This motel is a complete surprise. The room was like new, nothing scratched or broken and some custom touches also. Plus they had a hot full breakfast which is getting impossible to get. They even let me in 1/2 hour before breakfast because of my schedule. 5 stars for sure.

The pool was shut down for several months and will continue to be shut down until April however they are still listing this as including a pool. I’m very disappointed as this was the reason I booked this particular hotel. I was not warned of this in the listing. My room had a dead bolt that didn’t work as well as the additional safety piece at the top of the door did not stop the door from opening either.

I went to this area to enjoy a drive into LBL to enjoy the snow fall. The manager, Cheynne, initially stepped up to resolve a scheduling problem (my fault). From there she kept me abreast of closed roads and other important information. I had come to believe this level of service was a thing of thingpast.

Upon check in - the night staff turned us away after our card was charged for the room due to the fact they have a weight restriction for elderly dog. She refused to accommodate although EXPEDIA NEVER STATED THERE WAS A WEIGHT RESTRICTION for dogs. She turned us away and said she could not handle the refund it would have to come from management. We found a more accommodating hotel and called EXPEDIA immediately and was told she would look into it and was escalating to a senior CSR.

My biggest complaint was that the slow Keurig type coffee maker was the only source of coffee for breakfast. Just imagine 20 people lined up there waiting for their morning jolt. I did without.

The Knight checkout guy was Great was going to charge $20 for my dog, but then she seen she was a service animal with her red vest and patch on which was wonderful but then in the morning the girl would not let my service animal go into breakfast with me that is needed so I had to leave without eating and the coffee machine did not work in the lobby. The snack machine did not work and the breakfast wasblessnthan to be desired. And charging a $100 deposit was a bit steep for what was offered. I had been on the road driving all day with a baby and toddler obviously stopped a couple times however my toddler had to potty once we arrived at hotel yet when I ask for a restroom for my toddler to use I was told she couldn’t use one until we checked in that was just awful customer service then the pool was supposed to be heated not ice cold so that was also disappointing

Accommodations were top notch. Very clean, very comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. Appreciated decaf option for tea and coffee and the morning person checking us out was also wonderful and kind hearted. Definitely recommend this location!

This hotel is one of the “better” places to stay on the exit but definitely needs work. The room was 85 degrees when we arrived and the bathroom had major lime buildup on the shower heads (water sprayed everywhere) & mold in the grout. The pool was closed for “maintenance” and so were the bathrooms in the lobby. The amenities were sub-par. No elevator in this hotel.

The breakfast was good and plentiful and had a variety even though there were no 'hot' items other than a waffle. The staff were excellent. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The parking for handicapped was good and accessible. The noise carried between the rooms more so than other hotels we have stayed at. The location was handy to the interstate with several restaurants near by.

Ii booked a reservation a month in advance and I was looking for pet friendly accommodations…I didn’t think to check with a weight limit (my dog is an 80lb Great Pyrenees Lab mix) so an hour away I checked with the hotel and they had a 20lb weight limit…I called and made arrangements for my dog to stay at his house and continued to my reservation and upon my arrival I found out that the GM had cancelled my reservation after I had called and asked about the weight limits for pets…he then refused me a refund! So last minute I had to find another hotel with 3 kids!! I called Hotels.com and they called to get my refund and they even refused them and when they called back they hung up on them! They were just very rude and unprofessional!

Bugs in room. Afraid my yorkie got fleas. Hall carpet looked filthy. No coffee one morning. Very inadequate breakfast options. Could not give receipt upon payment. Was to email but never received. Served our purpose but definitely not up to par. Will not recommend.

Expedia says check in was 2pm. When I got to the property I was told it had been changed to 3pm and just hadn’t been updated online. I was charged $30 extra for early check in. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was impossible to sleep as the rooms aren’t truly soundproof and all I could hear was doors slamming repeatedly. Maybe I just had a bad room location.
