The hotel strongly smelled of weed as we walked into the front door to sign in.
Got our room key and was directed to drive around to the back of the hotel and the entrance was all the way around the building in a dark area.
We entered the building and it strongly smelled of weed. We went to the tiny room, once again smelling of weed. Upon seeing these condition we immediately left and went elsewhere.
I did not feel that the hotel was safe for two women and teenage kids.
Will never attempt to stay again.

This was good enough for a night after a concert. Nothing fancy. Office closed at 10pm & opened at 9am. No vending machines or ice. No shampoo in rooms. Noisy hotel. Maid walked in after we were already in room without knocking. She had no idea we had rented the room.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that only had one bar of soap and no other toiletries available. I had to go down and get my own bedding for the hide-a-bed. The room smelled like a wet dog.

The WORST!!!

We waiting outside for a long period of time because there were no staff on site to check us in at 1:30am. The room was disgusting. The headboard had greasy handprints all over it, the room smelled like a dirty hamster cage! The bedding looked old and faded ( not crisp white) . The pillows were flat and stained, and there were not enough towels provided in our room . We had 4 people and there was only 3 towels. It was a really bad hotel and if I were you I would be embarrassed to offer to customers!

We booked and paid for a 3 nights stay, then when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. I had to call to talk to the manager lakiesha the next day and instead of hearing my frustration she hung up on me! Twice!
Never using that brand of hotel ever again!

Arrived with a reservation at 8pm. No attendant at the desk. Another guest called the phone and was told he'd be there in 20 minutes. When we returned 15 minutes later I called and was told 10 minutes more. What hotel doesn't check guests in! The room has a noisy bathroom fan running making a burning smell which faded when I turned it off. This is a suites hotel but the kitchen had no plates or cups or anything. Could not even hear a cup of water...

This was pretty bad. The front office closes up (literally rolls down a shutter) and wasn't open in the morning when we left either. There was no breakfast or anything offered, even though there was supposed to be.

The room we had smelled like a kitchen fire. There were zero cups/plates/utensils in the room, not sure what the point of a kitchen is if there's nothing given to use the kitchen.

Just simply not good, not a good look for the brand, will keep this experience in mind when booking future stays.

Honestly the property was average. Bathroom door not easy to close. Kitchen has no pots, pans, plates, silverware etc. nice stove & refrigerator. The bed was not comfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a slant. The location is average. I have stayed in much better and much worse.

I was doing a late check in, you have to stand outside to wait for someone to come & it took the girl 10-15 minutes. Next, their side doors make you play a game for your key card to work. Lastly, they don’t offer any type of room service or fresh towels or linen unless staying for 2 weeks.

Staff was very friendly. Looked to be understaffed. Arrived at 330 to check in, but room wasnt ready. Myself and my guests had to wait to check in. Upon enetering the room, we were met with a bad odor. Stayed in the room all evening. Room was clean though. We also paid almost $200 for our stay, but were not even offered complimentary coffee. The vending machines also did not work.

Was asked to take a room that was lower quality than we reserved. It was well after check in and they werent even close to having everything ready. Wasn't offered a discount for the cheaper room either. There was another couple that was ahead if us that was forced to do the same. The hotel was sold out for the night as well. There we're four other couples behind us waiting. That would misplace alot of customers. Very piss poor management to allow this to happen.

My husband and I and adult son stayed in one room two queen beds. The room was spacious and clean Check-In was late. There was only one wash rag and two bath towels for three people. No hair dryer? Iron or shower soaps. If you like water pressure in the shower, this is not the place for you. It was a trickle

I stayed in that room for 45 minutes, unsafe feeling, stove smokes when turning on, the outside fresh paint, the inside looks a homeless place. CARPET DIRTY DIRTY.. Checked in at 11 PM. Front desk closes at 10 with instructions to use the lobby phone to get assistance. Lobby phone connects to the 1-800 chain number, not the local. Called once, was told someone was headed to the lobby to check us in. Waited quite a while and ended up calling a second time before someone came. Room was warm, even with A/C running, and smelled bad. Zero amenities - no shampoo or hair dryer

Sad at Extended Stay America

I picked this hotel based on price. I prepaid knowing we would most likely arrive after midnight on a late flight from Phoenix. So, I expected economy and a bed.

I arrived at the door shown but it was a half hour after midnight. The facility is isolated with nothing around it. I walked inside expecting a window to summon a manager. I did not see that. Inside the doors shown is a small room with some information on the tables. A placard said use a phone to call for help on a late arrival. The implication was that a phone was on one of three small tables. There was no phone.

My wife was in the car outside and I stepped out of the door and saw a phone on the wall that gave a number for late arrivals. I opened the phone box and saw the wires to the phone appeared damaged. I called the number given and it rang and rang for five minutes. I tried to hand up and call again but the phone was still ringing.

Another patron showed up and I told him I wasn’t getting any help on checkin. He left. After awhile I left for find another hotel who had a night clerk.

I can’t blame the hotel for what was probably vandalism. But I ended up getting no service and no room. I went elsewhere. I have asked for a refund but so far crickets.

The lady who helped us check in was friendly. The room was decent other than a light and outlet that didn't work next to the bed. My only real complaint was the fact that there was not an ice machine or a vending machine that was accessible. I will not stay here again because of that.

Upon arrival for check in, the lady that was at the counter was not the most welcoming. There was no advertising that this was a card only establishment. This was frustrating as I had planned on using cash for my trip and the lady was not friendly about delivering that information. The two nights I had stayed were unfortunately unpleasant as people were running up and down the halls and I felt as if the walls were thin I could hear our neighbors conversations (probably just them being loud) these factors made it extremely difficult to sleep, in fact I was awoken multiple times each night. When I had attempted to reach the front desk by phone to complain I did not get any answer. When it came time to leave on 6/2 nobody was at the desk, I would've given my complaints in person but unfortunately no one was there. Next time I'm in town I will not be staying here in fact I will be inquiring about a partial refund as soon as I am home as the stay was one of the most miserable I've had

Bit disappointed with our stay at the extended stay. Despite it being advertised online, there was no complimentary breakfast. No sort of dishware was provided, and we had to pay $20 just for a single person set. Which looked like it was from dollar tree. We were told apon check in that if we needed any extra sheets or blankets it would cost extra. And we were woken up late by other guest blasting music.

Used to be ok, new rules make it suck

The listing needs changed, because the new management has decided that there is no breakfast anymore. Also, the entire point of picking Extended Stay is that they have a kitchen so you can save money by cooking in your room. Up until this year they had dishes you could borrow at the front desk, but now that's a $100 charge. There is no housekeeping during your stay anymore. Need more than 2 towels for a longer stay? That's an extra charge too.

Aside from that, the hotel has decreases in quality from last year by a lot. It's still what you'd expect from a cheap hotel, but now it's on the low end of what you'd expect. Rooms are cleaned up but still dingey. Hallway stinks of old laundry and garbage. Sheets are stained. Found 2 roaches the last night there. Staff was super friendly, great customer service, but the policies prevent them from being genuinely helpful.

This place is not what it seems. The lobby is closed at 10 pm i felt unsafe. Parties out in the parking lot after 10 pm. Reaks of Marijuana in the halls. Has a must dirty smell in the rooms. Ive never stayed at a hotel that offers a fully equiped kitchen without the cooking and eating utensils. If you want those it costs more. Towels if you want extra costs more. No coffee makers, 1 bar of soap for hand washing, no hair dryers... no amenties at all! When you travel you dont want to worry about packing those small things. Either charge a higher price and supply those amenities, or make sure your web site is clear that we are aware that this place is just a place to sleep.

I usually do not like to write comments but the manager Ashley was not Customer Service Friendly at all to me. Check-out was at 11:00 am, but I had a 07:00 appointment that would have ran over in order for me to check-out on time. So I called the front desk to add another day in the EVENT I WOULD BE LATE FOR THE 11 o’clock checkout.
Well, I found out when you book your reservation through a third party(Expedia) you will have to come into the office to book another day. Just like you would if you were coming in for the first time.
Remind you I was at a doctors appointment. The manager call me three times. Second time she called I was speaking with the doctor. She hung up the line on me becoz she did not have the patience to hold the line. Okay fine, maybe she was busy.
She then called back to tell me I had 30 minutes to make it into the office. I literally had to leave my doctors appointment to rush back to the hotel to add an additional day!. I was so super annoyed.
They do not have an option online to add another day either.
To top all that, They charge for extra towels. No housekeeping unless you pay for it as well.
I WILL NEVER BOOK A RESERVATION HERE AGAIN.

Nice place but we called to inform we would be a late arrival and no one was in lobby when we arrived. Had to call and wait to get checked in. Website stated grab and go breakfast but upon checking in we received a paper that they no longer served breakfast. Got to our room and found that we had to request any kitchen utensils or plates. Website really needs update for the changes.

Friendly and wonderful staff! Clean room and overall clean environment. My family is in a transition stage and the staff has made things not feel like a hotel but a home away from home. The hotel is very well kept and clean. I didn’t know the wifi was a paid option but to upgrade isn’t that big of an expense.

When I first got to the property to check in there was no one at desk. I rang bell and noone came. I waited and finally called the hotel from my cell phone to get a response. Once he showed up he informed me that he had only heard the bell one time. So apparently you need to ring the bell several times to get assistance. Once I got checked in I had to walk around past the people smoking weed in the dog park area of hotel. Finally got to room and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. In the morning we were awakened at 4 am to the sound of slamming doors every few minutes while guests proceeded to leave for work. Once we were ready to leave we headed to lobby for breakfast to find instant oatmeal packs, granola bars and packages muffins. Will not be returning.
