No items in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker. I felt uncomfortable touching anything due to the look of filth of surfaces. There was a full sized trash can FULL of water under the sink from an apparent leak. The front desk attendant was just sitting in a back room with a “be back soon sign on the desk” when I was trying to check in. About 15 minutes I was waiting. I didn’t know she was there until I coincidentally coughed and she got up. The front just closes, and is only open during the day - 9am-10pm, I think. I checked out early. Couldn’t be there.

It is a suit with a kitchenette thought it didn’t come with any tableware, plates, or pots and pans. The door was jammed most of the time that it wasn’t easy to open. There was a strong marijuna smell when we first walked into the room.

The staff was great but we had to move my room 3 times before they got it right the first roon 225 i was not able to take a shower be it will leak in to the room up under my room so the had to move me to 343 that room had bed bugs i found 2 in my bed they bite me 4 times then they had to keep restarting my room key so then i had to move my room to 154 on the first floor in the windows did not want to lock but i had to get my money back

I left a day early because of roaches in my room. This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I decided to stay here because Expedia showed a 8+ review score. I’m not sure who has been propping up the review scores for this place, but it’s nasty. I spotted two roaches on the kitchen floor and one roach on the shower wall.

This place was a dumb, I did not even sleep on the bed. It was so dirty. I sleep on a leather chair because I was afraid to catch something. The shower was horrible and they had no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was dirty, the hallways smelled really bad. They had crackheads and homeless walking in and out of hotel. I could not make it through 1 night I had to check out. I have never stayed in a hotel like this it is not a 7 rating its like a 2-3.

First thing when i got there, wasnt a tv remote, not the biggest deal. But i also got a suite, was supposed to have a working fridge and freezer. Neither worked, causing me to have to spend double what i expected on food costs. I couldnt tell you if the burners work as i didnt even waste time trying. Way too expensive for what it is and even my dog didnt feel safe walking into the building. i wouldnt recommended this place to anyone.

Checking in June 1st at 4:30 PM Central time, was delayed for 20 minutes. Front desk staff claimed our room was being cleaned. After the 20 minutes, our room was dirty and floors were not swept. Front desk, upon complaint gave us a different room. Inside 2nd room, in the refrigerator was a dead cockroach!

Couldn’t stay, not even when desperate.

The floors were sticky and the room smelled awful. In the bathroom, there was a huge crack in the ceiling that water from the shower sprayed up into and then it dripped down on you as you tried to shower. I had to cut my stay short. They seemed understaffed and very rude.

The staff were terrible honestly. They lied about the most simple things. I was put in 2 separate rooms both had broken security locks which I absolutely needed for my children they did not care. Unfortunately I just finished my stay there but would I do it again? Absolutely not! I specifically booked this hotel for the things they said they offered and they had none not even a baby crib it was terrible!

Horrible horrible hotel glad it was 1 night

One of worst hotels I have every stayed at. Picked a room with 2 queen beds because my son was going to stay. Good thing he chose to not stay because BOTH beds were broken. The support in middle was broken. The dresser was missing handles the bathroom light switch didn't work. I asked if they had any other rooms and the all the lady could say to me was \"all booked\". She did that twice. After that I went into bathroom and there were absolutely NO towels. Had to go down to lobby which was locked up like a ticket booth at a carnival. Finally found someone and she did get me some towels. And I haven't even brought up the overwhelming odor of marijuana throughout the hotel. Went to check out this morning and again lobby was closed up and a sign that lobby hours did not open until 9AM. Guess they didn't want me to check out until 9 even though I left at 6:30. As I said worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Extended Stay should be embarassed.

I didn’t like that my stove didn’t work properly and that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned the toilet was nasty and so was the tub it was stopped up and there were dirty towels left behind I didn’t like there wasn’t any breakfast and that was advertised

Wish I had spent a few more dollars to for a better option. I was only there for a few hours for an early morning flight. The place is noisy, bathroom sink had a slow drain, bath tub area was rusted, the sheets didn’t look clean and YIKES, saw a bug. Person at the front desk was very nice. Wouldn't recommend.

Stayed for a 3 night stay. Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the previous stay. Still had some trash under the bed. Shower pressure was terrible. Sink pressure was too strong. Staff was pleasant. Not bad for a quick trip that we weren’t in the room much, but probably wouldn’t choose it again.

When we arrived they had the counter padlocked up and there were people in the lobby yelling at us not to stay here, that there are cockroaches climbing the walls and horrible service. When we tried to call the phone number it was disconnected. We ended up having to find another place to stay at 11 pm at night because there were no employees to be found anywhere.

Well they swept the room. Piled the dirt in the corner and forgot to pickup. Woke up in the morning to a cockroach on the wall. They should only rent room 149 as the last available. It is alongside door to dumpster and all we heard was door slamming all night. Best part was little happy lady at front desk!

It was a comfortable, pleasant stay. The front desk was always helpful. We were well accommodated. The laundry room and vending area was well kept and the machines all worked. The machines took card or coin.

The room was dated, a broken cabinet door and a shower head that needed replaced. Just little things that did not affect the comfort of our stay but could have been fixed.

Nice room but under beds were dirty and had other people’s clothes, shoes and deodorant left there. Someone kept smoking on the floor. Staff did keep investigating which was good. Bad weather made plowing the property an issue. I couldn’t park in handicap spots. Other than that it was a quiet stay.

I didnt have the best stay. However, i am aware if i wanted something nicer, i should have paid more. I took a shower and within five minutes of getting out my feet were black and sticking to the ground in the hotel room. My neighbor was cussing me out because my door had slammed behind me. However the biggest issue was that the lady at the front desk lied to me. Flat out lied. I can not stand liars. We also didnt have a tradh can. Ive never seen a hotel without a trash can, so that was just weird. My room was 20 feet from the highway so we had the pleasure of hearing traffic all night.

We won’t bother with Extended Stays

This is not the first Extended Stay with issues. Room needs updating. Refrigerator doesn’t work. Only one chair to sit at the counter, only one plate and plastic silverware, one pan. Nothing else was clean for kitchen supplies. Generally a creepy place.
