I loved tis place. Everyone was very nice. Tons of things for breakfast, great coffee machine. They have a very reasonable shuttle from the airport and to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn't know that and paid way more than I needed to getting to the Nomad. And I loved my room.

I needed a place to stay for one night before an early flight but wish I could have stayed longer. The room was really thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Lots of smart, modern touches. I didn't get a chance to spend any time in the lobby or restaurant but both looked appealing as well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

In a very quiet part but extremely close to CDG airport; dont expect to find too many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel; having said that the rooms were extremely clean and sound proofed and makes for a comfortable stay if the purpose is to get to CDG airport quickly

Breakfast is amazing. I love breakfast.
The shuttle service is free from airport to hotel but it's very difficult to find the shuttle as the airport is huge. It's supposed to be 2f or 2e but always make sure to call and notified your arrival. I had issues in finding the shuttle and need to take an uber. Staff is friendly and they even took care of my handcarry as I was going to visit city centre.

Clean room, fresh towels every morning. Kind multi-lingual staff. Only complaint is the projector system in lieu of a tv, just was a little wonky to get working sometimes. Overall a nice stay to save some money for our paris trip.

The room was clean and for a “close to” airport hotel it was quiet. The staff we found to be unfriendly and non helpful. Shuttle will pick you up and won’t charge you but you pay to return or if you want a ride to the airport
at other times when they pick up other customers.
Staff does not offer any information regarding anything that might be helpful to making your stay a good one. We traveled in France for 3 weeks and the staff was the worst we experienced.
They were not aware of restaurants being closed around the area because of a holiday. At no point did anyone offer information on eating places around the area. It was always a struggle to get any information regarding any information while we were there. We spent 3 nights at this hotel.

Assign tơ ạ wrong room number (with keys) but not the room number from the hotel computer system. Need to learn French for communicating with staff

The room was very well laid out and comfortable.
Staff was not helpful.
The lights/ window blinds are controlled by an app on a tablet, which was difficult to use. It was easier to use my I-phone flashlight to use the water closet. I called the 24/7 front desk and was told someone would come up to check the tablet. They never came.
Hot water required the shower to be on for 20 minutes running before it would appear. Once it did it was great.

We stayed at Nomad Hotel just for one night because our flight got into Charles de Gaulle late and we didn't want to uber all the way into Paris at midnight. Nomad Hotel is minutes from the airport and was a great option after a very long flight and travel day.

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was/is the most unique feature of the room, as it was right in the main part of the room. Never seen that before. But as we were only here for the night, it didn't bother us.

The check out process was just as easy as check in. Before ordering our Uber to go into downtown Paris for the rest of our trip we did enjoy the breakfast that they offered for 16 euros. There was a variety of proteins, fruits, pastries, etc.

I highly recommend Nomad Hotel when going to Paris and arriving late or even really early and need a close place to just relax and recover.

This is a very laid back hotel, with a very comfortable and extensive lounge/bar area. Perfect location for flying out of CDG, with a very efficient shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No noise from other guest rooms and not even airport traffic sounds. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine for an airport hotel, clean and efficient. However, the staff was not very helpful. They claimed they had sent me the shuttle bus schedule but I never received it so ended up waiting for a shuttle from the airport for over an hour that does not come during some times in the day. When I booked the shuttle back to the airport the next day, the price was 7euro, however, I used my US credit card and the person selected the automatic US$ conversion without asking me so I was charged US$ 14, an overblown price. The hotel is only convenient if the shuttle is working, otherwise, it's not accessible from the airport train station, you have to take a public bus. Better to stay at Citizen M or Ibis which are located next to the train station that links to the airport.

Aziz at the front desk/bar went above and beyond for us. He was a true gem at this hotel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport and getting into Paris, with Aziz’s help, was easy.

Very clean ecofriendly room and brand new. Nice big shower in the room but curtain to give privacy. Took Bus 2101 5 stops from Terminal 1 to get to hotel. Airport shuttle was not running at 4am so paid 22 Euros to get to airport for departure flight. Would be better to have blackout curtains in room. Elevator was not working but only had to walk 1 flight up. Beautiful welcoming lobby with compact workout gym. Great value to stay if flying out of CDG airport.

We arrived at 1:30. We were told by a young staff member we would have to wait until 4:00-4:30. Not happy but we were committed. An older staff member found us a short while and asked if she could help us. We told her that we told about our wait time and immediately said she would check us into our room. Management needs to speak with junior staff about customer service. The junior staff is making the rest of your staff look bad.

Missed our flight out of Paris and needed a close hotel. This was a sweet little gem. Minimal with a Danish flair for compactness. The bed was extremely comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy. They did offer a buffet for 22-year-old a person . The food was decent but I thought a big pricey for what they had to offer. Unfortunately the area is pretty remote and there's not enough for the options around. For 7 Euro/person, you can take a shuttle back to the airport (cheaper than a taxi)

Great stay. Front desk staff was especially helpful and friendly. Annelise was very helpful and helping us find our way into Paris. The gentleman who came to help us with the TV controls was also very friendly and helpful.
Very convenient to Paris by bus and RER. Also very accessible to the airport by car.
One thing I’ve noticed about travelling in France there are no English speaking news channels on the TV and after having been away from home for more than two weeks, it would be nice to have a little bit of news. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable.

We reserved a hotel shuttle to the airport in advance, but when we arrived, the bus was overbooked and we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Not only was this stressful with a flight to catch, but the hotel staff offered no accommodation, apology, or sense of urgency. Their indifference to the situation made it clear that guest experience was not a priority. I expected better service and communication, especially for something as important as airport transportation.

The features in the room were supposedly run by the ipad attached to the top of the headboard. The ipad did not work in our room and at 2:30 am we spent quite a bit of time trying to get everything to work manually. Lights, air, etc. The shower was next to the bed and not separate in a separate room.
