They lost my car keys, and my pants , they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, even though it was, when I ordered food they wouldn’t let me bring it in, they told me I had to eat it past the property line then I could come back. The staff seemed eager to take advantage of the fact I am not a native French or Arabic speaker.

It was just okay

Service was great and the hotel was okay (hallways could be cleaner and the lobby was mediocre). But, overall, the value for money wasn't good. The place was quite pricey and didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast (added cost of 4,000 dinar ~ 30 USD for coffee and an omelet for two). Next visit to Oran, we'll stay elsewhere.

Luxurious Hotel with Amazing Views & Rooftop Pool

It’s a truly lovely hotel with amazing views and a rooftop pool. Ideal (you might think) for your perfect break but when the facilities are not working that’s not cool at all. Steam room with no steam. Pool without umbrellas. It’s a shame that those little snags are not fixed as quickly as it should. Please be aware that officially children under the age of 18 years old are not allowed in the pool not poolside.
If you are an SPG Member please know your rights as not all hotel staff know what it involves. I wasn’t comfortable with it but I had to ask for my welcome gift, my free drink voucher and clarify that I had the right to an upgrade at no extra charge. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a well deserving break. Helpful and kind staff. Airport pick up is a bonus but I had to ring the hotel to book it since as I did not get a response to my emails.
If you are a business traveler then you are very lucky to be put up in that hotel.

Awesome Location with Seaview BUT

First stay at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. I wanted to spend a week with my son visiting my extended family, to enjoy a quiet time with my son and to clear my head. So I booked a hotel with a seaview and a (almost infinity) pool to cool down in while overlooking la Cornish of Oran and here I found it.

I rang the hotel and confirmed our airport pick up and yet NO ONE has turned up to pick us up once we landed at 9.30 pm. I had no choice but to get a taxi and get there by ourselves. How can you forget a female traveller with a child at the airport in a foreign country....that's not cool Marriott International.

As far as the hotel location, facilities and cleanliness is concerned it's spot on. BUT huge issue with hot water. We had no hot water for three nights in a row and we had no choice but to have a cold shower after a hot and a busy day.

Two days out of eight, my son and I decided to spend it at the hotel and chill by the pool and the spa facilities. Unfortunately, no one has told us about the fact that the plumbers have moved in and the water supply was turned off, during the day. So, we could not have a shower after the spa use which frustrated me because I was cold and tired of the situation.

In my honest opinion, the hotel has huge COMMUNICATION PROBLEM AMONG ITS STAFF. Reception staff were not aware of the fact that there was no water in the building during the day and for more than a day in a row. The fact that we did not have hot water for three nights in

Best Hotel in Oran

I have been in Oran many times but never used the Four Points Hotel. I loved the service, location, room very clean with a lot space. Excellent is the word. The only thing maybe could be better is the price for the food in the hotel restaurant. It is too high for the quality of food they are offering. Definitely I will come back!

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Dès l’arrivée, j’ai constaté un manque flagrant d’hygiène : la chambre était sale, les draps semblaient simplement refaits mais pas changés, et les parties communes laissaient à désirer.

La nourriture était médiocre, peu de choix et très peu de saveur.
Pire encore : certaines de mes affaires ont disparu, notamment des crèmes de soin personnelles laissées dans la salle de bain. Aucun retour ou solution proposée par le personnel.

un hôtel mal entretenu, au service approximatif, et sans sécurité pour les affaires personnelles.
Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne le recommande pas.

Hôtel avec vu magnifique , jolie chambre mais le service nul , plusieurs fois ils ont oublié de me mettre des serviettes je devait attendre des heures pour en avoir le room service catastrophique, ils ont exigé que je paye tout de suite le plat que j’avais pris alors que j’ai l’habitude ailleurs de tout mettre sur la chambre et tout régler à la fin aucun professionnalisme.

Et ils ont essayé de m’arnaquer au niveau du spa les prix étais affiché sur une pancarte et la dame m’a demandé le double du pris qui été noté, je n’ai pas voulu faire la prestation j’ai uniquement pris le massage et niveau propreté c’était pas ouf.
C’est dommage car l’hôtel est magnifique et moderne mais pour un 5 étoiles le service ne suit pas

Un problème de communication. Nous sommes arrivés on nous annoncé que notre réservation n’avais pas était payée hors que si elle avait belle et bien était réglé débité sur mon compte en temps réel. Ensuite en arrivant nous avons payé le petit déjeuner le matin au petit déjeuner à notre grande surprise (encore une fois) on nous annonce que le
Petit déjeuner n’est pas réglée pour ensuite nous dire non c’est bon.
Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié ce manque d’organisation que ça soit à l’accueil pour la réservation ou au petit déjeuner.
Vaudrais mieux revoir l’organisation administrative nois voulions rajouter un jour supplémentaire mais à la suite de ces problèmes cela nous a décourager tant pis il ont perdu 200 euros supplémentaires.
Dommage car l’hôtel est vraiment très beau et bien placé.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits au four ponits by sheraton très déçu je n'ai pas pas pu dormir les deux nuits la circulation une horreur et le bruit des clients deuxième jour un mariage des coup de klaxons des cris et a 4 heure du matins des tirs de fusées j'ai crus que nous étions attaques ; le service est déplorable le matin le restaurant est sale car personne ne fait le ménage c'est honteux pour un 4 étoiles locale ;le soir le buffet est infecte la pâtisserie est déposée sur le buffet a 19h a température ambiante j'ai été malade , ma secrétaire s'est trompée de SHERATON ; le soir c'est très mal fréquente a évite dommage l’hôtel est récent mais le management laisse a désirer je ne comprends pas pourquoi les propriétaires ne réagissent pas

Restaurant :Service trop long pour une nourriture basique et trop chère.J ‘ai commandé une salade mixte qui a mis plus d’une 1/2 h à arriver et à l’arrivée, grosse déception

Hôtels très agréable. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le service en chambre est correct. Le personnel est agréable. En revanche beaucoup d'attente au niveau du service pour la piscine. Celui ci prend beaucoup de temps. En règle générale le séjour s'est très bien passé. J'y retournerai volontier à l'avenir.
