The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad.
The outdoor area has a good environment, the swimming pool is nice, but you have to pay a price. Everything must be paid for with an assessment, such as children's water toys.

I will rate our stay with 7/10. The room was clean but what we didn't like with our stay was the \"futton bed\" that was given to us. It was too thin that it's almost just as thick as a comforter. We were expecting like a thick foam. The breakfast buffet was ok but we were expecting more since it's Ashley's. It says, American breakfast so we were expecting to have bacon but none. Another thing, it was our first time to experience in a resort style hotel here in Korea where the guests are in charge to throw their garbage outside the hotel.

Building and facilities are old but the surrounding area with valley, swimming pool, playground, mini libraries, barbecue, animal farm etc are extremely enjoyable for kids. Didnt like the room but loved the outdoors

위치도 좋고 주변 환경도 좋지만 위생 상태가..
그릇 상태가 깨끗하지 않고, 객실에서 다수 벌레 출현. 베개에 곰팡이 자국 충격.

켄싱턴 계열은 평창, 제주 서귀포, 하동까지 다 가봤는데 이 정도로 깨끗하지 않은 곳은 처음임.

그리고 1층 카페도 너무 더움.
주문도 누락하고..


이번 가평점은 전체적으로 아쉽고, 재방문은 꺼려질 듯함.

좋은위치와경치, 맛있는식사,친절한직원.but 성수기이용은 글쎄요..^^

아이들 데리고 방학하자마자 다녀왔어요. 성수기라 평소보다 가격이 많이 비쌌지만 멀지않고 야외수영장도 있어 선택했구요. 체크인전에도 수영장은 숙박할인 적용받을 수 있어서 할인가로 이용했어요. 수영장은 놀기에 충분하고 좋았지만 탈의실은 최악이었어요. 제발 개선좀… 저녁 바베큐 이용했고 기대 크게안했는대 퀄리티 구성 양 모두다 너무 괜찮았어요. 아침조식도 가성비 너무 만족했어요. 직원들 다 친절하시고 여러가지로 경치도 좋고 괜찮운 리조트지만 엘리베이터 만원으로 여러번 패스해야했고 객실 청결은 좀 더 신경쓰셔야할것같아요.

이름은 켄싱턴이지만 노후된 모텔같아요...

생각보다 많이 노후되서 심각했어요. 창문이 안닫히는 방을 주고~ 싱크대쪽은 다 바스라지고~ 심지어 전등도 떨어지기직전의 불량에 냉장고도 작동안했어요. 벽지도 다 떨어져서 너덜너덜;;; 이름만 켄싱턴이지 모텔같은 느낌이었습니다. 가족끼리 단풍보려고 간건데 가격대에비해 질이 많이 떨어지더군요...산책로도 관리안해서 경악스러웠습니다.

에어컨은 넓이에 비해 작고, 실외기 소음이 너무 크게 방 안에서 들려 잠을 자기 어려웠습니다. 엘리베이터가 좁고, 더운데다가 개수가 적어서 오래걸립니다.
분리수거도 직접 해야하는게 불편합니다.

건물이 오래된걸 감안하고 시설 노후에
대해서는 별 할얘기는 없습니다..
에슐리퀸즈에서 제공되는 조식도 나름 훌룡합니다.
수영장 운영도 괜찮았습니다..
다만 지하주차장은 시설 개선이 시급해
보입니다.
또한 각방마다있는 스텐드형 에어컨
송풍구 내부가 먼지가 많이 쌓여있고
어떤건 곰팡이도 피여 있습니다.
잘보이지 않는곳인데 에어컨 청소도
시급히 이루어져야 할것같습니다..

수영장은 청결하고 너무나 아이들 놀기에 안전했고 바베큐고기가 너무 좋은고기로 제공해주었어요~ 하지만 아쉽게도 방이좀 청결하지않았고 성수기라서 그런지 서비스가 발빠르지 못했어요 . 이런좋은 경치에 방을 리뉴얼해서 오픈한다면 더 좋았을걸 ... 했습니다 . 결국 이곳은 경치와 야외수영장 때문에 가는곳입니다~

직원들이 너무 친절하고 상냥하고 안내를 잘해주셔서 좋았습니다. 코코몽룸은 생각보다 작고, 방에 에어컨이 없어서 조금 난처했구요~ 욕실에 준비된 키즈용품(유아용 변기커버, 목욕의자등)은 낡고 지저분해서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 블럭쿠션과 트램펄린은 잘 이용했고 준비해주신 침구는 너무 낡아있었습니다. 조식 외 이용할 수 있는 식당이 없었고, 근처에 식당이 거의 없지만 편의점이 크고 물건이 많았고, 배달어플로 주문했더니 배달비가 만원 전후였고 맛은.. 다음에 또 갈 의향은 있지만 그땐 먹을껄 준비해가거나 식사에 대한 다른 방법을 찾아야할것같아요. 그리고 수영장은 투숙객임에도 별도 요금을 지불해야합니다. 맙소사.

아이와 가족 여행으로 좋습니다.

아이들 데리고 가평눈썰매장 방문 겸 주변 여행을 위해 이용했으며 전반적으로 만족합니다. 시설이 노후되었기 때문에 객실 상태는 타협해야 합니다. 그래도 서비스와 주변 관광지 접근성 등은 만족스럽네요.

방이 춥고 서비스가 아쉬웠어요. 1층 코코몽 키즈 라운지도 패키지 고객이 아니면 매일 이용이 불가하더라구요. 패키지보다 더 비싸게 예약했는데 좀 융통성이 없다는 생각이 들어요. 그리고 방이 추웠는데 난방 조절이 안된다며 히터를 가져다주셔서..ㅎㅎ 그래도 타 리조트보다는 가격이 저렴해서 이 부분은 만족합니다.

화장실 빼곤 다 조으네요~~

생각보단 참 좋았네요. 아기자기한 산책로도.. 아이들 놀 공간도 조식공간도 넘 이쁘고 식사 자체도 조식으론 손색없네요. 직원들도 다 친절하시고 단풍이 넘 이쁘네요. 단, 객실화장실만은 꼭 리모델링해 주셔야 사랑받는 리조트가 될거예요. 그것 빼곤 다 너무 조으네요. 위치도 넘 좋구요~~

주변에 냇가도 있고 위치는 좋으나 조식은 기대하면 안돼요...청소상태는 별로였습니다.에어컨에 곰팡이가 있어서 안켜고 잤습니다..

코코몽 키즈룸...객실 상태가...

숙소가 너무 오래되고 낡았어요..
특히 코코몽 키즈방은 많이 기대하고 30만원 넘게 주고 예약했는데 좀.......가격대비 너무 실망스러웠어요..

그냥 좀 싸게 일반 방 가는게 나을 것 같아요..
객실 상태 이정도인줄 알았으면 안갔을 것 같아요;

청소 당연히 깨끗히 하셨겠지만 객실 자체가 너무 낡아서 솔직히 위생이 좋아보이진 않았습니다.
퀴퀴한 오래된 방 냄새도 계속 나고, 에어컨은 솔직히 틀기가 무서웠지만 더위땜에 이악물고 버티다가 틀었어요ㅠㅠ...
거미도 나오고 벌레도 나오고...
흐....

객실 상태 외에는 괜찮았습니다.
코로나때문에 코코몽 플레이존 이용 못한게 너무 아쉽지만.. (그것땀에 온것도 크거든요; 가족끼리만 놀 수 있다해서..)
산책로도 잘 되어있고요~
미니 동물원도 귀여웠어요~
토끼장에 갇혀있는게 아니라 토끼 굴 속으로 자기들끼리 놀면서 쏙쏙 나오는게 신기하더라구요~
다만 트리하우스나 해먹 있는쪽 산책로 풀정리는 필요할 것 같습니다.

계곡은 들어가서 놀수없는 곳이었고
애슐리 조식먹었는데
인천에서 먹던 가격과 차이가없는데도
조식이라며 음식가짓수가 적네요

방은 기대안했는데
이건아닌거같아요

이불에서 머리카락과
전반적으로
다녀본 시설중 제일 노후된곳이라고 생각하는데
화장실에선 눈감고 볼일봤습니다..

잠자리는 조금 포기

5세 아이가 있어 1박으로 적당히 묵었어요.
코코몽방인데 미니트램폴린을 아이가 좋아했어요
전체적으로 노후하고 침대나 침구상태 후져요.
왜때문에 싱글침대인건지.
그리고 방엔 에어컨이 없어서
자다깨다 불편하고 더워서 고생했어요.
미니동물원 있고 숲놀이터가 근사하게 만들어져 있어 미취학 아이들 놀기는 좋아요. 리조트 바로 앞에 개울도 있어요. 저도 환경때문에 갔어요.

고객편의에 무신경함

침대형 객실을 배정받지못해 연로한 부모님들이 의자도 없이 앉고 일어서기 너무 어려워들하셨음 의자 두개만 넣어달라고 사정했지만 거절당함 밤11시이후 리셉션과는 통화도 안되는 등 고객의 편의에는 매우 소극적임 노후된 시설이니 내부환경에 대한 평가는 당연히 좋다고 할수없음 부모님들이 지옥이라고 하셔서 너무 죄송했음

바닥 청소 대충해서 끈적했네요.
전 숙박객이 아기 뽀로로 음료 뿌리고 반거 같은데...
추가로 침대 붙여서 다 같이 자는 가족도 많은데,

다양한 볼거리로 아이동반 여행 적당

다소 오래되고 낡아 전체적인 리모델링이 시급해 보임. 특히 지하 주차장은 방치되고 있다는 느낌을 받음. 그험에도불구하고 숙박은 나름 편안했으며 주변에 다양한 볼거리들리 있어 좋았음. 음식은 이용하지 않아 모르겠지만, 에슐리 부페는 깔끔해 보였음. 아이를 동반한 여행에 적합해 보임.

매우 낡고 시설도 별로인 리조트

싼 가격에 넓은 방만 장점이고, 직원들의 친절함만 괜찮지, 나머지는 모두 다 별로입니다.
주차장도 자리가 없고, 엘리베이터도 매우 작은 1개밖에 없는데 심지어 5명 이상 못타게 막아서 계단으로 이용했어요. 내려올때는 제한이 없는데 로비에서만 올라가는 손님 제한하면 무슨 의미인가요. 체크인 보다 엘리베이터 기다리는 줄이 더 길어요.
저녁에는 온수가 안나왔어요. 투숙객이 많아서 온수가 안나온다는게 말이 되나요. 4인 숙박인데 수건도 2개밖에 안주네요.
중앙난방이라 난방 조절이 안됩니다.

실망스러운 컨디션

엘리베이터는 두대인데 한대 공사중이라 사용 못하고, 화물용도 따로 없는지 청소하는분들도 계속 이용하셔서 탈수가 없었네요‥
방은 악취가 너무 심해서 코가 마비될정도‥하수구는 그릇으로 덮고 다른 구멍은 마스크로 막아놓으니 그나마 숨은 쉴만했습니다

아이와 적합한 숙소

아침고요수목원, 동물원을 위해 숙박하였으며, 주변에 식당, 카페들이 워낙 잘 되어 있습니다. 숙소는 워낙 오래되어서 기대하시면 안되고, 다만 가격이 저렴하니까... 하루 정도 잠만 자는데 사용하는 것은 무리가 없습니다. 이불이나 인테리어 등은 기대하지 않으시는게 좋고요!

층간소음이 좀 심한데 건물이 오래되고 마룰로 되어서 그런가 봅니다. 온전히 쉬로 가는분은 위층 잘못만나면 신경좀 쓰일듯합니다. 공기좋고 식당/수목원이 근처라 이동 용이 합니다. 대체로 만족합니다.

어린 아이 동반의 가족여행에는 최적

시설이 크지 않고 오래되었다고는 하지만 잘 관리되고 있는 느낌의 숙소임. 실내 난방이 따뜻했고, 코로나 전염병 탓인지 숙박한 요일(일요일) 탓인지 크게 붐비지는 않는 느낌. 특히 어린 아이 동반 가족이라면 숙소 뒤 정원(? 동산?)의 조명이라든지 작은 동물(토끼)이라든지 아이들을 만족시킬 수 있는 소소한 시설이 있어 최적이라고 생각함. 겨울이 아닌 다른 시기에 다시 이용할 의사 있음. 지하에 편의점이 있어 편리했음.

가족 여행으로는 소소... 시설은 낙후되었으나 산책로 좋음

가족 여행으로 급하게 예약한 것도 있지만, 숙소는 전반적으로 노후되었고 시설도 낙후하다. 다만 리조트안에 있는 산책로와 토끼 등의 동물들은 아이들이 굉장히 좋아할 만하고, 직원들은 굉장히 친절하였다. 무엇보다 그 가격을 받으려면 숙소 리모델링을 해야하지 않나 싶다.

최악의 시설 및 조식

방은 너무 오래되어서 낡았어요.
조식은 단품으로 나왔는데 만들어 진것이 나온것인지, 서빙이 늦은것인지, 모든 음식이 식어서 나왔어요. 볶음밥을 두개 시켰는데 하나는 소스가 뿌려져 나오고 하나는 소스가 없었어요.
전복죽, 감자튀김, 게란후라이가 차갑게 나와서 너무 충격적이었습니다.
가격대비하여 너무 실망이예요. 비슷한 가격이면 서울 시내의 호텔을 이용할 것 같습니다.

위치좋음. 계곡, 어린이 놀이방, 동물 등 다양한 볼거리 있음. 하지만 이불에 남의 머리카락 가득, 어린이 놀이방은 특히 더 더러워서 몸이 간지러울 수 있음. 방에는 쩐내 구린내 가득. 이것만 빼면 참 좋음. 아 애슐리 안함, 식당 모두 닫아서 편의점에서 삼각김밥 사먹음

숙소는 오래되서 낡았고 청소상태도 그냥 그렇고. 침구류 냄새남.저녁 9시에 온수가 안나와 프론트 연락하니 사용자가 많아 다시 데우는중이라고 해 한시간 후 온수 사용.연박은 청소도 안해주고 수건도 요청하면 4장더줌.숲속 놀이터나 동물원은 관리가 안되서 거미줄 천지.수영장 샤워실도 너무 지저분해서 숙소와서 씻음.관리만 제대로 된다면 매력있는 곳이나 관리가 잘 안되어 있어 아쉬움

많이 실망만 하고 돌아갑니다.

가족여행으로 방문 했으나 룸컨디션 서비스 모든게 별루인 숙소 였습니다.
일단 수영장 1.2부로 나눠서 이용을 하다보니 1박 숙박자는 이용하기 애매하고 솔직히 수영장 비용을 따로 받는게 이해하기 힘들정도로 뭐가 없습니다.
룸은 일단 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나고 욕조 마게 또한 따로 받아서 이용해야 합니다. 그리고 욕조에 물 채워 넣어서 이용후 물을 버릴때 화장실에 홍수난듯 물난리가 나고
수건은 한 객실당 추가 2장뿐이 안주고 추가 이용할려면 비용이 든다고 안내해주시네요
저가호텔 고급호텔 모두 이용을 해봤지만 이런 안내를 해준 호텔,리조트는 켄싱턴이 처음이네요
수건도 찢어진 수건을 주고

1박에 20만원 정도 숙박비였지만 2만원 짜리 모텔보다 못한 느낌입니다.

두번다시 이용하고 싶진 않네요

한적한 힐링여행

한적한 곳에서 힐링을 원하는 친구들과의 여행이었어요.
리조트 전체적인 시설은 노후되었으나 청소 상태는 그런대로 괜찮았습니다.
침구류가 평평하지 않아서 조금 불편했어요.
그리고 코로나 영향일까요? 직원수가 현저히 부족해보였어요. 프론트 전화 응대가 늦고 연결되기 힘들어요.
객실에 두고온 물건을 착불로 보내주신다네요.
사후 서비스 부분은 마음에 들어요.
다음에도 이 정도의 가격대라면 다시 이용하려고 합니다.

체크인하고 불편~~

출장겸 여행이였는되 미리 침대방 체크로 예약했지만 우선체크인 선택건에 밀려 온돌방으로 배정받았네요~
침대방 예약이라고 항의했더니 늧게 도착했어 남은 방이 온돌밖에 없다는 답변이였고 추차공간은 너무 적어 몇바퀴를 돌아도 자리가 없어 외부주차였고 여름으로 가고있는 길목이라 그런지 욕실에 벌레들도 많았고 요번여행숙소로는 꽝 이였네요

너무 즐거운 휴가였어요

숙소는 좀 노후되었지만 아이들 있는 집은 참 좋을것 같아요
주변 구경거리도 많고 작은 동물원과 나무 놀이터가 햇빛에 타지않게 위치하고 있어서 놀기에도 딱입니다.
바베큐도 너무 좋았고 근처 관광지도 가까워서 좋습니다.
