The staff was great for me, altering my reservation room, housekeeping, etc.
Be sure you choose "premium" room of you want a refrigerator or a coffee maker in your room. The "standard" was a bed, a desk, and a TV - that's it.

The property wasn't great - it is clearly being used to house people; some of the other tenants were setting up house plants outside, and others yelling at the top of their lungs about their personal problems. If I had my kids with me, I probably would have left to find somewhere else to stay.

We were there 30 minutes total. Drugs in parking lot. Broken door lock. Crumbs and stains on bed. General vibe of awful; felt unsafe. We checked out and went to hotel next door. Refused us a refund - out over $200 for a two night stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. (And Expedia, you should stop working with this location. While I appreciate the $25 gift card “for the inconvenience,” you hold some responsibility in promoting them on your site. Yet we were the only ones that paid a price.)

I Would Like a Refund.

Arrived to check in around 7pm to a line of 6-7 people also waiting to be checked in, with nobody in the office for over 20 minutes.

Upon entering the room, there was a booger stuck to the wall, hairs and dead bugs in the bathroom, the toilet was old/would not flush, & the AC unit did not fully work (kept shutting off and on).

We had 4 people staying (2 kids) and only had 2 towels for us. Floors was dirty had tags off of clothes on the bathroom floor from previous people! White towels that was stained what looked like oil! People smoking weed right outside of their rooms! Beds was hard as a rock!

If I could give negative "stars", I would. I was traveling with my 2 daughters (20 & 14) and my daughter's cat, moving my older daughter from D.C. to Arizona. I was driving the rental van, so they arrived before me and checked-in. The room my daughters were given did not have keys that would work the door lock - the front desk attendant used a master key to let them into thevroom and said he would see about "fixing that" in the morning (we were only staying one night) When they opened the door to the room, my daughter said that you could see something in the air, like it was foggy, and there was a dehumidifier plugged in and running in the room. After they wrre in the room and closed the door, the room had an overwhelming smell of some kind of chemical, that she explained was like a chlorine smell. After only 5 minutes in the roo., my youngest daughter's eye started to swell shut. They called me and I was still 35 minutes away, so they told me that they would meet me at a Loves Travel Plaza about 15 minutes from the hotel because they did not feel safe waiting in the car at the hotel and they needed to flush out my daughters eyes. I am exceedingly happy that I had my daughter's cat with me, because I do not know how sick the cat would have gotten breathing in whatever chemical was in that room! And they KNOWINGLY put 2 females and an animal (my daughter paid the extra deposit for her cat) in a room in that condition!!!!
I had to find a hotel for us to stay in at 2:30AM

Terrible place to stay, was only there for two hours before noticing there were roaches in the room. Should have figured when I saw mattresses outside on the ground in the parking lot. Terrible service as well, they still refuse to give me a refund even though I left after finding roaches and even took a picture to prove it to them.

This hotel was just barely okay. I understand that people have to live in hotels, but there were people begging me for cigarettes everyday, and housekeeping would knock and not wait for me to come to the door. Housekeeping walked in on me while I was using the toilet twice, and aside from begging for cigarettes, one person here followed me around and intimidated me for not giving them a cigarette while I was smoking a cigarette. I did not feel safe. Hotel guests with dogs do not clean up after their dogs so there is dog poop all over the place.

I upgraded to a deluxe room after being told it was bigger and it wasn't. The lock on the door was lose and didnt work great. Sheeta were stained and gross. The dresser was broken and not clean we we arrived. We stayed 5 nights with 4 people and the front desk wouldnt give any extra pillows. When asking for extra towels, only 2 provided, they wouldn't at first. We ran out of toilet paper and other supplies as well after being there 3 days and they were hestiant to give any more to us. After paying $700 for this stay I am not happy at all.

Arrived to check in and the room we were given had not had housekeeping. There was urine in the toilet and a half consumed bottle of Gatorade on the counter. The strike plate on the door was broken causing the door to not latch properly or lock when closed. Went to switch rooms and was told they would just send housekeeping and “fix” the door. We did not have time to argue and ended up leaving as early as possible the morning after our event.

I was stranded in St Louis and needed a place to stay for one night until I could get back home the next day. I prepaid online but didn't have my proper credentials with me, but instead of turning me away, the staff worked with me to get verification so I wasn't stuck without a place to stay. They were super friendly and helpful. The building could use some upgrades aesthetically, but overall, for the price, they are good. The rooms just have the basics but were clean. What impressed me was the friendliness of the staff and willingness to work with me in a bind going above and beyond. They could have just refused my stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was bad; there was an inch gap under the door. The bathroom door had crayon on the back of it. Only 2 lights worked in the room. Service was just as bad; the pics are deceiving.

We had no other options for a hotel other than this hotel, and it was a horrible experience. We didn’t check the reviews before hand and found out there may be beg bugs and black mold in the vents, so right off the bat impressions were low. When we drove through the motel to get to our room there were people watching us from their decks and we both felt very unsafe. We were scared our car would be broken into, but thankfully it wasn’t. The sheets in the hotel were dirty and there was blood on the pillows. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, the floors were dirty, and the door didn’t close all the way. Horrible experience.

They should not sell rooms if they’re not completely renovated, freshly painted and not fully furnished with amenities. Too much police activity

I was needing somewhere to stay temporarily while I get permanent housing setup. Police where always there. Office stay bams on doors like police right at checkout. My bed was broken and our mini fridge leaked. Asked for a different room but never got one. Oh and let's not forget my daughter's lil purse was stolen. She dropped it going up the steps. Came back to get it and it was gone but her debit card had been used to charge SHEIN purchases and ID was never turned in. Yeah, never again!

Property states it’s smoke free but once stepping out of my vehicle it smelled like weed terribly at both buildings. Definitely felt unsafe. There was mattress leaning against the building trash everywhere. Mattress laying on the floor next to the dumpsters. I went to the front desk to state I was not staying because of reasons stated and he said he could not take a note of it for me to call the manager in the morning. I even suggested to the person behind me exactly why I wasn’t staying.

This property does require a $50 deposit. If you pay in cash, you get it back same day of check out. They do daily room service, you can decline if your tbere when they knock. But if you’re there, they’ll clean it, which was great. New bed sheets and towels during my whole stay. Out of all the hotels i stayed out, tbis is my favorite. I stayed here 2x and will continue to go back.

Where do I start?! The 1st room they gave us was so nasty it smelled like mildew and cigars not to mention the first night I got bite by either bed bugs or a spider on my legs , neck and arm. Even after I cleaned the room and mop, sweep it you could still smell whatever was lingering around in there. After I complained they gave me another room that wasn’t that much better the bed linens were dirty with stains on it , the tub had mildew in it and the shower curtain was dirty. The second night I stayed there I left my dog in the room while I went and made an errand I came back to my dog not in my room only to find her running from beside the building which means someone entered my room to do I don’t know what and let my dog run out and I don’t know how long she had been outside bc I had been gone for at least 5 hours. When I went to the front desk and complained the ppl acted like they didn’t know what was going on or why someone was in my room nothing was cleaned so it wasn’t for housekeeping. If I could give this place -0 stars I would I’d rather sleep in my truck in the cold than stay here ever again. The whole time I was there I was itching. The pictures on the internet are deceiving it looks nothing like they portray it to be. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else!!

No bath tub, no window opening

They didn't have one of the basic things: a plug for a bathtub that needed one. When I asked at the front desk, she seemed puzzled by the very idea. I suppose most people do it as a shower, but having a tub bath is a major thing I want from a hotel. I had to jerry-rig a plastic bag. So if you want to come here and take a tub bath, be sure to bring a plug with you.

The windows don't open. Again, to me, when it's pretty weather, having proper ventilation is needed for both comfort and health. I wish hotels.com would give forewarning about those places where the windows don't open. It's a deal-breaker for me. At those times of year when the weather allows for it, I'd want to go only to those places (still in the majority) that do allow for open windows.

The room smelled badly enough that I wondered if I had been put in a smoking room.

Toilets had fecal matter on them, the bed and pillows were covered in brown stains, and the door barely locked. There's homeless people everywhere, who leave their liquor bottles strewed all over the hotel property. What was most unacceptable was the fact that the heater was broken. It was one degree at 4:00AM and I was bundled in a jacket, gloves, and socks just so I didn't become hypothermic.

The room was pretty rough looking and could use a fresh paint job. The shower head was amazing however - great water flow and lots of hot water! Also, I was traveling with a pet and appreciated the $0 pet fee, which was great. One frustration I did have was with the television. The channels did not match the guide provided and it was very difficult to find channels I wanted to watch (CBS mainly, for football on Sunday). Overall, and okay stay for the price. Bed was comfy, bedding was clean and comfortable, AC worked fine.

I honestly wasn’t expecting top tier accommodations. Last minute choice due to unforeseen circumstances. So for the price, I didn’t expect much. The front desk associates were extremely kind. The building and rooms are just old and run down. All linen on the bed was old and stained. The shower was extremely dirty. The property owners should just sell and move on.

The latch on my door of room 113 is broken in two places, and the deadbolt does not close properly. The toilet paper was nearly gone, with no extras. Sink doesn’t drain properly - took over ten minutes to drain. Final straw was the bug crawling across my pillow.

Upon staying for 9 days for a business trip. 6/9 days I had reported to Front Desk Staff that Housekeeping is NOT doing their Job. Why Service a Room or Any? We had a late checkin due to the business of the day. But we had 2 “queen” bed but they were definitely full beds. The top comforters were both stained. The shower pipes screamed with the hot water on you would think they were going to burst. Truthfully I left all my items outside when I got home to make sure they were cleaned before coming in my house.

We had to change rooms because the bed was broken, the toilet leaked, the tub was dirty, air conditioner was noisy. when I tried to get a different room the manager made me wait until shift change. Our final night we were woken by management telling us this was not or room. I explained that we were moved to this room and would be leaving in the morning. Not a good stay at all.
