Odor from pillow and blanket, Black mold

The blanket and pillow smelled like old wet laundry that had been left to rot, and there was black mold on the bathroom tiles. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. At night, I couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. Other than that, the facilities were fine, but the unpleasant smells made my stay uncomfortable.

Also, dining in the hotel lacks diversity and is not convenient.
For ‘golf view’ rooms, be prepared for the early morning mechanical noise of the lawn maintenance team and the shouting of golfers.

Excellent place to stay for visiting Buyeo

My group of friends and I went to Buyeo to visit historic locations. We chose to stay at the Lotte Buyeo Resort as we were intrigued by the photos posted on the Hotel.com website. We enjoyed the architecture and the very good condition of the rooms and general public areas. The location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, and there was a golf course next door.

Not a resort

This is a nice hotel but definitely not what I expected from a \"resort\". There is nothing to do on site except the water park which is quite expensive. No restaurants, no gym, no playground, no garden, no activities.

Rundown motel on decline, badly managed & service

It is not a resort but a rundown motel, poorly managed, with terrible service. The rooms are dirty and bedding smell and furniture are old and run-down. It feels like a ghost town since there are no restaurants open nearby and there is nothing to do. The service and reception are terrible and they have no interest in guest. It would be better to closed down the property completely.

Great place extras expensive.

Great place with quite reasonable price. The suite was a small apartment with plenty of room. The bad things were charging for breakfast expensive and charging for the swimming pool. Only a 20% discount.

団体が入っているからとレストランでの食事を断られた。英語がちゃんとできるスタッフが少なすぎる。
SDGなのか、部屋のアメニティを減らしているようであるが、スリッパもお茶やコーヒーのサービスも何もない。
皆が土足で歩いた床をはだしで歩くしかなかった。

마침 백제문화제 기간이였는데 호텔에서 불꽃놀이가 보여서 편히 잘봤어요ㅎㅎㅎ

아쿠아가든은 부분오픈인데 긴타월을 제공하면 퍼펙트일듯. 체온조절실은 온도가 낮고 물놀이온도는 좋은데 물밖에 나가면 너무 춥다. 아쿠아리셉센은 매우친절해 화장품파우치 잃어버렸다가 찾음.
룸뷰는 매우좋고 온도조절잘됨.
조식은 좀더 양과질면에서 퀄리티를 높여주면 좋겠다. 월남쌀국수는 맛이 매우좋았다. 전복죽은 전복이 너무 작아 질김. 건물은 전통과 현대를 살려 멋짐. 지하 봉부아이아쥐 친절

화장실애서 하수구 냄새가 심하게 올라와서 정작 그 옆에 있는 방은 사용을 못하고 이불만 챙겨 거실에서 잤어요.. 취사가능 방을 예약했음에도 전자렌지는 없습니다. 건말 끝쪽 방으로 배정받아 중간즘에 있는 곳까지 애들 우유 데우느라 한참 가야했었어요

부여에서는 대체불가

부여에서는 대체할 수 있는 곳이 없습니다. 리조트 내 수영장이 다른 워터파크에 비해 작을 순 있어도 투숙객이 많지 않을때는 아주 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 시설의 대부분이 청결하여 숙소에 머무는 내내 기분 좋았습니다.

아이가 있는 가족, 어르신이 있는 가족 모두 좋네요...

아이가 있는 가족여행하기 적합한 곳입니다. 조용하면서도 실속이 있어요. 리조트내에서 물놀이시설도 있고, 리조트 주변에 아울렛과 백제문화단지도 있어, 걸으면서 즐기기에 너무 좋았습니다. 다른 관광지도 차로 멀지않은 곳에 있고, 동선이 적어, 피로감이 적었던 것 같습니다. 실내는 아이와 가족들이 주변 자연은 어르신들이 좋아하실 것 같아요... 만족합니다.

외관도 엄청 예쁘고 내부 분위기도 좋은

외관도 엄청 독특하고 예쁘고 내부 로비 분위기도 좋았습니다~

다만 개인적으로는 잠이 푹 들지는 않았어요!

그래도 뚜벅이 여행자들을 위한 호텔에서 부여읍까지 100원만 내고 탈 수 있는 100원 택시서비스도 있고 잘 묵었습니다^^

방에 들어오자마자 발견된 화장실 바닥용수건에 당당하게 보이던 누군가의 민감한 부분의 털을 발견한것 외에는 대체적으로 괜찮았어요.
다만 어메니티가 드라이기와 샴푸, 샤워젤 뿐이라.. 치솔/치약, 린스 등등은 직접 챙겨가시거나, 돈내고 구입하셔야합니다. 구매가는한 아이템들은 세세하게 잘 안내가 되어있고, 다만 추가로 필요한 것들은 모두 유료입니다..

불편했어요.

호텔에 신래화가 없는경우는 처음이었습니다.
매우 불편했고 신발장과 신래가 구분되어있지 않아 신발을신고 들어가야하는지 (그랬다면 정말 신래화가 절대적으로 필요하겠지요) 그래서 맨발로 있었습니다.
새벽에는 난방이 안되서 온도를 올렸는데도 따뜻해지지 않더군요. 추워서 숙면이 어려웠습니다.

롯데의 이름에 어울리지 않는 시설과 서비스

시설이 매우 오래되어 리모델링이 필요함, 특히 아침식사에제공된 음식의 질은 매우 저조함. 일부는 유효기간이 지난 것은 물론 일부 음식(마늘빵)은 도저히 먹을 수가 없었음.

한옥과 너무 잘 어울리는 리조트 건물이 너무 인상적인 곳입니다.

다른 리조트와는 달리 한옥을 조화롭게 설계한 건물이 너무 인상적이고 좋은 곳이었습니다. 방도 새롭게 리모델링을 하여 취사형 콘도에 투숙을 하였는데도 냄새도 안나고 너무 깨끗하여 투숙하는 동안 편안하고 기분좋게 지내다 왔습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고. 수고 많이 하세요.

전통스러우면서 고급진 리조트

아이가 있는 집이라면 한번 꼭 가보시라 추천해요. 호텔 자체가 클래식하고 분위기 있어요. 저희는 골프장 뷰였는데 푸른 잔디가 좋았고 베드상태도 좋습니다. 바로 앞 문화단지와 아울렛까지 다시 가고 싶을 정도에요.

즐겁게 잘 머물다 왔습니다.

만족스러웠습니다. 엄청 익사이팅 한 곳은 아니지만, 차분하고 정갈하게 가족 여행하기 좋은 곳이에요. 수영장도 초등 저학년 까지는 엄청 재밌게 놀 수 있는 수준입니다. 재방문의사 있습니당

객실이 넓어서 좋았습니다.
기본적인 어메니티가 많이 부족해서 좀
아쉬웠습니다.

숙소는 좋습니다. 이웃을 잘 만나야합니다

좋습니다. 가족단위가 많이 와서 위층에 아이들 뛰어다니는 소리가 많이 납니다. 부모님이 제지하면 문제가 되지않지만 그렇지 않을 경우 불편하고 많이 소란스럽습니다.

외출시에 조심해야겠어요.

샤워기가 망가졌어요.
둘째날 청소를 부탁하지 않았고 방해하지말라는 팻말을 걸어두고 나갔는데 정리가 되어 있네요.
사적인 시간과 공간이 보호되지 않는것 같아 불안했어요.

가격대비 깨끗하고 좋아요~

8월말이라 가격도 많이 안비싸고 좋았습니다. 방에들어왔을때 화장실에 작은 벌레가 있긴 했지만.. 도시에 있는게 아니니~ 깨끗하고 좋아요~ 다음에도 또 이용할거같아요~ 그리고 체크인담당해주신 분도 친절했습니다.

작은 마을에 이렇게 좋은 시설이 있는게 감사했어요
리조트의 외관에 처음 먼저 반하고 가족과 함께 갈수 있는 안전하고 편안한 곳이어서 반하고 가까운 주위에 볼거리가 많아서 연속해서 반하게 되는곳이어요
딱 한가지 흠이라면 화장실과 샤워시설은 전체적인 격조를 떨어뜨리는 이유가 될수 있어요 몰딩부분의 곰팡이, 습해서 불어난 화장실문이 닫히지않는점, 3명이 갔는데 커피, 물이 딱 2개씩만 있는점이 작지만 옥의 티가 되었어요
