I always have an amazing stay whenever in town to visit family. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and bed comfortable. The bar restaurant food is convenient and tasty. Would have given 5 stars but breakfast and parking (a little pricey, i paid $43 total for an 2-night stay) are not complimentary.

You could tell that the hotel was dated and there were some features that needed replaced. The faucet in the tub was extremely hard to turn on and off and the toilet paper holder was loose.

The day I arrived I clearly showed I rented 2 separate rooms. Manager couldnt hlep me fix issue. I called hotel.com to fix problem. The agent kept calling front desk and they wouldnt answer. I tried to put the manager on the phone from my cell but manager denied. And told the agent to call the front desk. But hell they wouldnt answer it. I went to sit in the car till the agent finally spoke to them. Took 1 1/2 to resolve. Room had a big hole in the bed skirt. The bathroom shower knob pulls off. Shower handle didnt work. They came to clean room took all the towels and didnt replace. Worst experience I have ever had. Next time ill go down the road and pay them $788.00.

THE PARKING IS $20. THE WIFI WAS $10. The pool STUNK like bleach. I found a dead stink bug on the curtains by the elevators. Breakfast is not included. Parking is far when available.

It’s a bit confusing to deal with the wi fi and other things. We received no information initially to connect to Wi-Fi so I had to go downstairs. Breakfast is not included although they promoted it as included.

Staff was great. The live music was awesome and our waitress at the restaurant was delightful. The pool was closed and we got no notice before hand. The rooms are tired and in need of some updates, but the beds are very comfortable.

This property has went down . No valet, no bellman , front desk was great but i should have did my research they are out dated, Holliday Inn Express is better with amenities. As a ex Doorman for Hotels i fumbled the ball on this stay.

A really weird thing happened to us in the hotel restaurant. We ordered dinner, food was OK. Waitress asked if we were paying cash or credit card. I said cash. She went to the register and came back and told us verbally that it would be $48 (which I think may have included the cranberry juice that didn't come). No paper bill. I gave her $60 expecting her to come back with change. No change, she just came backa few minutes later and said \"have a nice evening.\" I thought OK, she got a nice tip but I'm not going to fight about it. But the whole thing was weird. Also a bit strange checking in that they had a hard time finding our Expedia reservation.

For the price its not worth the stay. The rooms are small. The only reason for the 2 stars was the staff (front lobby and bar tender) were amazing. But the property itself I wouldnt stay here again for the hefty price tag.

The room was clean but there were several problems initially. Lamps next to the bed wouldn’t turn on, the tv had problems. The good was when I told a person about the problems he had a maintenance person fix all of the problems right away while we were at dinner.

There was no menu and was greeted poorly at breakfast, they tried to make us pay, but breakfast was already apart of my stay, the room that I visited online wasn’t the room I received. The people next door to me had bowels backing up in their shower and the smell was disturbing. I reported, but they offered a half refund, but I believe I deserve a full refund for what I have been through

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I specifically booked it because it was advertised as pet-free due to my severe allergies. Yet, during my stay, I saw pets in the hotel, including on the elevator. This is completely unacceptable and directly misleading,not what Expedia or the hotel promised.

On top of that, I was charged for parking and other unexpected fees, which adds insult to injury. This experience was far below expectations, and I feel misled and disrespected as a guest. I expect a full refund immediately, as the services advertised were clearly not provided.

Fine, noticed marks on the wall from previous guests and banged my shin on the bed rails. Got kissed by a weird gent in the pub area at 11pm looking for a married couple to shack up with. Got left in the cold by the air shuttle driver for 5+ minutes in the morning and wished to be gone.

Hotel room is dirty. The room service knocks on your door early in the morning before you even check out which check out is at 12. Why would they wake up their guests??? There is a loud noise coming from the vent. The shower drain was clogged and the water just overflowed. I have stayed at this property multiple times and its always the same. However, during my most recent stay, I was double charged which is why I decided to leave a review. Unacceptable.

The STAFF!!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!
I would have given five stars HOWEVER y'all MUST update the rooms, CLEAN THE BATHROOMS OFTEN and get the carpets cleaned more thoroughly!!!!
Oh and CHARGING for a late checkout and WiFi is EGREGIOUS!!!
Otherwise, the service was top tier! The food was good and the bar is great!!!
I PUT MY MONEY WHERE MY MOUTH IS AND I TIP VERY WELL!!!

The actual rating for this property is very over exaggerated. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms and everything else are not it. Room was dirty. Food and other things on the walls. Shower was very questionable. Buffet breakfast is also $18 a person for just standard hotel buffet.

Only thing I could be on board with is early check in and the late check out time.

Room was clean, staff was very nice considering it’s St. Louis, beds were very comfortable, but the whole place is very outdated and in need of a renovation of some sort. I would say this is a 4 star hotel 20 years ago, I think it’s around 3-3.5 stars nowadays but I enjoyed my stay overall and I think it’s a decent spot for the price.

The room was clean but not to the old standards of A Renaissance hotel.
The Staff was friendly but not for coming when you are there looking for something.
The room AC sounds like a turbine of a 747 during takeoff, I had a hard time to fall asleep because of that and had to put a pillow over my head as I did not find the switch OFF.
Someone had music in another room and at 5am I could not sleep anymore. But then the room next door started to offer another sort of human concert that kept me awake until almost 7am on Sunday. I decided to wake up take a shower and hit the road.
I have been to Renaissance hotels in the past and they were a high class hotel but now this one dropped the standards to a super 8 standard but forgot to also drop the price :)

Property was not all that bad. When got in room turned down the sheets and the comfortor in between the sheets had two gros stains on them. Told front desk and all they could say was sorry. Not acceptable!!! This hotel use to be our go to for stating close to airport. Looks like duruy inn here we come!!!

Upon arriving. I was treated as though know one really wanted to serve me. Im an African American, & i almost couldn't believe. That i was being treated this way by people my color. Their was 2 blk women, & a blk guy who acted as though i slept with his woman the night before. Their was a short blk woman with short blonde colored hair. Who asked the other two were they going to help me, because it looked as though she was about to leave for the day. The other two, looked at each other, & looked away. So the blonde haired lady set her purse down, & checked me in. I stood there in total amazement at the unprofessionalism of the other two.

Lovely place to stay near the airport.

The hotel was clean and easy to check in. The staff were all attentive and very nice. Parking was easy and secure. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. We got the shuttle after a very long flight. It was quick, and took us straight to the door. We did not use any other services or amenities, but we enjoyed our stay.

I called the front desk around 930pm to complain about kids running up and down the hallway. The receptionist stated \"what do you want us to do about it\" in shock i said get someone up here ro make them stop, she said yes maam we will get someone.

Secondly we had to call 3 times to get extra towels and still none showed up, we then saw the house cleaners and she gave us some, but they ended up coming in our room ro straighten them up and left the door ajar. Thank God no one took anything. That was poor service on yalls part. The showers in both our room and our sons room was filty. Yall look good on the outside, but the inside (people and cleanliness needs to ramp up! Never will we come back.
