This is a simple, small, friendly hotel in the centre of town.
Firstly what could have been better:
Breakfast was limited for me as a vegan. Ita typical Turkish breakfast with one hot dish, cold meats, cheeses, olives, salad, some fruit, bread, butter, jam, honey, chocolate spread. Two kinds of cereal, coffee and Turkish tea are available as well as cold fruit squash drinks and water. I still managed to eat lots of bread, olives, salad and tahini spread.
The hotel is in a central location so it can be noisy at night. Unfortunately I had some noisy neighbours too.
Air con is noisy.
Shower door didn't shut properly so the floor got a bit wet .
These are the only issues.
The pluses:
Quiet, small but beautiful cute little swimming pool.
Free beach towels.
Free air con.
Free use of safe.
Free wifi.
Room was cleaned daily.
Staff are super helpful and kind.
I was allowed to leavw my bags and spend all day by the pool after checking out.

Gider gitmez asansörde kaldık,ve sürekli merdivenleri kullanmak zorunda kaldık, odamız inanılmaz küçüktü iki kişi hareket etmekte çok zorlandık, odada kettle ve kahve çay vardı ama kettle takacak fiş yoktu , buzdolabının fişini çekip takmanız gerekiyor ki o da komodinin arkasında.Fakat konumu çok güzel, kahvaltısı şahane ve çalışan genç arkadaşlar gerçekten çok nazik ve yardımsever.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN
I arrived at this property early but by 3pm they still had not given me a room. I comained to hotels.com and was eventually given a cheaper room than i paid for. The wifi did not work causing me to run up £50 in roaming charges. The hotel refused any compensation or refund. I certainly would not reccommend this terrible hotel

The location is good. I’m not sure about the other rooms, but the penthouse was bad. We were there in June 2019 and it felt like an oven the moment we got on the top floor. The bigger issue was the cleanliness of the room. It may have been spot-swept, but it certainly wasn’t mopped as I could see layers of dust on the floor. We didn’t complain as it was for only one night. The staff was friendly though.

Perfect choice based on it's price range
I am very glad that i ran into this hotel on expedia. Very good location, 3-4 min walking distance to city center. All rooms have a quite big balcony with 2 chairs. Hotel staff was very polite, rooms were super clean and modern (new decorated). PLUS.. even though my original purchased room was garden-view, hotel staff made a favor and gave me a sea view room without any additional cost. Highly recommended! The only downside is, the tv could have been bigger and has more channels.

Otelde 8 gün kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve destekleyiciydi. Çok memnun kaldık. İlk gün uçaktan erken indiğimiz için otelde erken olduk. Sabah 6 gibi normalde 14.00 da giriş yapmamız gerekiyormuş. 8 gün ücret alınmasına rağmen erken geldiğimiz için yarım gün ücreti tekrar alındı. Çalışan destekleyici konuştu. Anladığım kadarı ile elinden gelen birşey yoktu. Tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim bir otel olur. Kaş merkeze çok yakın yürüme mesafesi. Beaclerin tam karşısında bir kaç yer denememiz oldu ama biz en çok Derya beacden memnun kaldık. Başka beacleri aramakla zaman harcamayın diye yazmak istedim :) Otelin tam karşısında zaten. Genel olarak konum, temizlik ve çalışan iletişiminden çok memnun kaldığımız için tercihlerimiz arasında olacak bir otel.

Otel merkezi konumda ancak çok konforsuzdu. Odalar çok küçük ve eskiydi.Tek başıma kalmama rağmen odada hareket alanım çok kısıtlıydı. Klima yetersizdi. Memnun kalmadım.

3 arkadaş olarak, 4 katlı “asansörsüz” binanın en üst katındaki çatı katı odasında kaldık. Maalesef çatı katı odasına oda demeye bin şahit ister. Tavanın alçaklığı yüzünden odada başımızı eğmeden yürüyemedik 4 gün boyunca.
Odanın kötüluğü dışında sadece bir kez odaya temizliğe gelindi (o da söylediğimiz için) kalan 3 günde odamız temizlenmedi.

Genel itibariyle memnun kaldık. Odada eksikler vardı elbette, fiyatına göre olduğunu düşünüyoruz. İstediğimiz zaman temizlik yapıldı, özel bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Havuzu fotoğrafta daha büyükmüş gibi görünüyordu ona biraz şaşırdık ilk etapta. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Kaş'ta ilk tatilimiz mükemmel konumda bulunan butik oteli tercih ettiğimiz için çok şanslıydık. Halk plajı, çarşı,alışveriş yerleri yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odamız deniz manzaralıydı sabah ve akşamı bambaşkaydı. Temizlik gayet iyiydi, sabah kahvaltısındaki çeşitlilik yeterliydi. Birkaç gün için gayet güzel bir seçim tavsiye ederiz.

Otopark derdi
Otelin en büyük sorunu otoparktı. Otoparkı var diye yazmalarına aldanarak gittim ve bu konuda gerçekten çok mağdur olduk. Otelin önünde 4-5 arabalık bir yer var, ne zaman gitsek doluydu zaten otoparktan kasıt buysa pek faydalanamadığımız kesin. Bizi bağlı bulundukları bir otelin otoparkına yönlendirdiler. Orada da normal alanlarda yer olmasına rağmen saçma bir yere koydurdular arabayı (o kadar içeriye girdikki o otelin havuzunun kenarına koymuş olduk). Ertesi gün gittiğimizde arabamızı alamadık çünkü arkasına başka araba koyulmuştu ve 15 dakika beklemek zorunda kaldık kaç kere söylememize rağmen. Ertesi gün akşam ise biraz geç döndük patara plajına gittiğimiz için, o zaman da geldiğimizde içeride 1 arabalık yer vardı. Önden biz geldiğimiz ve görevliye de habesos otelde kalıyoruz diye söylediğimiz halde görevli hayır siz çekilin yolu kapatıyorsunuz ben sizin arkanızdaki arabayı alıp kapıyı kapatacağım, siz arabanızı kapının önüne park edin anahtarı da resepsiyona bırakın dedi. Sokağa bırakacak olduktan sonra anahtarı niye vereyim?

Genel olarak artıları ve eksileri olan bir yer. Otel konum avantajı olan bir işletme ama ne yazık ki gecelik aldıkları fiyat etmez. Odalar çok küçük ve dar. Tuvaletler çok eski ve kullanışsız. Asansörler tek kişilik ve basık. Beni en rahatsız eden şey ıslak havluları astığımız balkonun altında mutfakları var ve bu hiç hijyenik değil. Kahvaltı dahil konaklamada kahvaltı en ucuz malzemelerden hazırlanmış ve tatsızdı. Pandemi yüzünden hijyenik olsun diye açık büfede çalışanlar servis yapıyor bu da bir artı olarak söylenebilir. Buna rağmen odalardaki mini buzdolabında bir su bile yok. Başka bir avantaj havuz kenarı öğle saatlerine kadar güneş almadığı için serin ve güzel. Diğer avantaj bayram yüzünden hangi plaja gitsek kişi başı minimum 100 TL istediler ama otelin önünde Derya beach ile Çınarlar beach arasında halk plajı gibi minik bir giriş var. Otelden çıkıp denize girip havuz başına geri dönebilirsiniz. Resepsiyon ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever fakat eski oluşu ve ucuz görüntüsü ile geceliği 65€ edecek bir yer bence değil.

Кроме мыла и шампуня нет ничего. (Нет тапочек, воды, полотенец для пляжа и тд)
Пляжа нет, есть общественный пляж размером 15 метров вдоль берега и 20 в глубину, где сидят все от животных до туристов, от тележек из магазина до лиц сомнительной порядочности.
Если хотите покупаться и не переживать за вещи то только на территории кафе и за деньги. Однако даже там нам не удалось занять место, все было переполнено.
Мы бронировали 2 ночи, что бы погулять по центру (единственный плюс отеля это 2 минутная доступность центра и прогулочной набережной)
В первую ночь у нас гремел кондиционер, когда его отключаешь гремит внешний блок кондиционера из отеля напротив (стена в 5 метрах) и становится жарко.
Так же у нас вечером потек душ, ночью потек холодильник и раковина. В номере было 2 розетки одна из которых была четко за подушкой на кровати, там же был и выключатель (естественно ворочаясь свет все время включался и выключался).
Вообщем проснувшись мы решили сбежать из отеля и переехать в другой отель на полуострове ( мы жили в трёх отелях в Каше и лучше жить на полуострове и приезжать гулять в центр, но купаться в шикарном море и с небольшим количеством людей, чем жить в центре но как будто в Адлере в июле в локдаун)
Бассейн нормальный но на 40 номеров лежаков там 15-20)
Завтрак скудный, наесться можно если любите хлеб с маслом)
