There was an odor in the hallway and room. We had only two sets of towels for three people and were missing two lightbulbs. All around the tub was a gray color that reminded us of mold. Breakfast was very sparse. They ran out of sausage and biscuits. Each bed had three rather small pillows. We won’t be staying here again.

Room was clean and for once, with a wall A/C unit in the room, it did not smell super musty/mildew. Hopefully that means they are cleaning the A/C filters regularly.

Breakfast was quite nice, but drink options were lacking. Coffee or milk is all I saw.

Stayed at the end of May a week after Memorial Day, and the outdoor pool wasn't open.

Hopefully they fix their fire code violation of having luggage carts block the fire extinguisher cabinet in the lobby.

It was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Gave us a room with 1 bed for 3 adults and then switched us room and we had no water. We were told it would only be shut off for 10 minutes and it was turned off for most of the evening. They never advertised or told us there was no water. My friend had water but no hot water. Breakfast was horrible too. I would not recommend that place to my worst enemy

The parking lot, was filled with old mattresses and furniture. The garbage bins were overflowing. The hallways were not vacuumed and littered with food and crumbs. The plaster was coming off the wall in the bathroom. Overall this hotel was not a pleasant place to stay even for one night.

This property is terribly inconvenient for guests. It isn't ADA-compliant. It has no elevator. One short hallway on the first floor is the only area that doesn't have stairs. It's a split-level, five steps to the second floor, five steps to the lower level, a 13-stair flight to the second floor. The sidewalk from the parking lot curves around the building, then rises to the front door that isn't automatic. This property is a holdover from the '60s.
Room: We got a new king-size bed but the guys putting the beds together were still working in the rooms near us for three hours after we checked in.
Breakfast: Good selection with eggs, sausage, biscuits. Nice, but the hot food was cold.

Arrived to an extremely cold room. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for the room to warm up a comfortable level. The floors,walls and tub where dirty. Breakfast day old coffee and spoiled milk. Wyndham needs to look into the condition of this hotel.

Room was horrendous, dirty floors, mold on bed skirt and in shower. Sink could not be turned off, water running constantly. Bed sheets are not that great and bed not that comfortable. Everytime you walk in it smelled like curry. Will need stay there again

Very quiet. The kids loved the waffles and muffins. I would have liked a healthier breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping didn’t enter our room for the 4 days of our stay. We took out our own trash, made our beds, and had to go looking for clean towels. The outside pool was closed even though the temperatures were in the high 80s and 90s.

We had a terrible experience! Remote didnt work ,signed up on line and confirmed but had no record of it. Table lamps flickered when on. No glasses to get a drink. No tub safety strips, husband fell taking a shower. Pillows over stuffed so neck set too high. Door didnt close unless you pulled hard and then to get out I had to yank on it. Outside door didnt work prop open to get in cards ididnt let you in

First there was a child in the room above us and they were so loud we had to complain because we could not sleep. Management said they warned them twice. Finally, t did stop. The bathroom was so dirty especially around the toilet and the floor, in fact all the floors were so dirty that our feet and socks were black after just walking across the room. But the worst, was the fact that the a/c was not functioning properly and they did not fix it. They merely gave us a fan. I know all places are not the same, but this has put a bad memory to ever want to stay at another Super 8. We asked to at least have a comp for one of our night stays but they said they could not do that. They could only comp us for a additional night stay but we had to get back to our jobs. I would appreciate a full refund of my stay which was $268.60. Thank you for your consideration.

We were not able to stay at this property. It was very unsafe. We didn’t arrive until after 1:30am because we are doing a cross country move. There were many people using drugs and intoxicated on the outside and lobby of the hotel. We were approached by some people in an intimidating manner and we went into the room, it was filthy and people were outside the windows. We left without staying here. Do not stay at this hotel!!

When we arrived, we were put on the 3rd floor, but this Super 8 does not have an elevator. So, I had to walk my suitcase, as well as my 79 year old father's bag, up three flights of stairs.
We were put next to two rooms under construction. They were very quiet, but there was still a cloud of dust in the hallway.
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly!
The comforters on the beds looked like they were leftovers from the 70's.
Lastly, when I was using the shower, I noticed that someone's shower sponge as still hanging from the curtain. Not sure how long it had been there.

This hotel was right on our route. It has a good restaurant across the street, which we had breakfast at. It was very quiet. It is on a hillside, however, and not the best if you're handicapped. You cannot pull up to front entrance. Rather, you park and walk up a ramp.

If you are planning on staying with a pet please be warned that the smell of the pet room in the basement smells like something rotten and the smell NEVER leaves.A/C don’t blow cold air and the WiFi was horrible Charging $25 extra for that room was a joke! Floor boards lifting up so that’s where the smell is coming from.Sitting on the toilet is also a challenge-you have to sit sideways cause the toilet to close to the door.Please avoid you been warned!

Check in was friendly. The room had mold in the bathroom, air conditioning had dirt, debris in it and possibly mold it looked like. The one bed had bed bugs. The bathroom had mold and the vent was full dust and dirt. Sounded like there was a herd of elephants running around and jumping all night on the top floor.

The overhead light didn't work. We arrived at 8 pm so the room was dark. We felt our way into the room and found a lamp.There was no landscaping. The desk clerk was unfamiliar with the area and couldn't give us directions to the location when we called.He was difficult to understand because of his accent as well.The breakfast menu was minimal. Waffles, cold cereal, one flavor muffins, and the fruit was canned and not cooled. The paper plates were the thinnest and cheapest and very unstable. The establishment was clean and the location was good. We only needed directions because we failed to get them before we left home and didn't have the capability on our phones to get them. The clerk on duty in the morning was polite and helpful. So it was not a bad experience, just a bit disappointing.

This was our 2nd year staying at this location. It is a clean, safe friendly place to lay our heads. We dont go on vacation to stay at fancy hotels, so this suits our needs. Staff is friendly, and attentive. There was a tornado warning while we were there, and they went door to door making sure we all got to safety in the basement hall.
