Perfect Getaway for Couples!

My boyfriend and I were so pleased with our stay at Hotel Turixant. We did not want to be in the tourist area like Palma, I wanted a true local experience and that is what Hotel Turixant offers. We had the 3-course meal for $25 per person and the food was very good! I truly enjoyed the zucchini pasta with pesto, feta, and pine nuts. The cheesecake for dessert was the best cheesecake I've had. Light and airy with a delicious crust! I have to admit, it was quite a far drive to different areas like Deia, Port Soller, and the Southeast side of the island, but the drive to these places and experience at Hotel Turixant made it all worthwhile. For the days we did not feel like driving during the daytime with something planned at night, we enjoyed reading our books under the sun in our private courtyard. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight as well! I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent secluded boutique hotel

As frequent visitors to the island we need a good base to travel from. Turixant was exactly that. Clean, stylish and beuatiful surroundings. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and would frequently go over and above to ensure your stay was comfortable.

Quiet but nice

Went for one night in warm September, nice small pool, hotel is a restored finca with interesting original features but a bit too rustic for the price. Staff were very nice but it is an advantage if you speak Spanish.

Loistava hotelli aktiivilomailijalle

Olimme pyöräilylomalla. Kaikki sujui hienosti. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja huone kauniisti ja modernin toimivasti sisustettu. Lukittu pyörävaja työkaluineen oli iloinen yllätys.
Sijainti idyllisessä pikkukylässä palveli hyvin pyöräilijää: lenkille oli helppo lähteä. Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu.

Très joli petit hôtel situé au centre du pays. L'accès est facile mais nécessite bien sûr un véhicule.
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas très varié. Les confitures sont industrielles. Il n'y a comme pâtisseries que quelques mini croissants ainsi que des petites madeleines préemballées. La terrasse pour manger est très jolie.
Les extérieurs sont superbes mais la piscine n'étant pas chauffée c'est difficile d'y rentrer hors saison. Les transats ne sont pas ceux des photo. Il n'y a pas de coussins et les lits en bois ne sont pas non plus équipes comme sur les photo.
Les chambres (de luxe) sont très jolies et très propres. Cependant, l'insonorisation laisse à désirer (nous entendions nos voisins parler, marcher, faire bouger les ceintres sur la tringle,...). Heureusement, les occupants sont généralement des couples calmes.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très discret mais disponible et souriant.

Daa Ambiente ist genau wie auf den Bildern, der Ausblick auf die Umgebung toll und es herrschte eine dörfliche Ruhe,damit meinen wir,es störte uns kein Autolärm,aber der Hahn fängt schon früh an zu krähen und ab und zu bellt auch ein Hund. Am Abend konnte man schon die Terrasse nutzen,obwohl es noch etwas kühl wurde. Frühstück ist etwas spartanisch aber wir sind immer satt geworden. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

No tienen teléfono de contacto y el que tienen no responden habitualmente. Tuvimos que dejar la habitación por un imprevisto e intentamos contactar tanto por mail como telefónicamente varias veces, sin respuesta.
Por la noche a partir de las 00h no hay personal de recepción. Para entrar se necesita un código que si lo pierdes, como en nuestro caso, no hay telefonos ni medios para contactar con nadie que te pueda abrir. Tras llamar a la puerta a porrazos varias veces, otro huesped se levantó a abrirnos. Debería mejorarse este servicio porque no creo que fueramos los primeros en perder el papel del código de acceso...

Tolles ZImmer (die ehemalige Küche der Ölmühle), allerdings direkt gegenüber des Empangs, sodass jeder ins Zimmer schauen konnte beim Betreten/ Verlassen des Zimmers.
Englischkenntnisse sind eher dürftig, sodass wir nicht wussten, dass das Frühstück an den Tisch serviert wird und es hier auch Abendessen gibt.

Très bonne étape pour se reposer, lieu calme et agréable, la patronne parle français. Si vous êtes français, demander la chambre réservée aux Français (belle surprise).
Le cadre est vraiment charmant.
Seul hic si vous ne dînez pas sur place, pas grand chose dans les alentours.

modernes hotel in ruhiger lage

das hotel liegt in einem kleinen Dorf hinter Inca. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und idyllisch.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, aber es könnte sein, dass manche sachen nicht in der Wand halten. da muss man aufpassen.
Sonst das Frühstück ist ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten und der Pool ist sehr schön und man ist meist dort alleine. Man kann außerdem das Hotel nur mit dem Auto erreichen.
Immer wieder würde ich es buchen.

nettes hotel, leider war mein zimmer winzig und nicht richtig sauber. leider sprach das personal kein englisch. leider wurde mein abendessen an einem abend eher spontan zusammengestellt und kostete trotzdem 23 euro.

Alte Ölmühle, teilweise erhalten, sehr dekorativ. Terrasse mit schönem Blick. Dicke Mauern und hohe
Decken (unten), wie in einer Burg.Abends leckeres Dreigangmenü, allerdings nicht an allen Tagen,
das wurde aber nicht kommuniziert, fragen! Unser Zimmer wurde leider von einem dicken Balken
durchzogen und auch die Dusche war etwas zu niedrig. Kein Schrank, eher also was für Kurzurlauber.

Verrassend mooi, schoon en ruim!!!

De kamers zijn lekker ruim, heel schoon en een heerlijk bed! Ontbijt op het terras en wordt per tafel vers geserveerd, heerlijk! Alles is precies zoals beschreven, dat wil nog wel eens heel anders zijn. Fris zwembad met mooie ligbedden en 2 cabana's. Ligging is midden het dorp met een mooie ruime parkeerplaats, wij gaan er zeker weer heen!

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans ce petit hotel de 11 chambres au calme. Nous avons été surclassé dans la \"suite\" qui est une très belle chambre à la décoration soignée tout comme l'hôtel. Les femmes qui gèrent l'hotel sont très sympathiques et parlent français. Je conseille cet hotel si vous souhaitez éviter les stations balnéaires du tourisme de masse sur Majorque.

Schönes gepflegtes individuelles Hotel

Im Prinzip ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus mit kleinen Detailmängeln. Leider sehr hellhörig, so dass man jede Tür schlagen hört und auch das kleine und große Geschäft des Zimmernachbarn auf der Toilette.
Die Lage im Ort hat leider auch diverse Nachteile. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde auf dem Nachbargrundstück direkt gegenüber gebaut, sodass ein Entspannen am Pool nicht in Frage kam. Zu allem Überfluss wurde auch noch der Straßenbelag der benachbarten Gasse erneuert. Dementsprechend laut war es. Die beiden Hähne und zwei kläffende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft ließen eine ungestörte Nachtruhe bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht zu. Zudem liegt in 100m Luftlinie der Fussballplatz des Ortes. Im dazugehörigen Vereinsheim ist oft bis spät in die Nacht die Party am Start.
Die Infrastruktur ist aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage des Ortes quasi nicht vorhanden. Man tut gut daran, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Essen gehen, Barbesuche, Shopping etc. ist mit entsprechenden Fahrten verbunden. Im Ort selbst gibts bis auf 2 kleine Kneipen und einem Restaurant nix.
Wer das ursprüngliche Flair von Mallorca sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten ebenfalls gut geeignet.
Uns wars dann doch zu abgelegen und vor allem zu laut (Pech für uns, man muss aber durch die zentrale Lage im Ort immer mit Lärm rechnen)

Nettes Hotel am Rande der Berge

Nettes Hotel, bequemes Bett, schöne alte Ölmühle. Auf den ersten Blick toll gemacht. Leider ist die Ausstattung dann doch etwas einfach und teilweise handwerklich ungeschickt angebracht. Dadurch sind die Zimmer auch hellhörig.
Man merkt, dass die Familie, welche ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, erst neu im Hotelgeschäft ist. Es fehlen kleine Details, wie eine Tischkerze beim Abendessen, eine bessere Auswahl beim Früchstück - es gab 7 Tage das Gleiche (Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Packungsmarmelade) etc.. Dabei gibt es doch so leckere Süßspeisen in Mallorca, angefangen bei einer Ensimada...
Alles in Allem wünschen wir ein gutes Vorankommen und empfehlen das Haus weiter.

Wir haben es als Katastrophe empfunden und sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen. Das Zimmer war kalt, die Heizung (Klima warm/kalt) defekt. Das Laminat hob sich, sodass wir permanent gestolpert sind. Die Waesche/Decken/Betten waren verschmutzt, es gab keinen Schrank, sondern nur ein Rohr, auf dem Kleiderbuegel hingen.
Beim Auszug gab es dann Aerger um die Rueckerstattung des vorgeleisteten Geldes, \"kulanterweise\" wurden nur 2 von 4 Naechten berechnet. Wir wuerden es niemandem empfehlen.

Mukava rauhallinen hotelli, joka tarjoaa idyllisen lomanvieton erityisesti pariskunnille. Mitään aktiviteettilomaa hotellista ei kannata lähteä hakemaan, mutta rentoutumiseen se sopi oikein hyvin. Hotellin henkilökunnan kielitaito oli suhteellisen heikko, mutta toisaalta emme kohdanneet hankaluuksia asian tiimoilta.

Charming hotel

For the very good price we got through hotels.com; this was a very nice hotel.
Overall very friendly service and nice designed rooms.
When you have a car and like the mountains, this place is nicely located. About a half hour drive to Palma through Inca to the highway.
The pool could be cleaned a little more often (quite a few sunken leaves).
Also our drain in bathroom sink did not work well, but I fixed it myself easily :-)

Rustig gelegen Turixant

Turixant is gelegen in een leuk dorpje centraal aan de west/noordwestkust. Patio, terras en zwembad zijn prima, ontbijtruimte wat minder sfeervol, ontvangst wat mager, geen verdere info, men sprak weinig Engels of wellicht Duits. Kamer wat pover/kaal, geen badmat, water vd douche dat richting de kamer loopt, wastafel te ongemakkelijk, vloer kamer niet altijd schoon.
Kwaliteit diner mag beter. Ontbijt ok, met o.a. verse jus d'orange en fruit.

Hôtel accueillant, plein de charme, ne pas manquer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel Turixant. Son emplacement est idéal pour le repos, mais pas que, puisqu'il nous a permis, compte tenu de sa situation géographique (centre ouest), de sillonner sur les 3/4 de l'île.
La patronne est très sympathique, toujours disponible et parle aussi très bien le français.

Charmantes Landhotel mit besonders gutem Service!

Reise Mitte Mai bei Glückswetter.
Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf am Rande des Tramuntanagebirges nahe Inca und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel mit einem Mietwagen zu erkunden.

Das Gebäude ist eine alte Ölmühle die liebevoll in einem modernen Stil renoviert wurde und lädt aufgrund der geringen Anzahl an Zimmer zum entspannen und wohlfühlen ein.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service! Die Hausdamen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen - Sie erfüllen alle Wünsche trotz kleiner Sprachbarrieren :D
Gesprochen wird Spanisch, Französisch und ein wenig Englisch.

Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch angerichtet und zum Tisch gebracht (getoastetes Brot, Butter, Marmeladen, Käse, Wurst, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Müsli und frisch gepresster O'Saft)
Zwar jeden Tag das Selbe, aber auf konkrete Wünsche gingen sie auch hier gerne ein :)
Abends konnte man im hauseigenen Restaurant essen - eine Gaumenfreude!

Einziger Minuspunkt - meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau - ist die Lage des Pools. Er liegt im Garten des Hauses, leicht umzäunt von kleinen Bäumen, direkt neben dem hauseigenen Parktplatz.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel ein stimmiges Konzept das für uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt, der all unsere Wünsche erfüllte, geschaffen hat.
