The building is a bit older, but they keep it well maintained. There was a newer tub and shower in the room. The room looked to have been recently painted. The only problem was you had to be sure to push the door shut hard to get it to shut completely. The pool is small but warm. The pool area was clean, and they had plants growing in windows.
Would stay here again.

I was afraid we had made a mistake when the side door key readers was broken and the door propped open, but inside was well taken care of. Newer clean carpets, paint, the bed was clean and comfortable, nice towels, quiet away from busy highways.

Room was adequately clean, but very run down. The bathroom door wouldn't shut tight and the main door to the room took 3 swipes of the key card to work after some clunking noises. The breakfast was okay. Probably wouldn't stay here again,

Overall we are very pleased with the one night stay in room 118. The only area for improvement is the breakfast offerings. There was no orange juice or any other juice available and there were only two cold cereals: frosted flakes and raising bran. Cheerios or a granola would be nice. They did have a waffle maker with batter that was good.
The inside of the hotel was fairly modern and well kept, but the exterior is weathered and needs a refresh.

A perfectly acceptable hotel, but FAR from the 8.2 or such rating we saw when booking. It's OLD and definitely in need of a renovation. The age was especially noticeable in the bathroom with bad joints, old caulk, large gaps around the tub and such.
Price was decent. Food fine. Pretty clean. Overall not bad - just not excellent in any way.

The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The property needs some updating. In-room microwave and refrigerator were old and not in good shape. There was mold on the fridge door gasket and it didn't close well. The microwave door is a different color than the rest of the unit (clearly not a design choice). There were two serious leaks from the ceiling in the pool area. Breakfast was standard. There was a waffle maker and that was the only hot choice. Two dry cereal options, bagels and some yogurt. It worked fine for us. All in all, I would stay there again since the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was decent, no complaints there... the last morning someone from the office comes around 10am knocking on the door saying \"room service\" then I open it to find this guy asking if we were staying or when we were checking out.... i had checked the website already to find the checkout was noon... and 1 pm if you were a certain level of member (which I am)... told him i wasn't sure because of the snow storm that blew in the evening b4... but we had till noon to decide if we were going to see if we could get the room another night... 2 minutes later the phone rings and same huy asking if we were sta longer or leaving. I asked why the internet said noon, and he was knocking on the door at 10am.. he said \"it was so the cleaning person wouldn't come knocking on the door to bother us.\" Which is what he already did.... we decided then that we were going to just go home. We let him know and checked out by 11am

I did ok here except for breakfast. There was a couple I didn't know, that came in for breakfast. They had trouble with the waffle maker (which wasn't too good), and a large, older front desk Staff found out they did not have a room there, and he asked them to leave.

First it was upsetting. But then. This staff person turned on me, and I was a paying guest. He upset me and embarrassed me greatly.

Everything else went ok but that experience at breakfast was awful.

The next morning the wind was so terrible, it blew my luggage cart almost to the street.

I did appreciate that two staff members came running to help me, because I also had an injured back, chasing the luggage cart.

There was some good, some bad.
