That was such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. I would definitely suggest staying at this Best Western.

The staff were very, very courteous. Carpets were in need of a good shampoo. Very dirty. I was there for a week and carpets were never vacuumed. Rooms are overpriced. I really like the environment. Guests are often regulars and its like a family gathering atmosphere. The food in the bar/lounge is great. Please inform guests of underground, heated parking as my car was parked outside in -30C temperatures. Almost didn't start 3 nights. My clock is out of wack now. I found out through a family member that there was undergound heated parking so last 2 nights was able to use. Overall, a great stay. Loved all the room amenities-microwave, toaster, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher etc.

The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spacious. The kitchenette was orderly. The included breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Very good hotel with very good service. Clean, spacious, well decorated, full and very useful kitchen. Even a small.midroom at the entrance and dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen. The only hickup was that they only check their mailbox 3 times a week but twll you that too late. If you have annufgent delovery it has to be by fedex or purolator.

AC kept going on and off bothering my sleep, even tho while setting the fan to continuous, and it didnèt go below 60 if that would have keep it running. it kept getting little cool and hot, on and off. Pillows were very uncomfortable and high. Otherwise room was clean, food was good. But had very unpleasant sleep. No pool - i should have checked but it was high profile property so i assumed.

The staff at Sawridge is excellent. You almost feel like you are at home with their friendly demeanour and helpfulness. The breakfast is very good with a nice variety of already prepared, and freshly made to order choices.

The rooms themselves are quite nice with big showers and a nicely appointed kitchenette. Be was comfy, though the AC in our room (327) was quite noisy.

Parking is plentiful, but be aware, you are a bit out of town and unless you eat at the hotel you’re going to have to drive.

We would definitely stay there again!

After check and key Passover we were informed no water the next day from 8 am until 6pm? What away to ruin a sleep in. This info should have been posted in advance as it’s seemed like a planned maintenance. Feel conned by Expedia. Definitely would have stayed somewhere with water!

I love this hotel. It's pristine and comfortable but the staff are just absolute angels. The rooms are perfectly equipped and this trip I made cupcakes and decorated them in the room (made icing in the bowls provided). They really do have it all! I don't love work trips but I love this hotel.

The stay was great. but the 1st night the fire alarm went off, because of a system problem. The fornt desk did not contact guest to let them know what was happening. we had to call down to hear the fornt desk say it wasnt a fire just a system problem and then went to the lobby to see why the alarms weren't shutting off at all. I worked in big hotels for over 10 years and we were trained to deal with things like this. Communication with staff and guest wasn't very good. or not at all.
That is hotel management problem!! staff should be trained for things like this. which we and other saw that they were not trained to deal with this. I hate to see a real fire happen in that hotel... Hotel owners & management need to train their staff.

Pros: Room was great, bed comfortable, nice big TV, nice large walk in shower, in-room robe (love that).

Cons: I had a kitchenette, but there were no plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Had a kettle, but no tea or coffee supplies in the room.

Ordered room service for dinner. Thought I'd treat myself to a tenderloin steak... not a good experience. Arrived with all of the dinner components basically thrown into a styrofoam container with plastic cultlery. Steak was overcooked and grisly, which I'm sure you can imagine was not fun to tackle with the plastic cutlery in that container. I had bought a bottle of wine to have with my dinner, and was told they aren't allowed to loan out wine glasses with my meal.
