The picture, the huge crab aquarium at the entrance, the crab marking on the room numbers tell it all, this is a Ryokan for eating really good crab. Sakai, is a far place, and it is pretty old and run down, but it would all be worth it for the crab. So you can imagine my surprise when I learned that despite it being crab season my dinner doesn't have any crab. Had they informed me in check-in that my dinner didn't have crab, I would've been slightly upset that I had to pay a few hundred dollars extra but they didn't tell me and by dinner time it was too late. Hareya Ryokan will forever plant itself in my memory as one of the biggest disappointments in my life.

お料理がお値段以上の美味しいお料理で朝晩と幸せな気持ちにさせてもらえました。飲み物が自由に飲めるサーバーが用意されていたり、スタッフの方のお声がけや対応もとても良かったです。
温泉も内湯は適度な温度で露天風呂は熱めでちょうど良かったです。いい旅館でした。ありがとうございました。

芝政ワールドで夕方まで遊んでから宿泊しました。
芝政からとても近い立地だったことが良かったです。
ちょうど露天風呂から芝政の花火を見ることができて得した気分でした！
お料理はとても美味しかったです。
お風呂は若干お湯が熱めでした。
施設は全体的に古いのでところどころ残念でしたが、従業員の方々の気配りは行き届いていたと思います。

残念な点としては旅館内には売店がありませんので、お土産買えません。自販機はお酒はビールしかありませんので買って行くと良いです。

2021に初めて利用させて頂いたのですが、なんといっても夕食の品数の多さと1人分ずつお釜で炊くご飯の美味しさ、食事をするお部屋も海側なので海に沈む夕焼けを見ながらの食事が最高です。
スタッフの方も暖かく親切です。
我が家は今年で3回目の利用です。

露天風呂が入れなくお風呂場の清潔感はなかったが、お部屋は綺麗だったのとスタッフの対応や、海沿いの部屋でお料理もとてもよかったです。
また、東尋坊や、水族館も近く楽しめました。

料理:地のもの旬のものを使用し手をかけたことが感じられる料理。鮑が美味しかった。
設備:リニューアルしてある箇所は綺麗だったが、反面脱衣場など古さが目立つ箇所とのギャップを感じる結果となった。
部屋のエアコンがうるさすぎて夜中に何度も目が覚めてしまった。
接客:優しくあたたかい接客をしてもらえた。親戚の家に帰ってきたような安心感があった。
周辺:車があれば東尋坊や芝政ワールドへのアクセスが良い。周辺には店舗がなく、旅館内に売店もないので必要なものは事前に買い出しが必要。車で6分ほどでコンビニやスーパー、ドラストがあり車があればさほど不便はない。

小学生、幼児含めた家族で滞在しました。旅館の方の対応は非常によく、子供たちが話しかけたりした際にも、丁寧に接してくださりました。
部屋もお風呂も清潔感があり、滞在中不満に思うことはありませんでした。
毎日、豪華な食事を用意してくださったことにも大満足でした。

温泉は良かったのですがシャンプー中にお湯が止まり皆パニックになり大変でした、さらに部屋の水も出なくなったり、洗面台には電気もコンセントも無くとても不便でした💦何よりカニ🦀が残念でした💧朝食のご飯が私達の席だけご飯が炊けてませんでした💧
