Check in was normal and that is where our expectations & reality separated. Entering the room one of the very first things we noticed was a huge cobweb about 12 -18" long in the corner. Next while depositing our bags in the room i was almost hit in the head by one of the closet doors as i tried to open it as neither were on the track. They were leaned in the opening. I reset them both.
After a 5 hr drive we were looking forward to having dinner. My wife & daughter were waited on with drinks & i arrived a moment later. We ordered our meals together & then everything really fell apart with staff & quality of service. We were never checked on while we waited, for refills or other needs. Our daughter & my food was delivered at the same time luke warm. Waitress returned with a bowl of fruit for me. We were never brought napkins or utensils the entire time. After about 20-25 mins we were finished eating and my wife hed still not been served her meal. Absolute failure. She was disgusted, left the table & spoke with the manager on the way to the room. He said the meal would be comped which it was.
Sitting down to relax afterward my wife had the pleasure of her arm sticking to the table from an unknown substance that had obviously not been cleaned well, if at all. I have photos of the area before & how filthy the rag was. Traveling with the family instead of friends expectations are much higher. Our stay here failed miserably to meet those expectations. I could go on but am limited

My wife and I never stayed in a room where the bed frames stuck out beyond the mattresses. We both hit our legs several times on the corners of the beds in our room. Breakfast not included was also a big miss from other like hotels that we stayed at.

After a long 5 hour drive, parking was convenient and free. Check-in was fast. We had our Chihuahua, so we paid an extra fifty dollars for him. They had doggy poo bags on site which was wonderful as well.
Our room was clean and smoke-free. The property had a pool that we did not have time to visit. It did have a restaurant and bar. The bar menu looked like it had lots of variety options. The menu for food was small (in my opinion). The only thing they had for kids was chicken tenders (my 2 yr doesn't eat that) so we went to a restaurant near by. We had a wonderful stay & I most certainly would stay here again.

Our flight was cancelled out of STL so we needed a place to stay and quick. We booked the hotel and arrived maybe 30 minutes later. Matt at the front desk was welcoming and kind. He explained our breakfast voucher that was included with our hotel rate (it is extra unless you select and pay for breakfast). We were up to our room quickly. There was an issue with the toilet not flushing, but Matt quickly had us in another room because nobody was on the property to fix the issue (it was late at night on a Sunday). Next room was just as clean. Rooms are a little beat up, but they are clean, bed was clean and comfortable, and bathroom was clean (but definitely needs updating). Breakfast was good: eggs made to order, along with usual items at a breakfast buffet. People working breakfast were kind and accommodating. I spent a lot of time in the lobby trying to figure out our return trip home. Lobby is nice, roomy, and lots of seating options. Overall it was a great stay, albeit unexpected since we were supposed to fly out of STL and not stay overnight.

There was no hot tub, even though the booking website shows this in pictures. Pool was filthy, no pool towels provided. Friendly staff is about the only positive thing from this overpriced place. Would recommend staying elsewhere!

This hotel looks decent on the outside and when you walk in. The rooms are SEVERELY outdated and the cleanliness? 😬 Everything in our room was grimy to the touch. The batbtub was briwn on the bottom, where it should've been white. There was something splattered on the walls. The mattresses are set inside the wooden frame but don't fit properly and there were dirt balls, crumbs, all kinds of nastiness. I really don't try to leave negative comments, but buyer beware lol The outlets were jiggly. Also, the walls and doors are paper thin and they did not enforce quiet hours. There were girls running up and down the hallways laughing and knocking on the doors and jiggling the door knobs at 1 a.m. I did contact the front desk and they did come up immediately but I'm not sure if anything was done. We didn't visit the pool after seeing how disgusting the room was. Yes, we could have switched hotels but already booked the 2 nights and everything was booked around us due to a concert and cheer comp. They did have a small market and a restaurant with a limited menu. I'm truly not a Karen...I've just been to A LOT of hotels due to having 3 kids in travel sports and just trying to give a fair warning to anyone considering this place.

I did like the breakfast. It was buffer style and more resteraunt quantity than regular hotel's. The option to prepay while booking was great that saved a lot off what the walk uo price usually is. Our room was on the first flor and was a handicap accessible room. I was very spacious and the shower was easy to get in and out of. The room was also very quiet. Parking was easy, tgere was plenty of it and no isdues with convenience. There is a convenience store in the lobby as well as a bar in the evening. . We didnt bring our Dog this trip, but they are welcome here.
Tgere is nothing right next to this hotel and tgey have security. We felt very safe here. Its very close to I70 and the airport. Resteraunts and any shopping you could want ti do are all just around the corner. While not cose enough to walk the drive is short. The staff were all polite, helpful, and made our stay great. We visit Stlouis often and will be staying here again in the future.

The room we where given at first was dirty and hadn't been cleaned and still had the last residents Bathroom break in the toilet. So they moved us rooms and gave us breakfast passes. Breakfast is almost $10 per person and I'll say if we didn't have the passes I would have skipped it as it's bland to say the most about it. The hotel lobby was fine no luggage carts available. The staff members where super kind and very Well dressed. The beds where uncomfortable IMO they where to soft the shower takes a bit to get warm and then when it does it gets scalding fast so be careful and check the temp before you get in. Shampoo conditioner and body wash are all provided and theirs a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was overall pleasant but with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself is well-located and offers a good range of amenities. The lobby and public spaces are outdated and needs to be renovated. The furniture in the rooms were old and worned out. One of the staff members did not even acknowledge me a guest or greet me I feel due to my skin color.

My room was comfortable, but housekeeping don’t clean everyday.

Despite these small issues, the hotel provided good value for the price, and I would consider staying again if these improvements were addressed.

It’s ok. Was expecting great.

This Hilton hotel is on the more run down side of hotels in the chain we’ve experienced. Not particularly in the building, but the scent. Perhaps it’s the carpeting or the walls.

The staff was very friendly. And we definitely saw them cleaning, and we did not see anything soiled or dirty, yet the place has a distinct smell all throughout. It smells of some type of cleaning agent but mixed with Marijuana. Although it says it’s 100% smoke free, someone was definitely smoking or using oils heavily. That made the whole experience feel dampened.

We were also disappointed that the pool was closed this day. The breakfast is not free and you have to pay.

The stuff made my stay amazing! The shuttle driver who they called Bishop was friendly and quickly got me to the hotel.

Terrence (dining) was super friendly and gave me much needed advice about navigating the city. The breakfast was amazing!

Brielle (front desk) was so patient and accommodating as I needed early check in . It was not as early as I hoped for but she did everything she could to get me as soon as she could.

Housekeeping (I think her name was Tina) was the real rockstar! She got my room together pretty quick and again was so very friendly.

The hotel was well out of the way of pretty much everything. You had to drive about 10 miles to get food. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. There were several areas that could have been cleaner in the room. There were stains on the mattress cover. Just a little more and deeper cleaning would help a lot. Overall it was a good stay.

I loved the Hot Water.....This is not my first time staying in a Hilton but this one is awful. I loved the hot water though. I was upset because the app, it says no deposit, then when I got there, it was a deposit, and not only that, a deposit per day that I was there, which was stupid to me, but anyway. I paid for the room that has drinks and snacks, there were no drinks and snacks...I literally had to go ask for them, which they should have already been in the room. You have to call for the Housekeeper, as much as the hotel was, u should not have to ask for everything, it should be done anyway. They stressing, no smoking but time you get off the elevator. All you smell is weed. I will not come back to this hotel at all. The front desk staff tries to play with your intelligence as if you're stupid and I tried my best not to act up. I did good though, but y'all need to fix this FRFR.

The stay was not a great experience. The room was not very clean . The noise from the guest next to us kept us from getting sleep. Nobody came to clean the room or bring us clean towels or rags. I had to call the front desk and request some. The kitchen staff at breakfast were very rude and unprofessional. I also paid for a hot breakfast and it was cold. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.
