Well it all started with checking in. My boyfriend was be sarcastic when the man asked if we had pets and he said yeah my girlfriend. He literally gave back his id and credit card and said no pets. He said i was kidding around. Well then the man proceeded with all attitude. Then to get to our room and it was just dirty and a lot of thungs broke and stuff that needed to be updated. The smoke alarm non stop beeped. The most annoying thing ever. Well then all you heard all night long for hours was someone opening and shutting their door. At 230 3am I finally called the front desk about it. The lady says i see no one in the hall. Well it wasn't like they were going in and out it was more like they were trying to make us mad and doing it purposely. Well it finally stops at like 4am. Finally get to go to sleep. The hotel phone rings and its the front desk mad cause we unplugged the smoke detector and was going to charge us 150. Well my boyfriend said im sorry all I did was disconnect it so i will reconnect it now I'm sorry about that. So he plugs it all back in and guess what no more sleep for me cause i can't sleep with that beeping like it was. We stay here like every weekend and they have raised their prices and the place has went to crap. I have pictures im going to attach so you can see some of how this room was. I think we deserve a night on you guy's for everything.

I had to pass numerous tweakers on the way to this sight. The pictures provided are NOT of this hotel. When I checked in, I was instructed to go downstairs.... to room 313. I never even went in the room.
After I got dinner, I started looking at reviews of the hotel that were not on expedia.... and discovered it had a 1.6 star review. The FIRST comment I read was about room 313.... How the air conditioner filter was nasty, the bedding wasn't changed and the overall nastiness of the place. It's not safe for women. Don't go there.

The rented me a room late at night only to be awaken by a bite by the biggest bed bug ever seen. i immediately packed up andstopped by the office on the way out. thedesk clerk says no but i handed the bug to her and she immediately threw it in trash. i informed her i had a photo.she insisted on another room and i declined. she says she will refund the money to expedia.after multipal attempts and many run around conversations still nothing i drove around several hours that night in search of a room missed work and had to wash all my cloths and they think this is okay. discusting situation.

There were bugs in the room. I knew they were harmless beetles, but still gross. The chair was heavily stained, and the walls had stains as well. Someone knocked on my door in the morning. If it was supposed to be a courtesy, it woke me up before my alarm. I also had to log into the wifi three times in one day.

I'm a regular customer at this hotel and i really do not like whoever has been running it. The man is not very nice and or talkative. I dont think the check in process should take as long as it does now either. I swear he scanned and typed my driver's license in the tablet thing multiple times and tkok multiple pictures of it. I literally was jjst here last weekend and went through this. Thks time he didnt asl me for my card like be did last time. I paid the same way and booked the same way through hotels.com. i just dont understand why he needs it 1 time and another time he don't. I will be looking for other motels and hotels to stay around here. Also the man needs to learn more English and speak more clear and if he can't there needs to be someone else who can. His foreign accent is horrible.

So I have stayed at this place multiple times like at least once a month sometimes twice a month. I have never had any issues before. So I always make reservations online and its just an easy process normally. Well I go to check in last night and tell the man that I have a reservation and he didnt even let me finish talking he says something and i could barely understand him cause he had that strong foreign accent and then he puts his hands like in a square and id. So I give him my id. He looks at it and takes forever with it. Like scaned it 100 times and kept looking at his screen and whatever. He
then asks me for my credit card. I asked why cause I paid everything online and I have not had to do that before. He gets really weird so i give it to him and write stuff down with a pen and all he has is my card and id. That weirded me out. So he know wants me to sign some ipad thing. I again ask him is this all new cause this has never happened and I stay there a lot. Also the man who was working I'd never seen or dealt with before ever. He wasnt very friendly or welcoming. Idk if they got new owners from the last ones or what bjt it jjst not the same. The last owners were friendly and knew me and were easier to understand. So I went to the room and the bathroom was dirty and mirrors were nasty the walls had something splattered on them. Never got a room from there dirty like that before.

The room this time was not very clean at all. I get its cheap but you still should clean each room no matter what the same. We stayed in the building with the office last time and this time we stayed in a room in the other building and wasn't near as nice and clean as our last room. Also the host and me was horrible still. They need better english language barrier between us was horrible. I could not understand a lot of what he said.

The entire hotel is disgusting!! If we werent so tired, we would have left immediately. The bedding had holes and stains, empty toilet paper roll, curtains falling down, floors filthy, hair in shower, bathroom floor looked as if it has not ever seen a broom or mop. Dust and filth in halls, lobby and room. Locks on doors did not feel secure. We slept with our clothes on. Sketchy, tweaker looking people in parking lot.This place should be shut down and razed. It was terrible!!

Owners have a foreign accent hard to understand

So I booked and paid for my room online. I walk inside to check in. He talks to me and i can't hardly understand what he's saying and or asking. I had handed him my ID first thing which is normally all I should of had to hand him. Well he talks some more and kind of gets rude and points to credit card machine like he needs my credit card. I told him its paid for and he insists he still needs it and then swipes it there also. I dont understand that cause I've been staying at hotels a lot and no where else has needed my credit card since its already paid and card is on file. Just didnt seem right. Then another thing is the door to get in is open 24/7 and no key is required to get in so anyone come in. Just didnt like the feeling of that either. It is well worth the money to stay though.

Surprisingly nice for the price. Microwave and fridge in the room. Coffee machine in the lobby 24-7, but no in-room coffee maker. No free breakfast, but I didn't expect or want it. Staff was nice and friendly. Some of the furniture a little worse for wear but not dirty. Bed was comfortable. Shower and AC worked fine.

Check-in was easy and quick. The person handling my check-in was very helpful in putting me in a room close to my parking spot to ease the unloading of luggage. He even assisted with opening the door for me to carry my luggage thru it. There's not much around the lodging (i.e., restaurants, grocery store, fast food, etc) but anything you may need is within a couple of miles drive. Room was clean and appropriately stocked. Good stay!

So, if I could give the front desk guy 5 stars for how nice and accommodating he was when we checked in, I would. He was great! The room, musty, the AC (it was stinky too) stuck in the wall and blew right on my face. The sheets were clean, not so sure about the carpeting and bath! The shower curtain needed to be thoroughly washed or totally replaced. It was pretty discolored on the bottom. It did serve it's function, as I did not want to spend a lot of $$ on a hotel room for the weekend. I pretty much expected this, so I wasn't disappointed. The lobby looked updated and clean, just our room was not updated and the cleanliness was suspect. I did read some reviews prior to reserving a room here, and the reviews I read said that the rooms were updated. Maybe some were, I don't know. All in all, you get what you pay for, so I was OK with staying there for a couple of nights!

While this property appeared to have new carpet, that is about the only thing. The faucet on the tub would not shut off. When we first opened the door to the room, my glasses fogged up as walking into a sauna. The corner of the ceiling in the room was falling in from a previous water leak. The shower curtain was mildewed. There was no soap, only a little bottle of shampoo. There were stains on the chairs and holes in the sheets. There is no elevator for transporting luggage (this property has 2 floors). This property really needs to update and refurbish before renting out any rooms.

The motel was a bit run down but for a one night stay $70 vs over $100 else where was fine with me. Bathroom ceiling fan was missing its grate. Few electrical outlets on walls. No \"breakfast\" here. Of course now a days..breakfast is a package muffins and apples and bananas. Room floors appear to be newer plank flooring...paint is old.

Rooms were very out of date, very worn curtains, nails coming out if the Sheetrock, bathroom dingy but the bed was comfortable. Ok if you’re just looking to shower, sleep and go to a meeting but nothing to brag about. Supposed to be non smoking but we actually had to switch buildings because the entire building we were first in reeked of smoke (as did the room) after talking to from desk he did switch us to the other building and it was better. This place could definitely use some upgrades but served the purpose at a reasonable cost.

This place is weird. When you check in a guy has to get on his mobile phone with someone and I guess that someone is making decision of which room you will be assigned to. The towels have black spots on them and the linen could certainly be replaced. The place is not convenient for anything such as markets, fast food restaurants, etc. NEVER AGAIN.!

We showed up and rang bell about 5X in 10 min. Had to call place and finally someone answered and told us \"you are to ring bell\" Ugh I said I did over 10 min time frame. Attitude of guy was fair. Coffee machine but no cups. I opened a drawer and a man opened a day and asked what I was looking for? I said a cup for my coffee. Then he brought out the cups from the office. Just cold feeling. 2 people in room. Only enough soap and shampoo for one. Room should have been cheaper.

Went down for coffee in the morning and the area was dirty, sugar, all over the tray table where the coffee cups were. Coffee tasted old and the Nondairy creamer was basically empty. The hallways needed vacuuming badly. Rooms were ok but a little bit of attention to some small things could have made our stay better.
