Room is not what it looks like in the photos.
Floors are laminate throughout. Uneven, peeling off and sticky.
Washroom doesn’t have bar soap. They have soap but in liquid form. Imagine how long they have refilling it. Mixing old liquid soap to the new ones.
Shower rods are rusty. When you move the shower curtains, rust dust falls off after you get off the shower. Stains from dried up liquid soap, rusted drain plugs on the tub, mold on the edges. Toilets seat is falling apart.
Saw a stain on one of the pillows
Saw 3 ants crawling on the floor. Had a bubble tea from the night before. Did not finished. Set on the side table to save for later. Fell asleep and woke up because I got thirsty. Good thing I opened the light to take a sip, as I looked, a trail of ants have crawled towards my bubble tea. Some had fallen and drowned.
Parking is good.

it was okay and safe BUT!! Whoa, tip option was EVERYWHERE! Email, text, lobby, nightstands, door, I was there ONE night!!! I am now receiving texts from the hotel on Expedia asking for TIPS! I AM NEVER RETURNING! I tip when service is exceptional or appropriate. This dogging a customer is badly inappropriate. You lost a customer and Expedia lost a client because of this. NEVER USING EITHER SERVICES AGAIN

The room was very humid and had a really bad damp, musky, moldy smell, probably from the mold growing in the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and on the floor against the wall in some spots. Neither of the windows would lock, which was concerning because the room was on the ground level. The heaters wouldn’t turn off and they were the old school baseboard heaters that needed water to run through them so I constantly heard water running the whole time. I couldn’t isolate from the shower head to the bath tap and when I pushed in the little button to try to switch it, it was a) very hard to push in b) wouldn’t stay pushed in and c) it would come out of both the shower head and bath tap at the same time and all the hot water would go into the bath tap and the cold water would stay in the shower head. The water was also spraying out from where the shower head screws onto the pipe that goes into the wall which made the water pressure coming out of the shower head very poor. To turn the hot water off I had to use two hands and to turn it as hard as I could otherwise the water would constantly drip. Overall I was very unimpressed with this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I was charged a 200 deposit that takes 5 to 7 days to go back on my visa . I had to walk over a 2 ft snow bank to get to my room .The bathroom had mold on the outer wall . Breakfast was some muffins and doughnuts and cereal.

Bathroom was Pretty Dirty. Hairs on the wall some kind of Brown Guck on the shower shelf. Dirty Kleenex n napkins in the drawers. Dirty Microwave also was a Used Coffee Pod left in the machine.
Cleaning girl was Impatient to get to our Room n left her cart right outside the door a when told her How Dirty the room was she didn’t say Anything. Just shrugged her shoulders. Not a Very Polite or Professional Worker

This was my third stay in one month. First two were good. We liked the small upgrades that made the rooms feel more put together and modern. We stayed in two different rooms the first times with no issues aside from the fact that the internet barely works if your not close to the office (since they know this they shouldn’t be able to advertise there accommodations as having wifi)
On our third trip we stayed in room 26 and both beds were horrible. My husband and I tossed and turned all night. I myself became very sore and woke up like I had been beat with a stick in the ribs and back. Very disappointing.

Front desk clerk (Filipino girl) was excellent to deal with very professional & courteous.
Extremely disappointed in the condition & cleanliness of the hotel. What was displayed on the website did not even come close to what the room and decor were like. The website was a false misrepresented of what to expect and i would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. We found dead bugs on the floor, the coffee machine still had the previous customers coffee pod in the machine and you could tell the machine had not been cleaned for a while. The bathroom was bathtub was disgusting it was old stained and the caulking was a disgrace. The floor in the entire room was uneven, hollows and dips not to mention the leak and the mold underneath the AC unit. Would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy. Not good was to represent the Howard Johnson Chain.

My bed when I pulled back comforter had crumbs in thr bed the pic on here is nothing what the room looks like. It was like a jail cell. The seat on toilet was pretty much off it was absolute horrible. Do not stay here.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The property was conveniently located and close to shopping & restaurants. The room was a little worn down. The sheets did not fit the beds. The grout around the shower was coming off. The satellite tv kept disconnecting.

If you just need a place to sleep then it’s a good spot, however a little overpriced for the conditions.

At check-in when we showed up, we waited in the lobby for 10+ minutes while no staff was present. We tried calling the front desk and no answer. Finally a gentleman showed up and was wanting to take a copy of every person in our party’s ID, which I had never seen before at any hotel I have stayed at. The room was dirty. The floor had very clearly not been cleaned.

The lady who checked me in, Dik something, was amazing!! I forgot to book a pet friendly room, upon check in she upgraded me for no extra cost. She was helpful, respectful and understanding. The rooms are way nicer than I remember. Parking still stinks but it’s an older motel. AMAZING beds and comfortable. Will come back :)

Place not as described in the website. Very dated and holes in walls. 1 bed was not made and had to ask staff to finish making. Went to have breakfast at 0830 and doors locked. Called the number on the door and went to voicemail. I called 2 hours later and person who answered just said hi. I had to ask if this was the hotel. Front staff friendly though. Would not stay here again.

nitially, I was given a room where someone had parked their car, so they had to move me to another room to accommodate the parking. Upon entering the new room, I noticed that the electrical switchboard was broken, with some wires exposed. The bathtub, shower rod, and shower head were also damaged, and there was no Wi-Fi available. In the morning, the breakfast offered was only continental, consisting of fruit, muffins, and coffee, although their advertisement on Expedia promised a full breakfast, which I found misleading.

I was under the impression that Wyndham hotels/motels were very respectable places! Man was I in for a shocking surprise! This place was filthy! I wiped the ring in the tub with the bath mat and it turned black where it touched the filthy tub! The bathroom window was a single pane on one side with a dirty stick shoved in the corner diagonally which obviously served no purpose! I took pictures to put on fb to warn others! This is by far the dirtiest motel I have ever seen! Even the plugins were grimy and not what you would touch without gloves! The noice was unbearable, some guy sitting out by my door smoking and the smoke was coming in my room I had to shut the door every time I brought an item in the place! I am over the roof disgusted with this dirty place and a health inspector needs to look at this place and condemn it !!!

It is February and minus 25 but the heaters in the room were not working well. The room was cold and we were told the maintenance man was trying to fix them. Maybe they shouldn’t have rented the room out if the heat wasn’t working properly. I had to get blankets from my vehicle to stay warm. Will not stay again.

Lots of weird people in the area and the walls are paper thin. Being the long weekend probably contributed to the clientele.
If you are looking for a cheap place to rest when passing through it would do but lots of homeless and addicts in the area.

They offered a limited continental breakfast and nowhere to sit down and eat it. The bed skirt was ripped and coming off of the bed, the sheets were not white, the pillows were bunched up inside and cases not clean, the floor was not clean and there was something sticky spilled by the night stand that we needed to clean up. You could hear people talking outside and I woken up by door slamming. The door to the unit was coming apart on the door sill and the weather stripping was falling off of the frame on the side of the door. The room they showed on the advertising was not like that. It was false advertising. I would not recommend it to anyone and nor will we stay there again. My only good thing to say was the checkoiut staff was pleasant and it had easy access.

Most comfy beds I have slept on in a long time. Rooms were clean up on check in. But had to ask for towel and a broom after stay a couple of nights. Not a huge deal just kinda annoying after working all day. We really enjoyed our stay until the night before check out and we had some young people check in beside us. And they were super unsavory characters and loud. Didn't leave much room for sleep when you have to be up at 4am for work. But I would stay there again as the front desk staff was absolutely amazing.
