The room was dirty and very smelly, especially inside the toilet drained smell was terrible. the whole night was so noisy totally cannot fall asleep.Booked for 2 days but ended up the 2 days decided to move out

This \"motel\" is covered in mold on the inside. Terribly small and dirty. They also provide hand towels for bath towels.
The only thing positive is the area as it's walkable to Seoul station and the city center.

Right in front of Namsan Tower, Myeongdong market, and a subway station. There are a lot of shopping buildings as well as restaurants in walkable distance. The door lock died on my last day and I missed my flight due to that.

Overall Apartment was ok. Other guest reviews are correct. Place need to upkeep on maintenance. We book 2 rooms, 2 adults on level 3and 3 adults on level 1. Rooms are small, you need to store luggages under the bed to move around. Both toilets in each room would block and eequired maintenance. Bed were very firm and hard to sleep on. Room got very hot and stuff, even when using the air-conditioning.
Location was 12-15minites walk from Seoul Station, 4mins walk to metro station, walking distance to markets, shops and plenty of food options.

Due to plane delays my family of 4 arrived just after midnight. The staff stayed behind to wait for us and was most helpful even though their was a language barrier. We were in a family room on the rooftop. Room was nice and warm, but bedding was not comfortable. The basement level had a communal dining and basic appliances including a hot and cold water filter.

This hotel is easy to find although it is up a hill if you come from the Heohyeon subway station. Check-in is very easy and they have an elevator! The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant next door that offers a free coffee with your meal if you stay there. I found the chicken tacos to be delicious.

Hoehyoen駅が最寄りですが、ソウル駅からもまあ歩ける範囲です。
大通りからホテルまで急坂がありますが距離は短いです。
チェックイン・アウト前はB1Fのコインロッカーに荷物を預ける仕組みです。ただ12時間でW4000〜6000とちょっと割高。
利便性も含めソウル駅やロッテマートのロッカーのほうが良いかなという気がしました。

The location was great- just a few minutes away from the station. Room was tiny but can’t complain because of the price.

The staff was friendly and nice and helped me find places etc.

Only the cleanliness that disappointed me. There’s mold on window panes and the room was musty. There were boxes and bags all over. The design of the place is kind of cool and fancy; if it was kept clean, I think it’d make a cozy place.

There were tea bags and instant coffee for free in the kitchen. I don’t know why they keep a bag of salt by the coffee.. as I can’t read Korean, I definitely thought it was sugar and ended up having very salty coffee :/

Baited by the K-pop name. This place is just horrible. Walls are dirty, everything is just dusty. Toilets feels scary. You don't even have enough space to put and open your luggage on the floor. Don't bother booking here, even if it's cheaper.

This was an ok motel for a one night stay but if you are planning on staying for more than a few days or plan on showering, I would go somewhere else. The shower area had not been cleaned for a while and the room reeked of someone who had just finished a pack of cigarettes. The beds were fine and overall the room did its job of housing us to sleep 4 hours and have a functioning toilet.

Small room small price

It was a cheap place to stay. However it was dirty. Stairs were a disaster (clutter every where) and it smelled of dead fish. Walls are paper thin you can hear every conversation at 430am. But for the price it has everything you need for your stay and its a great location. I would stay here again.

Small but convenient. Better for solo than couple.

A very convenient and affordable hotel, near Seoul Station and Myeongdong. It's nothing fancy, the rooms are quite small. But if you're really just looking for a place to sleep that's clean and comfortable, this place isn't bad. Sharing a room here might be tough – the bathroom doesn't have much privacy (can hear and possibly see a bit more than wanted). But overall clean and nice.

First off you should know with it being so cheap that the rooms will be small. Yes there is where and tear on the building. it's an older building, the rooms could use a coat of paint but other than that my room was clean. Staff was super friendly. Asked how to work the A.C. unit and they thought I said it was broken and was very worried. I didn't realise there was a remote for it. lol. You do have to ask for housekeeping if you want to have your room freshened up. And must ask before 11am. There is a strong odor, but I find that that is just Korea. The plumbing system is old, so the odor does rise up. it does go away. Haven't been to any other part of the hotel so can't put my 2 cent on that. but I like it. just needs some paint. Oh and yes. the hotel is on a hill, but so is 70% of Korea.

Only good for transit as the room is very small and have to unpack luggage on beds. Although there is a subway stn nearby, no lift - need to walk up stairs - at least fifty over steps over two staircases. Not really value for money.

Very clean room with all the necessities for a sightseeing tourist. I loved the proximity to Seoul Station just around the corner from the Hilton and the Seoul Tower Park in an astonishingly quiet location (I could sleep with the window open). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a short stroll to the Market and the Subway. I will be back!

This hotel has the most comfortable bed I've slept on during my stay in Korea. There's a lift in the hotel, making it convenient for travellers with bulky luggages. The staffs were really friendly.

The room is really small and there's barely any place to walk after I opened my luggage.

The hotel staff is really friendly. The rooms are ok so far, with enough room to store lagguage.
The shower is directly connected to the washing basin sink, and u may have to wait little for the warm water. Wifi and breakfast..hm.
Very nice are the washing machines on the B1 area. Drying facilities can be found on the rooftop.
The site is very, very easy to find

I arrived Seoul around 8:00am, check in was 2 pm, never let me early check in. Room was small, u will get heat only if u ask and the weather was too cold. Room cleaning is not everyday it is upon request. staff was amazing and helpful.

The reviews online made me think this was a great choice for my husband and my first night in Seoul as we weren't looking for anything fancy, just clean and close to Seoul Station. We have stayed all over Seoul in the past and some of our favorite spots were last minute budget choices; although we always opt-out of hostels in our searches (for privacy). Of all the places I have ever stayed, this \"hotel\" actually made me want to leave and go elsewhere. We stayed in the \"Terrace\" room and it was dirty. I was anticipating tiny, basic, and no special amenities but the walls (white) were actually filthy; no excuse since a quick coat of white paint is a simple fix. The bathroom is a shower/toilet/sink in one (camper-style) which would have been fine if the water remained hot for long enough to wash the soap out of my hair. It is hard to find on foot and cab drivers will drive past you with disinterest if you ask for a quick ride there (not worth the effort because it is too close to Seoul Station by car to make money & too hard to find), near impossible to find on foot... uphill. The staff was nice at check in but they are gone all night. The basement \"kitchen/laundry/business\" room was interesting, The immediate surrounding area is not very inviting. This cost would have been worth what we got (as it was a low rate) in other areas of the world, but Seoul has WAY TOO MANY options for great/clean stays under $75/night to ever recommend this \"hotel\" to others.

There is no housekeeping unless requested. Room is really small. The hotel is up a hill and is not visible from the bottom. The locals tend to direct to the wrong kpop hotel so be careful. Exit 4 of Hoeyeon station and walk straight a bit. Turn left into the first uphill alley. At the turn, there is a small pop-up store and a small mart on the left side.

Rooms are small by Western standards, but serviceable. Had smokers outside my window wafting in - and my bathroom drain was clogged, so I was standing in three inches of water after a shower. Close to Hoeyeon station exit 4.

It's a small hotel up on the slope. The rooms are tiny but the bed is comfortale. Line 4 Subway entrance no. 4 is just around the corner. But make it clear that this isnt the AREX (Airport railroad). you have got to walk a long way thru AREX station. SIMPLE breakfast is available: bread, spreads, orange juice & milk. that's all. washing machine is available at no cost but if u need a detergent, buy it at the hotel reception. it has no dryer so u can hang it on 4F.

We stayed 4 nights and although it was a small room it was clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of space under the bed for luggage. Our flight arrived late but the staff emailed us the door passcode and left our room key at reception which was a great relief, and was very close to the metro. Help yourself cereal and toast breakfast in the funky basement kitchen was available. Would stay again.

Located right next to subway (exit 4). Although when we went we got stuck outside for about 15 mins, it wouldnt have been a big deal but it was below freezing. You need to scan your key to open the lobby door, and we didnt check in yet. Although, i like the fact that not anyone can just walk it. There is a little kitchen where they have bread, coffee, and orange juice. Theres also a full size fridge, microwave, washer, snd dryer. The room was small but very clean, there is free wifi and cable. Overall a nice and decently priced experience. I would definitely go again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Room service is available on request from the front desk.
A simple breakfast of toast, cereal, milk and orange juice is provided at the hotel cafe every morning.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hoehyeon Station exit 4- just a 5 min walk up a little hill. Hoehyeon Station is great for shopping at Namdaemun just across the street and few stops down from Seoul station, Myeondong and Dongdaemun.
However, I would appreciate if bottled water is provided daily and the bathroom door be opaque (instead of frosted).
Overall, the stay at K-pop Residence Seoul Tower was acceptable.

A Clean Budget Hotel at an Excellent Location

The good things are (1) excellent location near to Seoul Station and even closer Hoehyeon Station; (2) affordable price; (3) very friendly and helpful frontdesk; (4) light breakfast; (5) good shower; (6) cleaniness in general; (7) spacious breakfast lounge

The bad things are (1) VERY small room without space for luggage, if there is a point for this item I would give only 2 marks out of 5; (2) limited number of sockets; (3) made 3 requests for room cleaning but only came once (one point is deducted for this reason)

It was a nice stay in Seoul. Near to Subway Station, and near to main Station to the airport. Tiny, tidy room, for little family or group. Breakfast included, hot water access and fridge, tv cabel, hot water-cold water for any season.

Great location with new hotel.

The hotel is new and has a great location only a few minutes from the Metro. The best part I would say it was the hotel service. The staff are all very kind and helpful. However, the room is a bit small and the floor heating system is not well-controled so it was too hot most of the time. And dont forget to bring Body wash, shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush and toothpaste. If not then you can buy them from the convenient store nearby.

Great location, but cramped environment.

The room was very very small. Just a bed and a bathroom. No other furniture. There is a TV and a fridge, but that's it. Being on the first floor didn't feel very secure, but there were no problems with crime despite the lived in looking environment. The location is great! It's within walking distance from Seoul Station and the large outdoor market is across the street. However, it is difficult to find by taxi. Take subway 4 instead.

The facilities described in the description were not provided. Cafe for breakfast and laundry facilities were still undergoing construction which were misleading and therefore caused inconvenience. Room service only offered once throughout entire length of stay. Rooms were tiny causing discomfort with noise travelling between each room. Overall not the best experience, dissatisfied but staff were cooperative and location was convenient

ドライヤーのホコリは自分で取りました。

地下のエリアはスティックコーヒーと紅茶のパック、洗濯用の洗剤がありました。
お水とお湯はサーバーで調達できます。

安い時期に行ってないので、条件的にはちょっと高いなと思いましたが、駅から近い、スタッフと会わなくて良い点などを求める人には良いかもしれません。

写真ではとても明るくて綺麗でしたが、実際は暗くて清潔感がなかったです。
クーラーからの匂いやタオル、部屋の匂いも気になりました。
シャワーは勝手に水がお湯に変わったり、お湯が水に変わったりと安定せず不便でした。
駅からホテルが近く利便性は良かったです。

久しぶりのkpop 日本語可能なフロントマンがいます

10年ぶりくらいに来訪しました
セルフチェックイン、アウトのゲストハウスとホテルのシンプルなホテルです
旅慣れた方向けではありますが、この価格帯で寝具がきれい、水回りも清掃が行き届いています
昨今のホテルの宿泊費が高騰し南大門の南山側エリアでシングル一泊5000円ほどで宿泊できるところでは、今の所1番良いと思います
お部屋には小さな冷蔵庫とトイレ、シャワー、小さ目のタオル二枚が備え付けです
お部屋は本当にミニマムですが、ベットがしっかりしてるので寝るだけの方には十分です
地下の共用エリアには洗濯機2台(無料、洗剤も置いてありました)、乾燥機1台(利用は有料)インスタントコーヒー、ウォーターサーバー、おそらく共用の大きな冷蔵庫、レンジなどが備え付けられております食事のできるスペースありです
有料のコインロッカーがありました
チェックアウト後に利用できてよかったです

残念な点は会賢駅から南山側なので坂道なのですが、これは立地上仕方ないです
チェックアウト後、日本語の話せるフロントの方が「たまたま銀行に行くので、とさりげなく駅までスーツケースを運んでくださいました」
その節はありがとうございました
旅の最後にほっこり優しい気持ちになりました
南大門に宿泊費するときはやはりここにしようと思いました
お部屋はスーツケースを広げられませんが、ベッドの下に置けるし、お部屋より地下のスペースを上手く使いこなされ方には本当におすすめのホテルです
シャワー温度、水圧も良いです。清潔感あり、お部屋に窓あり
シャワーの時にトイレが濡れるのでトイレットペーパーは必ず外してお部屋に置いておくことをお勧めします(笑)

Ok pour une nuit, pas pour un sejour

Cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour y séjourner, on l'a pris comme hotel d'appoint pour une nuit juste avant de partir à l'aéroport. Il n'est pas cher et est proche de la station Séoul, ce sont ces seules qualités.

La chambre est trop petite pour circuler, on ne peut pas poser la valise ouverte par terre par exemple. Il faut mettre la clim toute la nuit pour tenir sinon il fait trop chaud.

日本語も英語もペラペラに出来る優しいお兄さんが全て対応してくれて、お店を紹介してくれたりバスや電車の乗り方を教えくれたり至れり尽くせり、お部屋も隅々までとても清潔でラウンジで色々飲めて床暖房も着いてて最高なホテルでした！韓国では絶対ここにしか泊まらないです！！！

受付が無人なのはわかっていましたが、当日一階が改装中で、ホテルの入り口が朝から晩まで開けっぱなしだったのには驚きました…。今回だけだったかもしれませんが、セキュリティ面が心配な方にはお勧めできません。

Et ganske ok hotell. Perfekt for folk som vil ha billigste som mulig. Beliggenheten er god. Ikke langt til Seoul togstasjon. Renhold på badet skulle være bedre.
