Property needs major renovations, room was in very ruff condition. Stained and torn carpet, cracked sink and tile work. Curtains looked like they hadn't been pulled down and cleaned in a decade. Breakfast was decent, but overall would not stay here again.

Was told at check in that room was ready and when we got to the room the TVs were on at max volume, beds were not cleaned or made, no bags in trash cans, and there was used bar soap on each sink. Staff did not seem like it was a big deal and seemed irritated that I requested it to be fixed and said I would need to wait at least an hour. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a embassy suite hotel ever.

The right time for the room to be turned over was longer than we expected, caught in a lot of hotel goers just wait down in the lobby until the rooms was turned over and checked, and then there was mold in around the showerhead faucet, and the room was clean moderately. It was OK. The breakfast food was good. The breakfast bar was good.

They over booked and had no rooms to cover our reservation. There was multiple families that this happened to after us that night as well. We werent able to find any were to stay till 2am the next morning when the Marriott at the airport got us in it was tight for 5 of us but made it work for the 3 days we were up there

Booked a 2 queen room. Unavailable on arrival - family of 5 stuck in a single King room for the first night.

Room cleanliness was 3/5. Furniture in rough shape. Linens were clean.

Pool - dirty w hair and dirt everywhere.

Breakfast was a mess - no milk for cereal, no juice, soda machine tasted bizarre.

The saving grace was the Front Desk staff trying to make the best of what must be an impossible job - shout out to Ramona and Ellyot for their help accommodating the impossible situation they found themselves in.

The hotel room was outdated. Reminded me of a room from the late 90’s/early 2000’s. After a long flight we planned to unwind at the bar. We get there and the guy behind the counter says he’s not the bartender. He is a cook. The managers had him cover the bar because the bartender called out. The cook was very polite. I want to make sure to stress the fact that the staff was AMAZING! Especially Elly. The cooks for breakfast were courteous and engaging. Made my morning well.

But that was the only high note.

Room and facilities were clean.
We were refused an additional pillow for the pull out bed with my 2 children and told theyd need to share. Had to ask several times for bedding that was to be brought up. We had to go grab it. Then noticed this morning the sheet and mattress cover had holes in them. Happy hour was a fun offering. The food looked terrible and they ran out of plates. My children were kicked out the area due to age but another table across from us had 2 toddlers and wasnt approached. I wont be back too soon.

We typically choose to stay at Embassy Suites Hotels, but this specific location did not live up to our usual experiences. Despite requesting room cleaning during our stay, we only received fresh towels. On the positive side, the hotel offers free parking, and its proximity to the airport was the main factor in our decision to stay there. As Hilton Members, we were disappointed that we were not recognized and did not receive the complimentary waters.

I had such a great experience at the Embassy Suites in St. Louis! The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious with two TVs, a lounge area, fridge, microwave, and a mini kitchen—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a nice touch and made the stay even better. Also, there is parking available on site.

What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from Mrs. Ramona. She was so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. She went above and beyond to help me with multiple things I needed during my stay, and her customer service made all the difference. Because of her, I’d gladly book here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.

The front desk knowingly gave us a broken crib. My husband went to return it to get a new one and the woman made a \"joke\" about how the other man she gave a crib too will end up returning his as well because his is broken also. They did not have another crib for us. We had nowhere for our infant to sleep and with him being able to walk, it was very difficult for him to stay in one place. He got no sleep and neither did we.

I had no hot water the ENTIRE TIME I showered. Half of the outlets in the room did not work.

They refused to accept any accountability and refused to give us a refund.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

My overnight stay with my daughter and granddaughter was wonderful. We came into St Louis for the Chris Brown concert and this hotel offered an affordable price and includes free parking. The drive to downtown St Louis for the concert wasnt bad only maybe about 15 - 20 minutes each way. The breakfast they provided this morning was very welcoming and its included in the package. We are very please with our stay.

Smelly room on check in. AC broken. Within 10 min on check in, I requested change room. She refuses to give another room until AC checked by Technician, which will take more than an hour. I asked for cancel and refund. She told me to call tomorrow to talk to manager. Called Manger Ryan next day. He refused to refund.

I have filed complaint to BBB. Will not recomed this facility at all.

The staff at the front was very nice and helpful. Rooms have old furniture and dark. You open the door and the room smells musty. I bought air freshner from Walgreens and it was ok. Won't say not clean, but it looked like they didn't vacuum. Housekeeping didnt clean our room for 2 days. I left tip on the bed and nothing happened. Had to go downstairs and get trash bags and clean towels. Food is good and the staff was nice. Think I wont go back. Only because I would like to have a more updated room. Will try another Embassy Suite in St. Louis. Not at the airport.

This hotel was not worth the price we paid for one night . We get there to check in ask what time the pool closes she told us that it closed at 11 we checked in around 630 she told us the pool was closed for 15 minutes so we left for a few came back got dressed to swim and went down to the pool . We only got to swim for about 20 minutes before the closed the pool at 9 2 hours early . The guy locking up was very rude also. The pool wasn’t the cleanest either . When we Went up to our room the room after check in went it and it was very dirty didn’t looked like it had been cleaned from previous guests. The fridge smelled awful like rotten food. The toilet was clogged we had to ask for a plunger and plunge the toilet every-time someone used the bathroom . The sofa bed didn’t have any sheets on it and there was dirt on the top of it we had to shake off and when we lifted it up there was a really nasty looking stain on the bottom. The walls had writing on them and some kind of brown stuff in the bathroom . Room was just very unsanitary and was very dissatisfied I paid so much for a terrible room . It was also very hot in the room the air conditioning didn’t work properly we had it set to 70 and it was almost 80 degrees in our room . The desk staff was very helpful and nice .

Very misleading. Have never had issues with an Embassy Suites location until now. Room booked displayed King Suite with tub in images. Traveling with a small baby this is a necessity. Got here was relayed by staff all Kings only have showers. Floors very dirty. I scrubbed entryway for a bit. Carpet had food/few dog food pieces. My toddler will eat anything on floor she spots unfortunately. So I had to get to work as soon as we entered room after a long day of travel sadly. Stains on couch and carpet. Hotel furniture and appliance need a major update for amount guest are paying per night. I’ve stayed places for less for better experience/cleanliness. Room smells like smoked in. This stay is very unfortunate. Have a future stay booked at same location within next few months. Cancelling reservation. Highly recommend updating hotel or closing down. Definitely not up to par/meeting any other Embassy Suite locations experiences/stabdards I have experienced. This is unfortunate and surprising to my husband and self. Would have checked right out but difficult and stressful to book a new stay with small toddler in just minutes. Would love to be contacted by corporate/reimbursed for my stay.

Coming from Los Angeles to STL, this was the best hotel I could have chosen. The whole staff were friendly, kind, helpful and treated you like family…LITERALLY. I loved my bartenders Ms. Tammy and Mr. Bryan, they not only watched out for my and my friend but created an experience I did not want to leave. Just bcus of them I am already planning my next trip and will ONLY stay at this Embassy in STL. The stay was fine. The lobby, bar and breakfast area were excellent. All common areas seemed clean and well maintained. The room was not as well cleaned, bathroom was not well stocked with towels, etc. One trash can for the entire suite?Beds were comfortable and sheets were fine. I feel for the price of the room it could have been updated and definitely cleaned better. Not the worst stay I have ever had but far from the best for a pretty steep price. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was very good.

Arrived at the property in late evening ahead of a very early departure the next morning. Found poop smeared on the accessible grab bar and wall in the bathroom and on the bathroom door handle/door. Staff came to clean it timely but I was thoroughly disgusted and could stop thinking about what else hadn’t been cleaned. Then toilet kept refilling and we couldn’t sleep due to the noise of it. There was only one other room available and it had a bad leak at the window so rainwater was leaking all around the window and the second bed was damp. Ended up having to share the one dry bed with one child while my other child slept on the foldout couch. At least the room with the window leak was quiet and we didn’t find any poop smears. Worst of all was when the night manager/staff told me, “well, if you look hard enough you’ll find poop anywhere”. I’ve never had an experience like this at an Embassy Suites before, but I’ll never stay at the St Louis Airport location again.

The hotel cancelled my paid reservation - the front desk clerk said that they were overbooked and that Expedia was supposed to have called me to let me know. She said sorry for the inconvenience and good luck getting a room at any of the other hotels, because they are all booked because of the tornadoes in the area - we were left stranded with 2 babies at 10:30 at night after travelling all day and had to search for another hotel - appalled by the lack of consideration and concern. After checking in, we were given a room that wasn’t clean. It was the room we reserved, ( wheelchair accessible sleeps 6) but was still was dirty. Beds not made, garbage everywhere, dirty towels etc… When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, all I got was a sorry and we can put you in another room. The room they offered was not big enough (slept 4). I told them that and they offered me an additional room on another floor. Wouldn’t work, the oldest child I had was 12. Not leaving them alone in a hotel room on another floor. Was told the only room that would accommodate us is reserved for another day, so we couldn’t have it. We stayed one night. After an hour, the finally spoke to a manager of House keeping that let us have the room to accommodate my group. No one was willing to roll up there sleeves and clean a room to accommodate a wheelchair user and family. They were going to let us walk out the door and be on our own.
Finally get to the room, and it was still not clean, beds were made, trash taken out, but room was dirty, floors were sticky. By far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at!
Breakfast was not at all what was expected by reviews either. Bacon was raw, eggs were watery, and fruit was not ripe yet. The people at breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive with clearing plates and keeping food out. Food just wasn’t great, especially fora Hilton! I will not be staying there again.

Although our room was not ready upon arrival, the staff responded promptly and ensured our wait was minimal. Throughout our stay, they were consistently helpful and friendly, especially when we requested additional towels and linens. While the room itself showed signs of age and had a noticeable musty odor, the property offered some notable positives, including a clean, spacious pool and a convenient location near the airport.

We usually stay at Embassy Suites for the previous customer service and feeling of convenience when away from home. I haf 2 bookings one for my family and then one for the next day for my in laws. Upon my arrival on a Friday I out of making sure asked to make sure that the reservation for mybin laws arriving the next day was accurate and still showing in the system and was rold yes. My in laws arrived the next day at about 10am and was told they could not check in early, which was understandable stated they needed to wait until 4pm, which was fine we had games later that day where we would be out until at least 8pm. Came back to the hotel and were told that the room was no longer available. UNACCEPTABLE! The front desk attendant was very unprofessional, did not want to help come up with a solution, and called her off the clock \"manager Ryan\". They continued to play around and for 45 mins explain to us that the manager was \"on her way\" to assist us. For some reason the only \"manager on duty\" was a guy who explained to us that her was over food & beverage. We waited in the lobby for over 30 mins and said manager never arrived. In laws had to go to another hotel for a room. With all of this, i specifically asked for our room to get a cleaning while we were out, rooms was not up to par nor were there towels added after cleaning. I will NEVER stay at Embassy Suites-St.Louis Airport. I have left my contact information with someone this morning in hopes to be contacted by a GM SOON!

All the staff were friendly. The free water bottles were convenient for us while visiting for the tournament. Our suite room had a sink, microwave, and coffee maker. We will definitely stay here again.
