For the price it doesn’t get much better. Rooms are clean and the front desk guy will truly brighten your day. The outside, is dated. The layout of the hotel is odd, and there is this massive indoor pool that connects each wing of the hotel. I bet in the 70s this place was awesome lol. The new owners have updated most of the hotel. It seems like the upper levels are not utilized. That made no difference to me. Its clean. My ac unit worked it is dated though. And the shower could be newer but no mold, and no deal breakers. Overall, clean, fair priced, and awesome guy at the front.

The place looks like it's literally falling apart. Pool was freezing. Pool table was broken. Buckets for catching water were everywhere. The rooms themselves weren't terrible but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was an awful smell throughout the building.

Our room wasn’t even clean there was crumbs on the bed when we walked into our room at 1030 at night after checking in . The toilet paper wasn’t even changed bedding was stained so you could tell the room wasn’t even cleaned when we go back I will never stay here again I’m so disappointed and I love Baymonts I have another trip in April and I’m staying in a baymount then and I’m thinking of canceling that hotel due to this stay

Bed bugs!! I chose this location due to the middle price range for the area and proximity to caves. I checked in with my son and the front desk stated my room and how to get there when a male stranger was behind me. The number is on the card sleeve and should be private for protection. The facilities were unclean, but I thought we could try to still enjoy ourselves. Woke up to bites and a bed bug by my face. I told the front desk and he tried getting me to change rooms. They KNOW that they are booking guests in a hotel with bed bugs. We lost a lot of sleep while trying to get out and find another hotel. It was very unsettling and we are worried that we may have them on our luggage or persons. Found another hotel, bagged up all of our clothes we had on and took hot showers. The second hotel asked us what hotel we had been out and they said Baymont is infested with bed bugs and they usually don’t let people stay after they have been at Baymont. Baymont KNOWS they have this problem! They should be shut down.

Room - Upon arrival the heat had been turned off. It took a couple of hours to heat the room up.
It had recently been painted and you could still smell the fumes.
The cold water handle in the tub/shower just spun. You could not get any water out. Therefore, no morning shower.
Staff- Upon checkout I told them about the cold water issue and they just said they would have maintenance check on it. No apology, no attempt at a refund - that was the total conversation.

The bathroom was filthy and tub had stains that we couldn’t get out. Showered was cracked on the side of the tub bed. And it was sticky stuff on the floor by the headboard. It was stuck to the floor and brown. Pool was filthy. It had dirt all around it.

The room was in okay condition. The building itself is ancient, probably 1960s-ish. Stay here because you need a decent night's sleep, not because it's glamorous. Even so, this lies right at the intersection of busy roads with 24/7 truck traffic, so don't expect this to be the quietest place you've ever stayed.

The room was a mixture of either pretty new and redone (flooring, bathroom mirror), or extremely old and dated (furniture, fixtures, door/lock). Two of the three lamps didn't work. It was relatively clean though.

Beds was too hard for our taste but everyone is different.
A couple of suggestions, replace pillows with softer. Pillows on beds were kinda flat.
A soft comforter would have been idea.
In all, we were happy with price and this hotel.

The room was clean and very spacious bathroom. Fridge, microwave and good lighting. Furniture was dated and bathroom tub & sink need plugs. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Pool was excellent!

A beautiful old world vibe of a bygone era to this hotel with the indoor palm trees and a large indoor pool in the center of the building with plenty of space. Room was clean cool and quiet. Raj is a genuinely pleasant Manager and his staff are kind and friendly. Breakfast and morning coffee was great.

We checked in online and still had to wait for the desk manager to get my key. Room was a mess. Beds not made. Had to wait again for the desk manager to get another room. The bathroom was nice except shampoo bottle was empty and had to use a bar of soap to wash my hair. Breakfast was good.

This was our second stay. This time we brought our kids. The room was amazing clean and fresh. The breakfast was great. Now the bad swimming pool had flys chunks of hair floating in it. A couple of long term guests came to the pool while we was in it a women decided it was ok to split a glob of spit at her boyfriend and it landed in the pool. We had to call the front desk because the room next to us was fighting and you could hear all the way down the hall.

Shower head low, water knob broken, no network stations on tv, bathroom door warped wouldnt close properly, stairs to 2nd floor blocked off & window on 2nd floor broken out. best pool!!

Traveled with 3 children ages 5-12. Have not seen a pool set up like this before, it was great!! Our room had 3 beds and very spacious. It was undergoing construction but that didnt bother us. It was a motel upgrading to a hotel so had both interior and exterior doors. Normally we would not have choosen this but it actually made it very convenient and we felt safe. Very friendly host and good breakfast. Go for the pool; no hot tub at this time.

It's an older building and they are updating, there's still a ways to go. 2 night stay. Doors in our room stuck. No in-room or 24 hour coffee. Went to gas station to get some. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly but it is a large building so they were all over the place. Went to front desk to get towels as we only had 3 in our room and there were 5 of us. They said they'd bring some, waited then called down and they said they were on their way. Asked again the next morning and finally got some so we could shower.

It was horrible, took almostc2 hrs to check in to a halfway decent room, the 1st room was full of flies, tv didnt work air didnt work, cloudy window you couldnt see out i of it and a moldy smell, 2nd room dirty, bed hard as a rock no cold water in showe, tv.would go.in and out, dog barking all night, breakfast was nasty, old fruit abd bread water gravy. Shady characters live in hotel placed there from homeless program.... Hotel is run down and should not be open for business. At check out several.guests complaining about the same things, one didnt even have electricity. I will be contacting the state and local agencies to investigate this eat hole... My husband was approaching in parking lot and she asked if he wanted company, just disgusting, i would say human trafficking just might be going on there ... i want a full refund

Do NOT stay here. Horrible experience.

Do NOT go there! Literally was there 45 minutes and decided we were not going to stay there. The pool was not in swimmable. Even when they said it was. The water was under skimmer level. What looked like paint cans and folger tubs on the railing on second level that could easily fall on someone or a kid at that. Anytime you needed front you had to pick up a phone to call them to front and wait a while before someone came in. Building is falling apart and rust all down the side. When we pulled up it 1. Look nothing like what the pictures showed on the page, basically it look like that 20+ years ago and didn’t keep it up. 2. Looked deserted. Mutiple things where messed up, to me it seem like that would just throw a big bandaid on it and called it fixed. No ice machine. Just a huge wire sticking out of main walkway. The room had bugs crawling around it in. Bedsheets smelt clean but had black and brown stains all over it. Our fire alarm was half falling out of our wall. And didn’t look like a typical fire alarm to me. Looked like it was messed with and replaced with foreign objects. Outside the room there was multiple people, that looked homeless, sitting just outside the window. My 4 year old spotted pill(s)outside our door that led to the parking lot. Did NOT feel safe with out children there. Save your money and find something else. We do not know anything else that could be long we only stayed 45 minutes to an hour there and found WAY to many red flags. We didn’t get a refund

The owners were amazing and extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and the pool was relaxing. We got 4 rooms with a total of 9 people and everyone was happy with their stay.

This is actually a baymont and a Howard Johnson in one building with more than half of the building blocked off because it’s unusable the pool area smells like a dirty toilet the rooms are not much better with dirty and stained and actually marker drawing on the bedding

We had a late check in...11:00 PM...we checked in easily. Opened our room to find an unmade bed. Was given another room that was at least \"clean\". Inside door was not secured so instantly felt unsafe. Laminate floors were dirty and couldn't walk without shoes if I wanted to keep my feet clean. Bed was so uncomfortable and I can usually tolerate a firmer mattress. Went to call our friends on the hotel phone and there were no cords on the phone at all. After I left a negative review online, the owner emailed me direct. They proceeded to notify us that the reason the bed was uncomfortable was because there was a medical emergency on that bed and they replaced the mattress to keep the public safe. I'm sorry but I was instantly sick to my stomach...say what?? Don't understand the good reviews here....we were tricked into thinking this would be a good place to sleep for the night. Will not recommend this place and, in fact, Wyndham should pull their name from this facility as it makes them look bad. Save your money and stay any where else!

Not for us !

It started when we just pulled in there. We noticed that there was soffit parts hanging off the building and unpainted parts of building and Rusty parts on the building. In the front entryway of, the outside , The carpet was slightly tattered and had all kinds of pollen pieces stuck to it. It looked very tacky. On entering the front desk. It was simple but look clean and the gentleman at the front desk was polite. He asked to see a room and we got there. There was plank flooring in there which had missing parts to it and some warped places in it. briefly looked at the mattress, didn’t see any bugs , however, after looking closer to it after we had checked in, there was yellow stains on my side of the mattress and dark marks, and all my husband side of the bed that was several black and dark marks, possibly dirt on his side of the mattress, bottom line the mattress is very old.All around the pool looked very dated and so old that the paint did not look clean. This is a motel and not a hotel and there was no shears on the current windows just only the curtain so you have full access to a busy parking lot right next to a gas station with people coming in and out of.. so privacy was very lacking , and it was very noisy. I would not recommend this to anyone, even if they’re looking for a budget stay.
