The room was clean and a great location very close to food and shopping. The beds and pillows were horrible. The bed was rock hard not comfortable at all. The pillows were flat and did not hold you head up unless folded in half. The pool was a nice addition to play in with the kids. Breakfast was very good and decently priced. All that being said we had a good stay but did not get much sleep

It was almost midnight before the loud banging stomping door slamming stopped so we could sleep. I had to be up at 430 for a medical procedure and my son had to make the 3.5 hour drive home on very little sleep because of it. I paid almost 200 for this room at athe Hilton for the quality that's supposed to come with the Hiltons. Thumbs way down would not recommend this place

Last minute room - unusable sofa bed.

We couldnt get a roomast minute with 2 queens, so we opted for King with sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was so disgusting, no one should have been expected to sleep on it. We told the front desk at checkout and she asked me to describe \"disgusting\" and when i did she just shrugged.

Lets start with the food. I ordered a supreme pizza when I got there and they messed that up, the next morning at breakfast it was 12.99 a plate a I could have gotten better food from a hole in the wall gas station. The food was terrible. Manager refused to speak to me on this issue.

You asked for a review, so here goes. Because the sink drain stopper didn’t work, because we had to slam the room door shut due to binding in the frame, because there was no coffee available in the room (only tea), because you have a notice on the bathroom mirror that ‘for our comfort’ our room will only be made up every other day; because apparently the restaurant was not open Sat. evening, and all this was for $271 a night for a room with a king bed, it is difficult to leave a positive review. I can assure you this will be shared on Facebook with our friends.

Room smelled like old cigarettes. Towel rack was broken. Got in bed and the blanket between the sheets and duvet had unwashed, crusty stains. Obviously it was not washed. The front desk did offer for us to change rooms but we were already going to bed. They brought us clean blankets but makes you wonder what else wasn’t properly cleaned. We will not be returning.

For starters the lobby was very clean offered great items and even the bar area was a nice add. Staff was nice my entire stay and very helpful. Unfortunately my room stay was not very pleasant. I stayed for 5 nights and the first room I was in was not clean. It was hair on the bathroom floor and shower floor. Wall paper peeling badly in bathroom and in room by the bed. The tub made a very loud noise while showering and they offered to switch me rooms the next morning. Switched rooms and the room was better aesthetically but the toilet didn’t work in the room. They had to bring me a plunger to keep it plunged the whole time. Overall the stay because of the staff’s continued help made it amazing but the actual room was the down fall.

We booked a King bed with fold out couch because we had 3 adults staying in the room. When we checked in they had moved us to a standard King room (no couch). I was told that they reassign rooms as needed - evidently without regards to necessary sleeping space!! I asked them to fix this and was told that they didn't have a king/couch room available and the hotel was full. I asked how he was going to help us and was told that we could have free breakfast - WHAT?? Not enough room to sleep but we could have breakfast the following morning - ridiculous!!
I asked for the manager and he eventually found her. She reassigned us to a king/couch room. So I guess they weren't full after all!!!
We got in the room and unfolded the couch. The mattress was disgusting - stained and filthy. We again went to the desk to report it. Manager came to look at it and quickly agreed that they needed to bring another one. They brought another mattress that was better but still a bit stained.
I am not sure I will book through Expedia again if the hotel can just change your booking. I will NOT stay in this hotel again. Nice, safe area but this experience was not good.

Not enough pillows or towels. Drafty room. Blackout curtains didn't extend long enough. A strange extremely loud noise would periodically go off during the night. Pool was small.

On last night we were woken up by our neighbor's dogs constantly barking.

The door on the bathroom wouldn't stay open. It kept swinging shut. And instead of conditioner in the shower, there was a bottle of lotion. By the tv, there was a lamp with no bulb. Lastly, the air conditioner kept shutting down overnight even thought I set it to run all the time rather than the auto function. The rooms are really dated and it's probably time for a refresh.

We were initially given a room that was CLEARLY under repair. The carpet was ripped in some areas, etc. The shower didn't drain. Maintenance came to \"fix it\" but it still wouldn't drain. We moved to a different room. But the shower didn't work at all in that room. We got keys to 3 different rooms because there were problems with them all. I was tired from driving for 8 hours and just wanted to take a shower and rest. It was way too complicated to do something so simple at a Hilton nonetheless. However, they did comp my stay as a result. They just really need to update the hotel.

The hotel has good reviews, and I usually trust them. I’m not sure if I just got an odd experience but, our room wasn’t what the pictures looked like. It was OLD looking and the bathroom drains had a lot of hair in them, the door to the bathroom was broken and didn’t stay open or lock. There is no fans in the bathroom. For the price per night, they also do not have a free breakfast (which I knew) but if you wanted a very basic breakfast it was 12.95 a person for bacon and eggs. I just had higher expectations for this place.

This room was a major disappointment. At a rate of $250 for a Saturday night, this fell drastically short. The bathroom smelled of old urine/ body odor. The shower curtain rod was broken and almost completely unusable. I will not be staying here again. My wife and I agreed that we would have rather stayed in a Holiday Inn express than the Hilton Garden Inn.

The only thing that I did not like was paying for my breakfast. I typically will not stay in a hotel that doesn't offer some sort of complimentary breakfast that is just worked into the room price. Very disappointing stay!

I got ready to go to bed and noticed the sheets had not been changed.
The room was very, very dusty. I didn’t even dare to use the coffee pot the next morning.
The toilet ran constantly.

Phone didn’t work. Roman shade cord broken, so shade had to be rolled up by hand & secured w/2 large binder clips. Bathroom clean, but enamel in tub had large chip. Found another guest’s sock in one of the cupboards.
Our room faced I-64. Could hear no traffic noise. Staff was very accommodating. Prices lower than others in area. There are food options for breakfast & dinner but you pay for them separately - not included in room charge. Good option for me.
Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Clean for the most part but could use better maintenance.

The “restaurant” didn’t have a cook and no food options after breakfast, with the breakfast mess still on the carpets. Elevators were equally messy and outdated. Hallways were renovated and nice, but room was very dated, especially the bathroom.
