Front desk staff was polite but not very welcoming. Unfortunately, the room and building were absolutely disgusting—there were stains on the sheets and what appeared to be vomit on the wall. It was very off-putting, and we were relieved it was only a short stay. Breakfast was also disappointing, with stale cereal and very limited options. We left as quickly as we could.

Staff was nice but just didn't care to do anything when we had a issue. Air conditioner was leaking in the room all night and had a puddle in the room. A/C wouldn't stop kicking on and off every two mins and 30 secs. Asked for a different room and of course they didn't have any.

Hard to sleep with dripping water and a compressor kicking on and off constantly.

The lovely woman, Priscilla, at the front desk was more than willing to help me. But the doors to my rooms have broken locks, as well as the doors outside the rooms that are supposed to limit strangers from entering. The floor is sticky with previous animal urine. The property is clean enough but showing its age a bit. The shower curtain is on a bowed shower rod that droops and the curtain slides making it hard not to drip onto the floor.
The room has a bit of musty hotel smell. The room was clean and the service was good. It’s not a 4 star hotel but for the price it’s value for the money.

Where to start. Went to check in and had to use the mother of the son’s personal phone to check in. While on the phone could hear him mumbling and breathing after that got our room key. Get into the room and it has a musty smell, bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The room felt humid even though the AC was on. Went to the breakfast and the bread container had flies in it so that was a no go. The orange juice was brown and not orange. Not the best place but far from the worst I have stayed at.

Dirty bathtub mat, noisy - up and down halls throughout the night, heavy footsteps above, slamming drawers above. Sad to have to pay for a room when you only get a couple hours sleep due to noise. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

I would not stay again. It was a disappointing experience. Our first room had a horrible smell; thankfully they had another one free. The property is very worn and in need of renovation. One reason I booked was the breakfast; however, what little food they had was inedible. Tried the coffee, poured it out, tried the OJ, poured it out. Made a waffle, tossed it. I checked out and went to find food.

Although the hotel room is very outdated with worn carpet, holes in the wall, cracked tile, etc., the biggest issue I had was the odor. It reminded me of when hotels used strong room deodorizer to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. I did not open my suitcase because I was concerned my clothes might pick up the smell. There were crumbs on the carpet around the trash can. I used the phone to call the front desk. When I picked up the receiver it was obvious the phone has not been cleaned for a verrrrry long time. I read recent reviews before booking this hotel. I am very disappointed and would not recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. The handicap accessible bathroom was much appreciated. One problem was no available USB charge ports. A simple remedy might be plug-in add-on with additional outlets and the needed USB ports.

The bathroom vent fan in room 117 needs repair or replacement, it is very noisy.

Interaction with some of the staff was difficult due to lack of english language skills.

Clean, Clean, Clean and very Comfortable! Ugly carpet although carpet was very clean so it doesn’t matter. Breakfast was fine cereal, Fruit, Toast, Juice and waffles. Steps to get up to the 2nd floor is a drawback if you’re older and not that mobile. Although the steps had very clean carpeting. So I would recommend this hotel!! 👍

The room was good, and the jaccussi worked so I was able to relax for a while as I intended. But there are a few things that were not up to par, 1 there was no smoke alarm in my room, only wired hanging from the ceiling where it should have been. The walls were patched but not painted. There was no transition on the floor from the bathroom tile to the carpet. But what stood out most was when I went to breakfast at 9:01 ( I know I arrived 1 minute after it officially closed and there may not be much left) I went to get a waffle, and there was about 1/4 cup left in the machine, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that it was empty and instead of saying \"I'm sorry we ran out\" they instead said \"breakfast ended at 9, we took ot out\" they were both behind the counter since I had walked up and were in the middle of both computer work and paper work, there was no one cleaning up the breakfast supplies. Them lieing to me as an excuse was not a proper way to end my stay.

We stayed on the weekend of Diwali (the beginning of the Hindu fiscal year), so we understood the hotel was short staffed due to the celebration. On our 3rd attempt at a clean room, we got one. The woman working at check in was very kind. Later that evening when we returned, our TV didn't work. Another lady at the front desk came up and called the owner who walked her through fixing it. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The next morning my biggest issue was there are no coffee makers in the rooms. To me, that is a 'no stay' policy. I do not want to wander down to a common area to get my coffee fix while I'm still half asleep. Somehow, I overlooked that, my fault. As we were packed up and getting ready to leave the next day, we noticed what looked like pee stains on the side of my bed sheet. I reported this to the front desk and showed a pic to the girl working. She asked me where it was on the bed and sent someone to see. I am not sure she believed me. No apology or compensation was offered. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but several things added up here to make me choose elsewhere next time.

First room assigned the door would not lock. Then second room they put us in the Room was filthy, mattresses were stained. Room smelled like smoke, however was marked as non smoking. Shower ceiling had water stains, repairs that had not been properly painted so sheet rock was peeling away from ceiling, Sheetrock also missing, floor was dirty. Reported to front desk they told us they would not refund us anything. So we had to stay.

Upon arrival the reception desk person was very helpful. However each night after that was not as helpful. There were two of us. The first night we had 2 of the bath towels and hand towels and wash cloths. Every night after that we had to ask for the second bath towel, wash cloths and hand towels even though it was clear we used all of it each night. Tissue box was not filled when empty. Plastic cups were not replenished. Ice bucket plastic was not replaced.

We use this hotel whenever the power goes out at our house. The rooms are clean, spacious, and affordable. Breakfast isn’t great and there isn’t any coffee in the room, but overall this is our go-to. You can tell the owners care about the property, which is a rare find these days.

Traveled almost 9 hours and got to this hotel, she asked if I had a service animal, I told her I have a support animal, she then asked for my papers and I told her no that it is my privacy of why I need my support animal, she was very rude at first but then she got better, the bathroom floor was dirty with stuff and hair, there was old food in the fridge, but every thing else was okay except they need new towels and pillows for comfort. The continental Breakfast was a joke literally a few pieces of bread and cereal, so skipped the breakfast. I was not too thrilled with this Hotel. By law they can not ask for paper work as it contains private hepa info.

Just decent enough to stay

You get what you pay for. A budget motel thats just good enough to stay. No bugs, hair clinging all over the bathroom walls, dust on the nightstand. So clearly the rooms arent being cleaned as often as they should. Exposed carpet tack strips that would poke you walking into the bathroom. The worse breakfast ive ever had. The waffle maker would only make over easy waffles. Crispy on the outside and runny in the middle. Overall it was just enough to keep me there but i wouldnt ever stay there again.
