restaurants. Easy to walk over Waterloo Bridge to the Old Vic Theater, London Eye and more.
Restaurants at the Savoy were also amazing.
Our experience over Christmas could not have been better!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time, we loved the facilities and the service offered by all staff
The reading room was so relaxing and not very busy which meant it was somewhere really nice to chill out
We only had one very minor complaint, and that was the shower fell and the conditioner, they’re in captive receptacles (like a Travel Lodge) in lieu of individual bottles, which for a hotel room of this standard and price we felt that this was not commensurate fir a 5 star hotel.
Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Staff are amazing! Rooms and spa was immaculate. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get hot water, I know they are thermostatically controlled but the temperature was Luke warm at best . This however didn’t spoil the experience.
