I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim.

The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet.

The breakfast was adequate. Overall, the hotel was very run down. The hot tub should have just been renamed tub. I’ve stood on warmer rainstorms. The only saving grace was we got a room with a jetted tub.

Breakfast looked rough, no plates, no utensils, etc. the door ways and set up was a bit rough. Pretty basic, all around. Room was decently clean however there was an old used soap bar molded to the counter that was just left there when we got our room. Bathroom is pretty cramped when trying to shut the door, but overall was okay. Beds were nice, firm, but fine. I was not notified of the required deposit in addition to the stay until arrival and informed after the fact it wouldn’t be reimbursed for an additional 5-7 days. Seemed shady about the communication piece of the reservation process. I do not think this room or stay was worth the $160 MAYBE half that. I will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. I paid 260dls for king bed and when we arrived we were very disappointed. The whole place was awful, the room smell terrible the sheets were dirty the blankets have stained on it etc etc. the only reason we end up there was that the Expedia recommended.

Our stay was good. We were only there for one night. The breakfast was okay but would have preferred a couple more options and the coffee machine was broken. When my son went to take a shower the water would only come half out of the shower head, not fully. When we went to notify the staff at the desk I'm not sure if he didn't understand what I was telling him or he just didn't care so the rest of our family were unable to take showers while we were there. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the TV had tons of channels.

Pool and hot tub out of service due to public health concerns ordered by public health. Hot breakfast wasn’t ready at 6:45am on a weekday. Juice machine was not on or working at 6:45 am. so only could have waffles water yogurt or bread/bagels but butter was frozen. Walls are super thin, was woken up by the person in the next room cause there alarm went off at 4:20, 5:20,5:30 and 5:35 am so this hotel I would not recommend

The room was filthy. There was mold and mildew around the toilet floors and the was open electrical wiring in the bathroom.

Our room wasn’t cleaned and we were not provided new towels.

There were bugs in the room. They did not advertise that the pool was closed and under construction. They emailed me at check i to tel me that.

Our comforter had stains on them. The bathtub had rust

Upon arrival no staff were available. Whenever staff were needed we could not find them.

When i did requested a receipt upon checkout, they refunded to give me one.

Not as shown in pictures on the website. Thought we were paying for a room with a tub because it’s in the pictures. We did not get a room with a tub. The pool was shut down by the health department wasn’t made aware of this till we passed by the pool. Water stains and looked like mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Humidity levels so high everything felt wet your feet would slide with or without shoes on the bathroom floor just standing there. The air didn’t work well so was hot all night. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Did not eat breakfast was unsure of the breakfast since health department shut the pool down. Plastic bag over smoke detector.

I get there and the room smelled really musty and old. I had asked for an air freshener or something for in there and was not able to get anything other than a cleaning spray. The floor inside of the bathroom and the rest of the room was super slippery and I had almost fallen a couple of times because of it. With paying $162 for a room I was hoping that those things would have been taken care of and I was not happy that I basically wasted that much money because of it. I honestly don't think I will come back unless something is different in the future. I do come out there for work at least twice a month and was looking for a place that would be able to accommodate but I am unsure now.

Walking into our room felt like walking into an indoor pool due to humidity/water saturation in the air. The air conditioner was working, but the air was so humid that every surface in the room had a sheen to it and felt wet. My wife and I had to be very careful even walking around to not slip. Even the notepad and paper in the room were curled due to the humidity. Although the staff was nice and common areas near and clean, the room conditions led to a very uncomfortable night.

TOTAL OPPOSITE OF “QUALITY” INN!!

Unexpectedly dirty! Smells of urine and mold. Mold growing in bathroom. We didn’t even want to use the shower. Floors were so dirty adults wore shoes and socks- now stained black! Kids were confined to beds because it was too dirty and gross to let them walk or play in the floors.

We checked in around 9/9:30 after 9 hours on the road with two little kids, too late and too tired to look for different accommodation. We checked out first thing next morning.

Asked the staff to change the channel at breakfast because I am not a fan of Joel Olsteen and his mega \"church\". The staff member was put off, but changed the channel. She then proceeded to blast religion from her phone loud enough it drowned out the TV.

The pool construction made the hotel look dirty. The elevator was sketchy and our first room smelled terrible. We ask for another room and that room didn't smell as bad but the sheets, pillows, and lamps were visibly dirty. The bathroom floor was greasy. I can't even believe this hotel is even open!

Our room had the odor of a wet dog. Floors were damp both days. Room keys didnt work and when we asked them to fix it, we were questioned like we were lying about it. Made us feel unwelcome. Pool was closed by the health department, drink dispenser was broken. Just an overall not great experience.

If it was possible to give this property negative stars I would. We checked in fairly late. The overnight clerk was very rude because we did not want to use the card on file. We wanted to use a different one and he acted as if it were an inconvenience. We were told we could not change rooms because they did not have the room type that we rented available and the room that we got in was literally dripping wet with humidity. The bedspread, the sheet, the mattress protector the towels everything in the room was drenched. Our clothes were drenched by morning because of the humidity in the room the window would not close right the air conditioner could not keep up. It smelled horrible like dirty feet, fritos, and mold. When we went to check out a day early because we refuse to stay in those conditions another day they charged us more. I higher rate because they said we did not honor our two day reservation. Do not stay at this property run far away. The best thing that could happen would be if it burned down.

They did not let us stay Because in the website didn’t show any deposits on arrival and because we told them that they did not put that deposit in the information. They didn’t want us to stay. My mom as a disabled woman had to sleep in the car. I would like a refund inmidietly to the card. Right now she is in the hospital cause she got a small stroke. All this has her in bad condition. If don’t receive the money back inmidietly I will be filing out for a lawsuit.

The second evening we were staying we heard a loud noise in the bathroom. Upon investigation, we found that the upstairs toilet leaked through the ceiling and dumped urine and human waist into our bathroom. Luckily we weren’t in there. They switched our room but still charged us the rate For the room with the Jacuzzi even though we were put into a smaller room. Talk to the management and they did not care about our concern.

The room was not as advertised and had multiple problems. I booked a room with a king bed, but the bed was definitely not that large (it even seemed smaller than a standard queen). The front desk said it has to do with that being an ADA accessible room, but it also does not meet ADA standards since the bed was very high off the ground and hard to get in. Plus, the AC system barely worked and the mini fridge was not cold. When I tried to shower the hot water went out after 2 minutes. Overall I was very disappointed.

Very average experience.

This hotel was extremely average. We got in late, and left early. The pool was drained and not operable, which may have been an issue if we were wanting to do that. The breakfast was extremely bare and not restocked, but they did have a waffle maker which is nice. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was not extremely clean, but not filthy either. Very average experience. Served its purpose, but wouldn’t give it praises.

Was initially excited to book here because of location and pool along with a Jacuzzi Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool wasn’t able to be used due to a state inspection that needed to be done. This to us was very deceiving and we end up leaving the hotel. Staff was rude about. It told us that we could just check out and we just didn’t feel welcome. The bathroom in the hotel was despicable, not as clean as we would have liked especially traveling with children. Wish they would have better management, especially especially during evening hours I will say to the young lady who helped us that morning check out. Thank you. You were a blessing in disguise to that place I hope you get out soon.

Old carpet coming up, broken hair dryer which they couldn’t replace, so had to walk down to a house keeper’s room to use her dryer. Then when I got our food out of the fridge this morning nothing was cold, so our food was spoiled! I even turned the temperature up last night when I put the food inside. The pool & hot tub were shut down by the health department. There was nasty black stuff on the floor right next to the tub. Sheets had bright red makeup looking stains all over. Doors were slamming all night long into the morning causing not only noise but the entire bed to vibrate you awake. The ice machine didn’t work and there was nowhere to get water as there wasn’t even a water fountain and they kept the water bottles locked up except during breakfast. We ended up figuring out that the water handle in the shower was installed backwards (hot water is cold/cold water is hot) but from the other reviews it looks like the hotel didn’t even know that because those people had to shower at a gym as they couldn’t offer a better solution for them. Wish we could get our $130 back

Paid extra for a room with a hot tub, the cold water did NOT work. Could not use hot tub at all. I had to let the water run for about 45 minutes for the cold water in the shower to work. When I brought this to lobby employee, he insisted it was something I did, when all I would have liked was a sincere apology.

It’s not exactly a family friendly hotel for those that have much younger children, our reservation was messed up upon showing up after the earliest check in time. We got the wrong room, and the floors were sticky in the room. Initially the tv wasn’t working but to find out it was unplugged just shows it was a room that was never used. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned recently in the room we had either.
