It’s a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Staff are rude and unhelpful to even the most basic requests; if you arrive early they refuse to let you use the facilities, any of them, the only thing they will allow you to do is pay and eat at the restaurant. And even that they make it seem like they’re doing you the biggest favour. The bedroom walls are paper-thin, you can literally hear people having a conversation in the next room. The pool and fitness area are an absolute joke. With a thousand other hotels in the area, you can certainly find better options.

In general, it’s a nice experience and the staff is friendly.
However, a few things needed to be improved. There is a few stain on the bed sheet; the design of the tub and water tap in the toilet makes the water splashes to the body every time, no matter how small you turn on the tap; my room is the nearest room to the elevator, I can hear everyone talk while they are waiting for the elevator, the soundproofing needs to be improved.

Nice hotel, only a couple of things to improve, The TV does not work well with the service that they use and having to pay for parking each time you are picked up by a car or taxi is a bit annoying even though it is a minimal amount. Otherwise staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

First of all, never trust Expedia for a booking in Asia! This is a nice hotel, only three complaints. TV system really sucks, buffers and you have to restart constantly. Second bathroom is dark and has no exhaust fan. Third, you have to pay for a driver to pick you up and getting to the hotel is tough due to mall traffic.

Strategically Located (connected to Dharmawangsa Mall, nearby to Kemang Village Mall, Senayan Plaza/City, Pacific Place, etc). Normal business hotel, but very well supported by the facilities at Dharmawangsa Mall (i.e. small mall with supermarket, coffee bean, Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy, reflexology centre, etc etc). Mosque is about 700 m away. All perfect!

Expensive, small deluxe room, worst service ever

Fast moving ants, smaller room even deluxe room booked compared to Grandhika deluxe room and twice as expensive. Smoked 1 cigarette and they asked for 1 million Rupiah which was absolutely ridiculous and the hotel lobby is 1/3 size of Grandhika. I called the technician manager because the TV wasn’t working and they never came. Worst experience ever paying such a high price which I regret. The quality of the food is bad and stale. Will never stay here again for sure.

Nice business class hotel connecting to Mall

Second time in this hotel and was given a nice upgrade to business room. Pleasantly surprised by it as the extra room is appreciated. There are still small little ants on the window table though, same as the previous stay though. Apart from that, the general cleanliness of the room is acceptable. The breakfast has improved for this time round. Maybe due to the fasting month, the amount of food needed to prepare is lesser and tasted better. Curiously, the connecting door to the mall is closed this time round and we had to go out thru the main door and re-enter the mall. Would like to re-visit on my next trip as the staffs there are execellent.

Booked 101 for 4 nights in May, for a deluxe room with a King bed. The room is pretty small and hardly have any walking space with 2 luggages. The cleanliness is suspect as well, as there are ants often seen crawling on the narrow site table. Room reminds me of those from budget IBIS hotels. The breakfast is pleasant but pretty basic. Wanted to upgrade to a bigger room but unfortunately the hotel was full during the period. The good thing is that it is attached to Darmawangsa Square and basic amenities is easy available from the supermarket there. There a some restaurants in there but is a quite a quiet mall. Most shops close by 8pm.

We stayed in 101 Sedayu Dharmawangsa in the Executive room for almost a couple weeks for vacation. The Hotel is nice and comfortable, however it was hard to find the parking. We always have to pay Rp 5000 only for turning around to pick-up up/drop-off. I hope the hotel management will be able to give the free parking fee for the Taxi/ Grab who only pick-up/drop-off the Hotel Guest.

The breakfast is always nice as usual, the pastry was even better than Marriot Jakarta and Hotel Tentrem in Jogya. I remembered, with very good coco pastry & donuts.

The room was very comfortable, very clean & nice. I remembered the Cleaner guy with name Syamsi who always asked us if we need extra the bottles of water. It kind of great services for the guest from this Hotel.
Overall the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

U.S customer not very satisfied

I gave two thumbs up for the house keeping and their personel. They are very helpful and fully understand what the customer expectations. However, there are some of personel from front desk and bell boys did not understand their duties. A member of families leave a two bags containing fresh foods at the front desk it supposed to send them to my room immediately but, I did not get those bags until later in the evening, consequently, the food become spoiled and sour. Therefore, those food become wasted. Thanks to your front desk and bell boys.
I hope next time my visit will be better experience.

Modern and interesting decor in this clean and well priced hotel. Co-located with a shopping centre the site is well serviced for restaurants and convenience stores. There is a cafe in the hotel where traditional and western breakfast is served.

On April had the distinct pleasure of staying 3 nights at this superb hotel, travelled on business. Which is connected to an exclusive lifestyle citywalk called Darmawangsa Square, it has more than 100 retail stores. My stay was absolutely perfect. From the kind, courteous, and professional front deck staffs, exceptionally Ms. Deviana, wish many other hotels in the world has staffs like her, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas plus the breakfast buffet my experience was nothing less than exceptional.

My stay was pleasure. Nice big room with not bad breakfast. It's a quite new hotel which is linked to small shopping square and surrounded by restaurant, cafe and etc. The only disadvantages for me is take me more than 45 minutes travel back to hotel from Sudirman area.

Very disappointing stay at hard-to-access hotel

The most diasppointing hotel stay among the 70 nights/year I stay at hotels in Asia:

-Staff didn't have my reservation on file when I checked in. Front desk staff asked me to sit down in lobby. Then forgot about me. 15 min later, I went back to front desk and they finally had my reservation.
-No iron or ironing board provided. So asked for laundry to get picked up. And hotel forgot to send someone. Laundry overpriced for an Indonesian hotel, too.
-Hard to enter/exit hotel because it's in a shopping complex. Literally took 10 minutes to exit because one has to go around complex to find exit--and then pay 5000 rupiah even when leaving in a taxi because of parking fee.
-Pillows were all hard and not suitable for stomach sleeper.
-Hotel tried to charge a fee for late check out. Come on.
-Breakfast is pricey and not free compared to Jakarta competitors like Kosenda, Artotel.
-Hotel located in one of most traffic-congested neighborhoods in the world.
-Staff generally is not competent.

Only good part of stay was very cheerful breakfast staff. New rooms and tvs, too.

101 hotel is worth a try.

Newly open hotel, great location in the middle of south Jakarta with easy access to all interesting place in Jakarta. Traffice is a plus as its it away from the CBD in most hours of the day. Good rates and breakfast served. I will return to stay if the rate is not increase drastically .

I enjoyed my stay at The 101 Jakarta Sedayu Dharmawangsa hotel. Hotel condition is new and clean with good size room and bath room. It provides tea-coffee making facilities and hair dryer which I appreciate.

One time I complained about the bad odour that came out from the water closet. When I got back to my room later that day the problem has been handled properly. No more odour.

The staff I met (from the reception area, dining area, room cleaner, bell boy and security) all were polite, attentive, and helpful. The hotel management must be praised for the quality of customer services in this hotel.

I also impressed by the quality and taste of food provided at breakfast time. There are many varieties of food and beverages provided. I compliment the Chef for the delicious meals.

The hotel is conveniently located within the Dharmawangsa Square Mall which is also impressed me. There is a door from the lobby area straight to the DS Mall so it is easy and comfy for me to go to restaurants, spa, drug store, or supermarket within the Mall. It is not hard to find taxi. You can ask the receptionist to order taxi and wait comfortably in the lobby until the taxi come.

Hotel facilities were O.K. but the room was very small.
I liked the view from 9th Floor but the room without bath-tub was disappointing.
Breakfast was O.K and the Front staffs were friendly, but could not explain to me properly about \"how to use Elevator with Card Key\" nor there was no explanation inside the Elevator either.
Car entrance is so complicated and narrow.
Hotel location and accessibility should be explained more in detail so that whoever sees the Map would know \"how to get to the Hotel\".
Map and direction on online information was very poor.

飯店位置在舊城區附近，交通不太方便，只能靠叫車。附近沒有地方可以逛只有一間小型便利商店，搭Taxi到市區大約要20分鐘（未塞車的狀況下）。服務人員態度很好，住第一晚發現廁所有小蟑螂，反應要求換房間後立刻協助處理。早有西式和印尼式可供選擇。旁邊有小型商場和幾家餐廳可以吃飯，選擇不多。

5泊朝食付き、ビジネスルームで宿泊。モール併設ホテルで、徒歩圏内に複数レストランあり。
気になった点は、部屋の壁が少し薄く、隣部屋の物音が少々気になった事や冷蔵庫があまり冷えない程度。
部屋は清潔、虫も出ず、ネット接続も比較的良好だったので不満無し。
雨でもモール内で食事可能だったのは助かった。
この価格帯では良好なホテルだと思う。

洗面の水が流れず溜まる問題はあったがその他は問題なし、快適であった。ただ、チェックインが14時からだが、部屋のクリーニング等準備がまだという事で30分以上待たされてしまったのは、あまり良くない点だった。

今まで以上に交通の便が良くなった。2019年になりジャカルタ MRTが開通し歩いて7,8分のところに新駅がオープンしたこれでジャカルタ中心部へは渋滞を気にする事なくアクセス出来るようになった。

2/26～3/8まで滞在する予定でしたが、3/４に夕食から戻ってくると、ホテルは何台もの消防車に囲まれて、排気口からは黒煙がモクモクと排出されていました。地下で火災が起き、その日は23:30まで外部で待たされ、ようやっと、近くのMonopoly Hotelというビジネスホテルに移送されました。このホテルは前にディスコがあり、午前2時半まで毎晩、けたたましい音楽が続いて眠れず、かといって、料金を前払いしていたので、キャンセルもできず、格落ちした部屋に押し込められてひどい状態で4日間を過ごさざるを得ませんでした。この間の料金は全額返金されるべきです。まったくとんでもない経験をしました。
