Lovely place and lovely people. Food was pretty good. Great location an me friendly bar etc. small critiques: the room was not large (double bed pushed up with one side against a wall which made exit hard). Also it was 100 steps up to the room which was fine but not so easy to get the bags down. A staff member brought them up but was unavailable to bring them down. But parking was good, view excellent and a good stay overall. Great location for Kas and walks

We were not prepared for the fact that the rooms in this hotel are stacked up 5 stories. No elevator. To get meals or to the ocean we had to walk down and back up. In one day I climbed the equivalent of 22 flights of stairs. I’m 70. I asked to be moved to a lower floor the first day we arrived. They said they would look but nothing changed. The hotel and staff were wonderful. No complaints. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Just the issue of no elevator and no accommodation for age. Otherwise really wonderful.

It was very good at overall. The food was excellent.The location and beach are beautiful. However, We requested a double room and a double bed when we made the reservation and they confirmed, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said they hadn't received the request from hotels.com side and gave us two separate beds. The woman at the reception was very apathetic and didn't try to find a solution. All the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

İ either stay at kas for motorcycle or diving. The view of the hotel was perfect just across the meis, rooms are so small, i do not like the bath and bath accessories also the soap and conditioners. Breakfast is so-so but i don’t like any hotel that use sunflower oil for cooking even for the omelette.

The people at the hotel were great. If you ever want to have a few glasses of wine for a night cap, Tashim is your bartender. Such a nice guy. So friendly. I came before the tourist season, so chatting with him late at night was great. They have a nice pool close to the bar and a nice little spot right on the waterfront. I would love to stay here again!

Thank you to all the staff at Aqua Princess! The Concierage/Hosts were kind and amazing. Our favorite East Turkish Bar tender in the world was beyond amazing. The housekeeping staff was so kind and professional. I loved the lady at breakfast (I think the manager??) she was sooo warm. Loved my nice big room and the stunning views of both Turkiye and Greece, not not mention the medeteranean. everyone was sooo welcoming and professional, thank you all so much !

Service and hospitality was awesome - all staff are very friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. Magnificent views and best grilled octopus ever ever eaten! My room was of very poor standard, very small, fridge did not work for a couple of days and constant foul smell in the bathroom.

An awful experience!

The room that they gave us was really awful. You would never be happy even if your pet (dog or cat) would need to stay there. It was very small, very dark and the balcony was kind of on the floor which means some cats from streets can easily enter your room if you leave the door open. And the stuff in the room was very old too. We told them we can not stay in that awful room but they didn't want to help us and they didn't accept the cancellation. After a lot of discussion they accepted to upgrade our room if we pay 400 Turkish Lira for 3 nights. It was almost the money that I paid to book the first room. So I ended up paying double for a room that we can stay.
I don't recommend this hotel.

Great hotel if you you don’t get room 704!

Have stayed at this hotel before and have found it to be great with very friendly staff. Unfortunately this time we were placed in room 704 which has a very small bathroom. The toilet is squashed between the wall and the shower making it very difficult to use. Avoid this room!

The room was very small, 12sqm, its decoration was old and crumbling. No lifts but many stairs. Hotel not recommended for people with physical disabilities. We will not go back.

Friendly hotel on edge of picturesque town

We stayed here for 9 nights as part of a two week holiday in Turkey. We chose Kas based on Lonely Planet guide description. The town was exactly as described and perfect. We chose the hotel based on price, reviews and location within the town. We were not disappointed. For value for money, food, service and friendliness of the staff we were extremely happy. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Some parts of the hotel appeared tired but it appears to be being upgraded in parts. However, this is reflected in the price and did not detract from our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation and hope to return to Kas.

We stayed 1 night at Aqua Princess. We booked a room with a balcony, Our room was on the first floor. When we were out on our balcony we felt like we were sitting on the hotel patio, because people kept walking past us. There were 65 steps to get to our room on the 1st floor. The room was clean but very small. We did not swim in their pool, but it looked very inviting. The breakfast was very good! All of their staff was very friendly.

Pretty resort hotel

We stayed in Kas for two nights and we were very happy with this hotel pick. Check in / out was quick and easy and the receptionist was very helpful. We upgraded to an ocean view for 10 euro and it was totally worth even though that meant walking up 6 flights of stairs. They have a lovely pool facing the sea with a bar. There is also a lounging area across the street where you can climb down by ladder to swim, which we did. Supposedly there is a \"beach\" close by but we never found it. In the afternoon a nice lady came by to say they were serving tea and brownies on the sea side terrace (which isn't complimentary) and that was lovely as well. The hotel is at the end of the hotel strip but still a quick 5 minute walk to the city centre. Kas is an adorable little seaside town, don't rush through it! We had an amazing dinner at Naturel where we ate the most delicious smoked eggplant, and we did one day of sea kayaking with Lukka tours (which I think is the sister company to Bougainville Travel and is located in their office) for 120 TL (approx 60 CND). We kayaked for 1.5 hours in the morning to the Sunken City then spent an hour and a half exploring the fortress on Kalekoy, swimming and had an amazing lunch. Then we kayaked back for an hour. Aqua Princess was the perfect place to relax midway through our Turkey trip.

I was with a group of friends and the location was ideal. It was a short walk to town butfar enough away to be quiet and the beach facilities were wonderful .

One night only, but friendly staff. In front of the beach. Kas is a beautiful town. If you want to lay down on a good spot in the waterfront, get up early and put a towel or so other chair you want to occupy later after breakfast.

we chose this hotel based on reviews and price. and we basically regretted our choice. both of our rooms were on the 7th floor. and guess what? there's no elevator. one of our rooms had a sloping ceiling, and I kept on hitting my head on the ceiling (although I'm 5'11\" - and already, my head would hit the ceiling at the foot of the double bed, which means I'd have to crouch towards the bed. the breakfast room had splendid view. the \"beach\" is more of a series of concrete patios/decks was also nice. when we arrived, we needed to have laundry service, and we were very surprised that this hotel (with 42 rooms) didn't have any. the receptionist apologized by saying that we'd need to find one in town. however, the manager/owner intervened, and said that they would do our laundry. we truly appreciate that gesture. overall, the service was average - with some staff being helpful, and some staff not quite so helpful. the rooms were updated (with newer vessel sinks and newer furniture), however the beds weren't that comfortable. we probably would choose a different hotel next time although this hotel has a good potential with improvements in both service and hospitality. and most especially - laundry service (either have a list ready for off site services, or have a contracted service if not done onsite).

Both my partner and I booked this Hotel for three nights and after the first day in Kas ,fell in love with the area and the Hotel.the room we booked was at the back and had a side balcony ,not too crash hot as it looked straight into the Hotel next door .still the amenities are great and they have a beach section with sun beds and private swimming area.we desided to stay another day and booked another room that had a sea view ( can't beat that view).

We spent a lot of time at the private beach ( they supply afternoon cake for free ) .all in in all had a great stay

Great location with a private access to the sea. The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and being on the last floor facing the sea, we had an amazing view but it also meant a slope ceiling... we bang our head a few times coming out of bed. All in all, a great hotel for the right price.

The friendliest staff in all of Turkey

Having spent 2 weeks traveling all around Turkey I can honestly say our stay at Aqua Princess was a highlight.

The hotel is a little rundown, could do with some new railings & a bit of a paint but it is in a fantastic location with amazing views. But the thing that really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. From the moment we got there we felt relaxed. Every single staff member was friendly, happy and had fantastic senses of humour.

I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, it's not flashy but it's humble and charming. I hope we can return one day.

We really enjoyed this town and the location of this hotel. there were also wonderful restaurants all along the beach front here. When I say beach front it is really cliffs and rocks abutting the sea! The town itself was hopping after dark and was really fun to wander around in!! The Aqua Princess was in a quieter location with easy parking and great views over the bay.

Love this part of Turkey

This is my second trip to the Antalya region of Turkey, and it did not disappoint. Kas is just beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful. And the swimming is great! Aqua Princess proves the point that the quality of the hotel is not measured by the quality of the property rather the people that work there. Having said the hotel was excellent, with all you could need for a relaxing holiday.

Lindo hotel ubicado frente al Mar, con área de playa (sin arena) y camastros sobre el malecón. Recomendamos reservar una de las habitaciones con balcón con vista al mar. Es un hotel sencillo pero bonito, con una linda terraza y alberca y una vista muy bonita hacia el atardecer. Muy buen servicio en general, pero la atención de Tasim fue muy buena y nos hizo sentir bien recibidos. Cuentan con estacionamiento y desayuno.

Lokasyon, oda, temizlik, kahvaltı hepsi gayet iyi ve temiz idi. Ekstrem bir talebiniz yoksa yeterince iyi. Kendi beachi vardı, oldukça sakindi. Otelde çalışan herkes ayrı ayrı çok nazik, seviyeli. Aynı hizada geçen sene başka bir otelde kalmıştık, üç aşağı beş yukarı aynı olurlar diye düşünmüştük, değilmiş. Otel işletmesine ve çalışanlara teşekkür ederim. Önereceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Wer gerne Treppensteigen mag ist hier absolut richtig. Vom
Strand, an dem ab 9:00 alle Liegen reserviert sind, zum Zimmer sind wir 6 Stockwerke hoch geklettert.
Ansonsten alles mit gut zu bewerten, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirklich außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, zum Zentrum ca 7 min und insgesamt liegt das Hotel ruhig.

Asansör olmasa da altı üstü 4 Kat çıkıyorsunuz, herhangi bir sağlık sorununuz yoksa abartmaya gerek yok niye asansör yok diye. Yataklar ayrı ayrıydı.Yatakları birleştirdik çok rahatsız ediciydi. Klima bozulmuş. Söyledik hemen değiştirdiler. Hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanlar müthişti. Tek sıkıntımız oda ile ilgiliydi. Çok küçük ve çok iyi temizlenmemişti. Kaldığımız oda çok eskiydi.. oda dışında ki herşey mükemmeldi. Hele akşam oturma yeri çok güzeldi. Her gece oturduk. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Çok zevk aldık. Odayı fazla takmadık çünkü sadece uyumak ve duş almak için kullandık. Beachi 1 gün kullandık. Soğuk ve dalgalıydı. Ama orada da hizmet mükemmeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Otel biraz eski, banyosu çok çok küçük ve eski kesinlikle değişime ihtiyacı var. Mutfağı genel olarak güzel, kahvaltısı ve yemekleri lezzetliydi. Denize iniş için merdivenlerin revize edilmesi iyi olur. Personeli çok saygılı kibar ve güleryüzlü. Havuzu çok büyük değil ama güzel özellikle derinleşmesi çok iyi düşünülmüş. Kaldığımız sürece havlular değişse de banyo her gün temizlenmemişti. Merkezde olması büyük kolaylık.

Otel lokasyon olarak merkezi konumda. Otoparkın olması büyük bir avantaj. Oda temizdi. Fakat otelde asansörün olmaması ciddi bir sorun. Özellikle üst katlarda konaklama durumunda odaya inip çıkmak zor. Ayrıca banyoların yenilenmesi iyi olacaktır.

Otelin konumu, temizliği ve mutfağı çok iyi. Özellikle aksam yemekleri başarılı. Personel çok kibar ve ilgili.
Olumsuz yönler olarak asansör olmaması ve kötü internet kalitesi söylenebilir. Üst kattaki odalara iniş çıkışlar yorucu olabiliyor. İnternet kalitesi kesinlikle iyileştirilmeli, odalarda hic çekmiyor ortak alanlarda da oldukça yavaş. Ancak genel itibariyle otelden çok memnun kaldık.

Süper manzara süper tatil:)

Deniz manzaralı süper bir odada(705) kaldık. Otelin konumu çok iyi,otopark var,kendine ait beach var,kahvaltı çok lezzetli, deniz suyu tertemiz herşey çok güzeldi.Tek negatif yön o da nazarlık olsun banyodan gelen kötü koku:( seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere :)
