今回、結婚30周年で利用させていただきました。部屋も広く館内も清潔で気持ち良かったです。食事は地物がふんだんに使われており、少量多種で非常に満足しました。温泉は早い時間の利用だったせいかほぼ貸切の状態でのんびりつかることが出来ました。また、スタッフも会うたびに挨拶があり対応も丁寧でした。帰りには玄関先で女将さんとの記念撮影にも応じてくださり記念になりました。

しかし、残念な点があります。担当していただいた仲井さんが部屋の中や給仕中によく咳をしていました。
マスクをしていましたが、このご時世なのでとても心配です。 もちろん灰屋さんでお客様の入館時と同様、体温検査、体調検査をされているでしょうから安全と思いますが、少し不安が残りました。 事前にＯＯなので咳がだますがご心配なくとの説明が欲しかった。
総合的にその点が無ければ、満足できる旅館と思います。

丁寧な対応の老舗旅館

部屋は眺めがよかったです。禁煙の部屋が無くて事前に消臭をお願いしました。空気清浄器もあり全然たばこのにおいがなく快適に過ごせました。ただ、加湿するためタンクの水を入れようと中を見たらカビがついてたので止めました。部屋食は料理もおいしかったので満足しました。色々r帰りは従業員で送ってくださったので良かったですが、早く出発しないとと少し焦りました。
