The rooms are clean and comfortable,. The customer service at check in is great. Downside is we couldn't get the room temperature regulated, there was no thermostat on the unit so it was very hot and the dead bolt on the door didn't work.

No breakfast. Deposit of 100 to stay the night. Had to wsit for them to inspect the room before receiving deposit back. Empty hotel and they put us in the room closest to the interstate. Extremely loud. Neighbors had dogs thst barked all night.

Again...empty hotel. Why are you putting the 4 people you have staying all in the same corner...

Wasn't expecting deposit for room to be charged for potential damage or smoking. Neither of us smoke, and at age 71 we are not the kind to damage a room. I won't know if they credited it back til we get home. Not a good policy if you ask me.

It was nice and clean but mattresses were uncomfortable and the towels felt like you were drying with a brush they were terrible. The man who fixed coffee on Saturday poured water in a half ful pot and said it was ready
Was just spending a couple of nights since we have family in Cadiz but I’ll have to say we won’t be staying there again

Late evening check-in with approximately 10 vehicles in parking lot. Got second floor room that was EXTREMELY HOT - heat rises - and wondered why I didn't get room on ground floor instead. Room never really cooled off much and very hard to sleep over noise of AC unit.

Comfortable room and bed. Quick check in. Friendly staff. I asked for downstairs room and was given upstairs room. I have bad knees and cannot do stair to well.

I also found a used wash cloth hanging in the shower the next morning which make me think the room wasn't cleaned between me and the previous guest.

The motel is right off the interstate which is convenient. You could hear traffic but it didn't keep me awake.At first,i wasn't sure it was even open.outside appearance was needing attention but check in was good
The room was clean,looked good,everything worked.It is budget friendly accommodations no frills.Good for overnight travelers. It had several staying there. I would stay again if in the area.

You get what you pay for at this location. The front desk associate at check-in was very stern and made it very clear of all the rules that needed to be followed. She also felt the need to remind me of where ME and my animals *that I DO NOT have* needed to deficate. $100 deposit required at check-in, hopefully no issues getting that back but I will update this review if so. It appears they attempted to update the rooms about as well as a bad landlord with the painted receptacles and light switches. Linen had stains, exhaust fan was barely hanging on the ceiling, and the bed was not comfortable.

The staff could work their welcoming hospitality. The room's floor were filthy. Your feet got dirty as soon as you took your shoes off. Called to the front desk about it.They said there was no one there to come clean.They did not offered any other help. We had to use our hand towels that were provided in the rooms to mop the floors. Just to keep our feet clean. The room was nice other otherwise. Most of the time it was quiet, but there were early morning departures at three a m, yelling and screaming. And another departure at five thirty banging and dropping stuff and very talking loud. Other than that it was fairly quiet. The hotel surroundings were quite quaint.

Checkin/Checkout was easy. The bed was very comfortable. The room was sufficient and clean. The bathroom was clean but needed some upgrades. Biggest negative was the unexpected deposit of $100 which was not mentioned during the booking process or included in the Hotels.com itinerary. The deposit will apparently be reimbursed within 5-7 business days. If we had not been so tired we would have looked into other arrangements.

Awful experience. Go next door instead.

Check in was easy and the clerk friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was bare, 2 towels, no coffee fixings, only 1 key allowed. The bed squeaked horribly and woke up everyone every time I moved. The air conditioner was extremly loud. We got very little sleep. Late check out was not available even though there were very few guests. For a 2nd night we went next door to the Quality Inn, they were GREAT!

The attendant there had an attitude issue when asked why $100 deposit for one night she said people steal mention it twice afterwards about stealing white man behind me did not get the same response when asked the same question
Nothing in there is worth that not even the five star hotels charge $100 a night deposit for otherwise. The way it was taken, was damage and steal.
To lack and so much, they seem to charge regular prices if they have the Amenities to the prices
Otherwise, the state was OK
