This was the worst place I have ever stayed in in Spain. The room was very below par with almost everything broken. The bed was uncomfortable you sunk right in. The bathroom was disgusting. This is nothing but a run down airbnb. There are much better accommodations in Seville I want to warn you STAY AWAYYY. Service was shady only one person was nice named Faundo who we met on the second day. Everything else was beyond terrible never again!

Cute and Cozy Guesthouse

We got there earlier and they we're so nice and attentive that they stood with our luggage until checkin time and put everything themselves in our room. It's a small cozy and cute guesthouse. Everything very clean and organized. It even has an elevator. They make you feel welcomed. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back or recommend.

Had a lovely City break at the Boutike Hostel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Facilities were good. Breakfast between 8.30am and 10.30am. Coffee and tea available all day. Also use of kitchen area. The roof terrace was lovely. Room was small and basic. Be aware that there is alot of noise from other rooms. This you will get used to. Right in the middle of the city so central for getting about on foot. Supermarkets close by aswell. A good base for exploring this beautiful city.

Have never stayed in a hostel as good as this one. More like a hotel. It was in a good location close to the City centre and had restaurants, bars and shops close by. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when asking advise about buses, places to eat etc. The free glass of beer on arrival was much appreciated. Our room was at the front of the hostel with two doors out a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and storage was great. The shower was powerful and always had hot water. Toiletries and hair drying provided. The breakfast was substantial with lots of choice. Thank you Mauro for making us fresh waffles every morning. It was great to have use of the kitchen to prepare food and drinks. There was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to help yourself to. An added bonus was use of the roof terrace. We used it every day to relax after a busy day walking around the city. We enjoyed our chats with Mauro. Would highly recommend this Boutike Hostel.

Great 1 night stay

Beautiful boutique style hostel/hotel down a back street. Very friendly staff on arrival and during our stay. We stayed for 1 night, we enjoyed a beer on the lovely rooftop before our evening out. Great location, about 10 min walk to food and drink places, 10 mins to the cathedral and about 25 mins walk away from the plaza. For nearest car parking I would recommend Escuelas Pías, this was also only about 5 mins away and very reasonable price for 24hr parking compared to some of the others (€20.50). Thank you!

Beautiful central hostel/hotel, amazing value

Really lovely hostel, it feels much more like a hotel. The location is perfect, right in the old town and only a 15 minute walk from most of the main sights. Staff are so friendly and keen to help, and you can leave your luggage there on your last day while you go out. Delicious buffet breakfast too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Pleasant stay near core touristic sites

Friendly staff welcomed us and we had nice services including good breakfast. The location is great, about 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Could be a bit noisy at night for rooms with windows on the street side due to central location but you can rectify by closing the windows and put air conditioning on.

The location was hard to find when we refered to route from Google map. There wasn’t any obvious landmark near the hotel to make finding it easier. However, once settled in, the location is great-near attractions and lively district with shops. The breakfast was quite nice. The Chef and cleaner lady were rather lukewarm in friendliness but both the Receptionists were nice. Especially the taller receptionist (I didn’t get her name). I had a rather challenging morning finding the hotel but her hearty laughter and warm friendliness helped to lift the looming dark clouds and brought sunshine into my day. She’s awesome; I am very thankful for her helpfulness and warmth. I would recommend others to stay.

Boutike HOTEL in the center of Seville

This hostel is actually a hotel. It’s very cute in an amazing area and puts on a good breakfast. They will store your luggage while you explore both before check-in and after check-out. We stayed in a private room on the top floor which was stair access only but very nice.

Quiet location, close to Cathedral & Alcazar

We took a taxi from the train station. Walking might be possible, but the lovely, winding streets could have been confusing.
Like most hotels in old cities, the exterior is non-descript. Then you cross the threshold and are met by a spacious lobby, gracious host and unique decor. We loved it.
The name 'hostel' might put off some, evoking images of backpacker dorms and loud partying. No so here! The comfortable lobby invites relaxing for reading or conversation, and continues back to the breakfast room and kitchen area. We were told to feel free to cook or use the refrigerator, though we seldom saw others doing so. Aside from that available feature, it's really more of hotel.
The rooms surround a bright central atrium, are clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable.
The walk to the cathedral (10 mins, max.) passes through streets with restaurants, shops, a lovely bakery, and a grocery store.
We spent two nights here. Next time, more!

We stayed at the Boutike for three nights in late September. It is a simple hotel with a pleasant lobby and breakfast area in a very handy location close to bars and cafes and only a few minutes walk from the main historic areas. We took standard rooms (without balcony) which were quite basic but comfortable and clean with comfortable beds and good showers with nice towels, Our rooms were quiet at night and we slept well and enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast offered in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. We are happy to recommend this hotel for comfort, cleanliness, friendliness, location and value for money.

Nice relaxing place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, more than happy to book a taxi to the airport for you, airport is about a 20 min drive. They will also store your luggage for you if your flight is after check out time so you don't have to lug it around with you. Nice light and airy room with comfortable bed, hot shower and low noise air con.They also serve a good buffet breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet location near to local restaurants, bars, bakeries and a great ice cream shop and also not too far from the main attractions. They also have a small roof terrace where you can chill out. If we ever come back to Seville we will more than likely stay here.

The Hostel Boutike in Sevilla was fantastic. The communication with the property was responsive and helpful and their front desk staff is accommodating. The Boutike Hostel is like a hotel and had updated amenities. The rooms were modern, except there was no table or suitcase rack to put luggage on and there was not a trashcan in the room. The bathroom only had a bath and hand towel - no face cloths and no bath mat for the shower.

Semana Santa

It was nutty (in a good way) during Semana Santa and Boutik was a lovely oasis of calm to return to each day. We even viewed one late night procession right from our balcony. It's a great location and the staff was very friendly. They even offer free beer from their beautiful ceramic tap. Breakfast was healthy and hearty. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, I had a nice bedroom with two large windows overlooking a balcony and the street where the Semana Santa festivities passed by. Otherwise it is a quiet small street, right in the centre. Nice breakfast and lovely staff!

Great location, good bed...needs some tlc

The hotel is located close to everything you would need to see - farthest point would be the Plaza d'Espagna which is roughly a 20 mins walk.
Our room was very small but clean, the bed very comfortable. It had an odd smell (sheep?) - couldn't identify the source. There are two closets in the hallway - unfortunately the doors would not stay closed and as the hall is very narrow and the bathroom door opens onto it as well, it created some frustration.
The biggest issue for me was the bathroom - probably for design purposes the wall tiles are covered by wallpaper - which is wet and peeling in places, and applied very poorly - makes the bathroom look more outdated than it actually is. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the bidet and toilet were leaking - so it was always very humid. However, as with the room - very clean, thanks to the lovely cleaning lady who came promptly every morning to make up the room.
The breakfast is generous and friendly. The kitchen area includes self serve tea and fruit at any time, and the reception staff was always very friendly.
We had a small balcony facing into the street.

Overall, I would recommend for budget conscious travellers due to great location, comfort of the bed, cleanliness and breakfast.

Conveniently located clean apartments in Sville

We were a group of 15, took 5 rooms. Excellent value for money but was crowded with 3 to a room, very little room to maneuver around suitcases etc (2 to a room would have been excellent). However that made it very affordable. Clean place, very very helpful pleasant staff, convenient check in, very close to restaurants and all the usual tourist sights and Plazas,. Kitchen well stocked and unlike most apartments, breakfast was included. No washing machines, but staff do the laundry at 5 euros per load
Only 1 issue- some of our apartments felt warm and Ac was central and could not be adjusted for individual aprtments (we asked). Upper rooms facing the inner courtyards, could open windows which helped. We could not do this in rooms facing the street as street and traffic noise was too loud. Fortunately weather was not too extreme so it was tolerable Ask for rooms facing the inner courtyard

Bookede dette hotel pga. de forskellige smukke tapet, og det levede total op til ens forventninger. Værelset var rummeligt, skøn balkon, sengen var blød med masser af behagelige puder, bruseren havde det perfekt vandtryk, der var masser af shampoo, air condition var nem at bruge, der var endda et indbygget tøjskab med bøjler og skuffer, samt morgenmaden var lækker og de pakkede endda en madpakke, da jeg skulle checke ud tidligere for at nå et tog. Personalet var imødekommende og venlig, og kan helt sikkert anbefale dette sted, da det er gåafsted til de gode seværdigheder.

Hotel muy pequeñito, pero coqueto y acogedor. Los recepcionistas excepcionales, amables y simpatiquisimos. Está genial, seguramente repetiremos pero creo que cogeremos 2 camas individuales, la cama grande para 2 adultos y 1 niño, se queda pequeña.

Dans l'ensemble le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Vu le prix payé pour une chambre avec balcon (environ 60e/nuit), il est difficile de se plaindre du logement. Quelques remarques qu'il faut quand même connaître : le déjeuner est de 8h30 à 10h30 (pas de déjeuner si vous partez tôt en visite), la chambre est très mal isolée (côté rue et côté \"couloir\").
Le déjeuner est en soit correct (pain, charcuterie, fromage, tomate, céréales, lait, jus d'orange,...). Je pense néanmoins que tout est +- industriel, il y a quelques pâtisseries peut être faites maison.
La terrasse est sympa mais seulement 2 transats, dommage que ceux-ci soient en plus occupés par les tenanciers....

Céntrico, tranquilo, limpio y a un paso de todo.

Hostal que parece un hotel. Es muy coqueto y es un detalle que incluya el desayuno y poder hacer café/té durante todo el día.
Personal amable y atento. La tv es increíble. Cama cómoda.
Quizá las paredes finas y ruido pronto del personal de limpieza que nos despertaron a las 8 (y comenté en el check-out)por lo demás muy bien y a un paso de todo, al lado de la plaza de la Alfalfa.

Das Personal ist super! Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und hat eine hübsche Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Unsere Zimmer waren eine Zumutung: unglaublich eng und klein und ungemütlich, nur eine Matratze und eine Decke für zwei Kolleginnen (nicht Verliebte!), neben dem Bett etwa 30 cm Platz (blau gefleckte Knie), ein einziger Stuhl... Gebucht waren zwei Einzelbetten! Vor Ort war nichts zu machen...

Die Nasszelle war noch enger, keine Zahngläser, keine Handtuchhalter (hätten auch gar nicht Platz gehabt), in der Dusche kleine Ameisen....

Kein Tageslicht im Zimmer, keine Sicht, keine Chance zu sehen, wie das Wetter ist...

Die Zimmer sind untereinander sehr \"ringhörig\", jedes Geräusch im Korridor ist hörbar als ob es im Zimmer wäre.

Ich glaube, wir waren in der allerletzten Notunterkunft, obwohl wir sicher ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht hatten...

Wir sind enttäuscht.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que j ai vu sur le site :.Petite , triste , état électrique très moyen et salle de bain fonctionnelle mais pas Clean ( joints gris et rouille sur certains éléments.)

O Hostel é uma graça; tudo novinho; tem elevador; café da manhã simples, mas atende à necessidade. O staff é muito atencioso. A Localização é excepcional; tudo feito a pé; muitos lugares para comer na região. Não parece hostel, mas sim um hotel que chega a ser melhor que vários **.
Os únicos senões são a pouca variedade de frutas no café e não terem cofre no quarto
No geral, é uma excelente opção para quem busca um relativo conforto associado a preços baixos.

Trata-se de um \"hostel boutique\" ou, em outros termos, de um hotel econômico. Recepção solícita e atenciosa. Boa localização. Sem estacionamento disponível na acomodação (há opção paga a curta distancia). Há bom café da manhã no estilo de autosserviço. Estive hospedado em duas oportunidades no intervalo de 3 dias. Na primeira oportunidade, o quarto era muito pequeno, sem espaço para acomodação das malas. Na segunda oportunidade, o quarto era maior, mas havia um desagradável odor vindo das tubulações do banheiro. Wi-fi não estava funcionando adequadamente no quarto, apenas na recepção. Em resumo, é uma razoável opção econômica, com as ressalvas apontadas.

Nice and Cosy hostel in Seville

Good location: with the most of the sight seeing spots are in walking distance. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is simple but good enough in quality and food choices. Kitchen facility is good.

O hotel está bem localizado, próximo a mercados, bares e restaurantes. Limpeza impecável, bom colchão, conforto térmico e bem cuidado. Pode utilizar a cozinha para fazer um lanche e o café da manha oferecido é bom. Preço justo pelo oferecido.

왕궁과 성당에 가까워 걸어다니기 좋았어요. 직원 분은 굉장히 친절했고, 아침 조식도 잘 되어있어서 잘 지냈어요. 다만 방이 너무 작고 어두운게 좀 불편했네요 ㅠ

Ruhiges und zentrales Stadt Hostel

Für 2 Nächte waren wir in dem kleinen und schönen boutike Hostel in sevilla.
Die zentrale und sehr saubere Unterkunft war für unser Vorhaben, viel von Sevilla zu Fuß zu erkunden, traumhaft.
Daher würden wir die Unterkunft immer wieder wählen und auch Freunden empfehlen.

Chic e Informale a 2 passi dal centro

Abbiamo prenotato questo ostello perché era centralissimo e sembrava un ambiente informale ma elegante. Non siamo rimasti delusi; ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per il personale super disponibile che ci ha accolto con una birra di benvenuto e aiutato nelle nostre richieste, sia per la camera molto carina e spaziosa con parquet e balcone.
Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la vicinanza al centro (10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale) e lo stile da hotel che niente ha a che vedere con i classici ostelli. Una chicca, oltre alla colazione inclusa, la possibilità di avere sempre a disposizione la saletta per tè caffè e tisane, la sera prima di andare a dormire era un must! Riassumendo: Davvero carino e ci si sente come a casa a 2 passi dal centro, sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta se tornerò a Siviglia!

Ostello molto carino, ottimo per giovane coppia

Ostello molto carino nella città vecchia, personale molto disponibile e gentile con buoni servizi. Bagno molto piccolo perchè ricavato dalla stanza ma sufficiente e con servizi indispensabili.
Letto comodo e grande per due persone.
Consigliato anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Esperienza meravigliosa, è andato tutto alla perfezione a seconda della prenotazione, l'albergo meglio di così non si poteva ottima posizione centrale, vicino tutto compreso fermata dell'autobus. I servizi in albergo sono stati numero uno è soprattutto il personale di una gentilezza unica e disponibile,, veramente non ho parole x descrivere quanto sono stata bene e le do un voto di 10+

Goed en centraal gelegen

Het Boutike Hostel is prima gelegen ten opzichte van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in Sevilla. Er zijn veel restaurants, bars en winkels in de buurt. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en goed geholpen tijdens ons verblijf.

De kamers waren redelijk schoon (wel stof onder de bedden), met balkons met uitzicht op de straat. De kamers zijn leuk ingericht, maar kunnen wat klein onderhoud gebruiken. De bedden sliepen goed en het ontbijt was ook prima.

Als je een niet te duur, maar toch centraal gelegen en goed verblijf zoekt in Sevilla, is dit een prima keuze.

Siviglia in posizione strategica

Un ottima sistemazione per visitare Siviglia in posizione strategica, situato nel quartiere Alfalfa è a pochissimi metri dal Metropol Parasol, dalla Casa de Pilato e a non più di 500 metri dalle vie centrali dello shopping, dalla Cattedrale e dalla Giralda. Hotel molto pulito,letto comodo e un enorme televisore a LED, gli unici difetti sono un pò di rumore dall'esterno per chi ha la camera che affaccia verso la strada e il bagno davvero un po troppo piccolo con la porta del bagno che cigola, ma ovviamente il rapporto qualità prezzo fanno assolutamente dimenticare queste cose soprattutto per chi decide di usare la stanza solo per ritirarsi la sera tardi. Il personale è davvero molto gentile e sempre a disposizione, una piacevole coccola è stata quella di averci custodito il bagaglio fino alla sera. Consigliato vivamente.

Struttura accogliente in zona centrale

Hostel in pieno centro adatta ad una clientela anche non giovanissima. Zona tranquilla, personale gentile e disponibile, bella terrazza sul tetto con vista campanile della cattedrale. Colazione buona per la categoria. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che al rientro della giornata si poteva usufruire gratuitamente bevande calde come il caffè espresso in capsule (normalmente tale servizio non è compreso).

Hôtel bien située dans Seville

L'hôtel est bien située par rapport à la station de train et au Centre ville touristique. La chambre est petite mais malgré qu'il n'y a pas de cuisinette , nous pouvons utiliser les commodités de l'hôtel soit le micro ondes et le frigidaire. Du café est disponible en tout temps. Je recommande.
