Smooth check-in. The hotel isn’t walkable to downtown…. And not many restaurants open in a Friday evening. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast restaurant was fabulous. The hotel was very quiet even though they were sold out.

While we love to stay here when we are in town this stay was very undesirable! The air conditioning couldnt get below 68 so we called the front desk twice to no answer or call back? Then i went down to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man up and said no problems that it just couldnt keep up?

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It was nice having a casino and several bars right on the property, which made it easy to relax and have fun without leaving the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast ar Primos (I think that was the name) was incredible.

Sooooooo smokey. As a former smoker this was bad even for me. Even the rooms smell like smoke. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is sensitive to smoke. The food there was overall fine. The gambling was fine, but we felt the tables were too high for the traffic.

Front desk woman at check in was very helpful and put us in a handicapped room with walk in shower on the ground floor even though we had not requested that. My wife has difficulty walking any distance and we use a wheelchair for her sometimes. Room was nice and the shower was excellent. The attached casino had only a bar and a hamburger place for eating. Nothing else close that we knew about. The hamburger place was kind of pricey but the food was good. No valet so had to schlep our own luggage from the car in front on arrival to our room and schlep our luggage to the car in the outlaying parking lot on departure. No luggage cart on departure was available.

Hotel was nice, room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that most restaurants were closed during my 5 day stay. The Burger Joint was open and I witnessed a staff member arguing with a customer. Neither was letting it go and had to have the last word.

The Cafe was open in the mornings and I witnessed another incident with a staff member getting hateful with a customer. My last morning the same staff member was hateful with me because I wasn’t standing in the right place to order a coffee to go. It’s not like it was busy and it was the same place I stood the previous mornings.

For hotel and casino purposes it’s a great place to stay. If you’re looking to eat there just know it’s slim pickins and you might get your head bit off by a worker.

The room is beautiful and if you just come to gamble it is a great place. The downside is the restaurants open at 5pm and close at 10 pm. They missed an opportunity with 1500 people leaving the concert venue in the facility with NOTHING open to eat or grab a drink. We just did not expect this. OK so there was a Vietnamese restaurant open until midnight but did not meet our needs.

The following morning upon checkout, we find that they billed us another 18.95 “resort fee”due at checkout. Why? There is no resort! Why wasn’t this fee included in my original purchase price??? This is shady and rediculous. I believe that the leave the 19.00 off to make their rates look better to get more rooms rented and then charge the extra 19.00 afterward because your stuck paying it at this point and they make another 19.00 off of the room. I will not be back.
