Hotel has a wonderfully relaxed feel to it with a nice eating and drinking area.

The staff was probably the most friendly and helpful people that we’ve ever had the privilege to experience!

The room was ok but not the best although the large bathroom with steam room was very impressive!

Thought the location was great also!

We went and saw a concert at the Adidas Arena which was a nice venue and the French crowd were great fun!

I had high expectations from a 5 stars hotel, so maybe I'm a bit critical. Room is not small, but had old design, clean and comfortable.

40th Birthday Trip to Paris

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Parister. The duplex suite we had for our stay was spacious and beautifully decorated and the added Hammam steam room was enjoyed by all of us. Couldn’t fault the staff, they were so friendly and welcoming from the very start. It was our first visit to Paris and we celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday the second day of our trip. The staff left a note and sweet treats as a way of noting the occasion which was lovely. The spa facilities including the pool were a perfect way to relax after a day out sightseeing. Overall we all loved the hotel and would be more than happy to return in the near future.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. I stayed here for four nights to celebrate my 35th birthday, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The rooms are perfectly sized—some are even quite spacious depending on your reservation.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and the views were beautiful.

The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. From the incredible bartender to the front desk team to the nighttime security, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They even called restaurants on our behalf to make reservations, which was incredibly helpful since I don’t speak French.

When Air France lost my luggage, the front desk staff gave me great recommendations for nearby shops to pick up essentials. And once my luggage finally arrived, it was already waiting in my room.

The bartender also deserves a special shoutout—the cocktails were some of the best I’ve ever had! The neighborhood itself was quiet, clean, safe and charming.

I could go on and on about how wonderful my stay was. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Room was small - no upgrade available even though my VIP status entitles me to one if available. Smart TV does not work when trying to connect to screen sharing devices. Best member of staff was Massy the barman - very polite, skilled and attentive in his approach.
It’s not a damning review as the place is ‘okay’ but it’s got work to do on treating its customers better before we would consider visiting again.

Been in many 5 star and luxury hotels so I say with complete confidence that this is nowhere near 5star standards. It’s giving more Parisian premier inn than luxury hotel.

Steam room in some rooms was a nice touch
Nice central location; easy to get to from the airport

Cons
Poor hygiene. Not very clean - we found debris and stains on the floors as per photos
More incredibly rude - than professional - staff & managers
Rooms are incredibly small and awkwardly designed. For example; the bed in the duplex suite was right next to the door that led out to an open and very exposed courtyard!
Weird obsession with keys - apparently they are “incredibly expensive” and therefore you only get one single key no matter how many of you there are
Limited food options on the menu
Broken charging points and standard amenities you’d expect of decent hotel.

Never staying here again.

The hotel was fine, but not 5* in my opinion. Day time staff were friendly, however the night staff were not; one night I was unwell and needed some assistance and the night staff member was not very hospitable. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, but it was very worn and in need of some updates. For example, the blind in the room was broken and one of the wardrobe doors would not close fully. The price did reflect this looking back, as it was cheaper than most other 5* hotel in Paris.

A fabulous wee hotel

The Parister Hotel was excellent in every way. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food but the location was nearby lots of fabulous little cafes and restaurants. Very close to the metro and walking distance to the Sacre Coeur, Galleries Lafayette and L’Opera. Amazing location. I took my daughter to Paris for her 30th birthday and we had the best time!

Un excelente hotel, muy bien situado, muchos restaurantes, teatros, panaderías artesanales y supermercados cerca.
Para llegar o movilizarse es muy fácil, tienen paradas de metro a pocos metros como Cadet o incluso Grand Boulevard
Ubicado en una zona muy segura.
Respecto a la limpieza, es impecable, en nuestro caso que tengo esposa e hijos alérgicos al polvo no tuvieron problema alguno. Aunque el piso es en alfombra esta exageradamente limpio.
La habitación era un dúplex, con un baño donde esta la ducha y una tina mas el lavamanos, en otro lado esta el inodoro, algo raro pero muy práctico. Es perfecta para una familia de 4 personas, tiene caja fuerte, excelente vista al patio interior de la instalación.
El hotel tiene dos bloques, uno de 4 pisos y otro de 3, los dos tienen ascensores.
En cada pasillo tienen un dispensador de agua que hasta incluso suministra agua con gas.
Abajo tiene espacios abiertos para sentarse, leer y tomar o comer algo. No usamos el comedor porque el precio por el desayuno era alto con relación a lo que se puede encontrar en la zona.
Las habitaciones las entregan con amenidades de limpieza, salidas de baño en toalla y son muy pendientes de los detalles, en nuestro caso pasada la pascua; hasta mensajes y huevos de chocolate encontramos.
La habitación que nos tocó, tenia una pequeña terraza, con dos sillas y una mesa donde puedes pasar un rato.
En el spá tienen incluso manzanas para que puedas comer mientras te relajas, un sauna seguro y bueno.

Front desk, restaurant, and bar staff are very, very friendly and helpful. The one downfall we experienced was the housekeeping. Stayed for 3 nights and one day 1/night 1 upon check-in our room was not ready at 3:00. We were told it would be an additional 40 minutes. We waited in the
Lobby and the room wasn’t ready after 40 minutes, it took a lot 60-65 minutes. We were offered
Complimentary drinks and then breakfast the next day which was very nice. But then after our first night, on day 2, our room was never cleaned. We
Got back to hotel around 9:30/10:00 pm and to find our beds were not made, no fresh towels or bathroom cleaning, used coffee cups were not
Removed, drinks in fridge not replenished…the room had not been touched by housekeeping at all. It was cleaned the next day but for a hotel that charges this much per night and advertises as 5 star, this should be done daily.

Best stay ever at Hotel Parister! Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was great. The spa was clean and second to none. My wife and I visited Paris for the first time not knowing what to expect. The staff at the hotel took the time to help us map out a schedule to visit all the main sites. Most of the sites were walking distance. They really made our visit easy and a pleasure. When I needed a shave, an umbrella, or adapters to charge our phones, the hotel met our needs. Water is free! I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a personal touch. The hotel is very clean and the area is very safe.

Our family stayed at this wonderful hotel for the spring break and we all like this hotel after staying here for 3 nights. This is our first trip to the Paris and I did extensive research to help decide which hotel we should book. I would say Hotel Parister is worth the money and a proven solid choice. The hotel has exceptional customer service, wonderufl breakfast and very convenient location(2mins walking distance to Metro 7 Cadet station). Our family all like this hotel and I would even book it again if we visit Paris next time. It is a small hotel but we like everything it offers. The staff is very friendly and every day morning we enjoyed a really good breakfast to provide both adults and kids a full energetic day. The hotel staff responded to my email message promptly with helpful tips. We enjoy our stay here and I would not hesitate to book it again in the future. Thank you!

There are many things I disliked: First, I stayed 3 nights but the treadmill worked only the first day. In had to run outside in my shorts (in winter) for the following 2 days because it was not fixed. Second, I chose the hotel for its pool. The pool was nice but disappointing because I was the ONLY swimmer wearing a swim cap. There were 5 other swimmers in the pool, some with very long hair, and they were careless. The pool was filled with hair! It also smelled bad. I was afraid of getting a skin rash after swimming an hour. Otherwise the pool temp is nice, and the size is great. Third, my shower handle was leaking. I asked the staff to fix it, but on the second and 3rd days, it was actually worse. I could only use the shower in the fitness center as a result. This was my second stay (the first time was very nice), but now I doubt I will aver return.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Parister. The front desk staff were ever so helpful - special thanks to Louisson for being so kind and make me feel so well looked after during my stay. Bartender Alejandro was fantastic and created a simple and yet delicious non alcoholic cocktail just for me. The 24hr pool was a fantastic feature. I would however point out that the rooms do look a little tired and probably could do with some refurb. - the metal plates around the sockets completely fell off. Also it would be nice if the room service had a bit more choices.

Not a 5 star experience. Staff on check in were friendly and helpful. None of the staff around the hotel said hello or anything though which was a bit rude. Parking is off-site and €36 a night which isn’t ideal at all. Rooms aren’t a 5* standard at all and are very basic, not even having a wardrobe in a deluxe with balcony room. Location is okay but not the best.
