I understand this is an extended stay but they keep it really nice. I loved the easy to clean floors that make it worry free when traveling with my dog. Even better that the room is good size because my boy is big and he had plenty of room to move. Two suggestions, well 3. 1. The beds are not super comfortable for long stays but ok for a couple nights. 2. The addition of a doggy area so they can run would be great. 3. An over hang an the entrance would make it nicer when it is raining to get in without tracking water all over. I went to college in this area and it has grown, but is still a nice area where one feels safe. The well lit lot helps tremendously in that respect.

Towels in the room had hair of someone else on it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They mailed me an empty envelope with my deposit when I should have gotten it back. The room smelled like chemicals. My room's door had to be forced shut. The walls were incredibly thin so I could hear everything happening in the rooms adjacent to mine and above. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

When we left the room was as cleaner then when we arrived. floors were scratched and neighbors loud making sleep impossible. Was told to give them a 100$ cash deposit for our pet at the end of our stay we we're told to never give a cash deposit and the GM would have to be reminded. Incredibly unprofessional weird smells permeate the building. You have to keep your dog in a kennel anytime you leave the room. We followed that to the letter but we still reprimanded because they heard our dog barking?? They didn't even bother to check if she was in her kennel which she was.

Booked this stay to recover after a surgery only to learn that the mattress which was a queen size was on a double bedframe hanging of. when checking in, we got laid down all these rules and upon entering the room we learned that everything was very basic and a bit outdated. One bar of soap, etc. construction at reception made it hard hear. We ended up leaving after one night. No refund !!

I didnt like the fact that my room wasnt cleaned for the 11 days I was there. I had to take out my own trash to the dumpster outside. Never had to do this at a hotel before. They say bc its an extended stay facility, but this should be highlighted when people are booking. The snack machines take your money but dont work. One out of 4 staff was helpful.

This property is like all the rest, they want your money but they want to do nothing to get it! I paid an extra $60 for housekeeping and linen exchanges. My room went 3 weeks without being cleaned. They have all kinds of excuses why something doesn't get done, but this is just a bad hotel, save your money.

The maintenance guy thinks that he runs the property. He is very nosey and I witnessed him tell a guest that he was going to get them evicted. There was only 1 front desk worker that was welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable as to why I rated it a little higher in that area.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed at. I got a call from this place 3 hours before my check in to notify me that they have a $100 cash deposit policy. I found it strange but ok I went ahead and got it. The room itself was terrible. There was a foul odor to the room. The floors felt oily and slippery. The shower barely worked. Upon check out I had to check out at 8am to check a flight back home. Inconveniently their front desk does not open till 9 AM. No one was available to check me out. I had no choice but to leave. I called at 9am to notify them I had checked out and asked how would I receive my deposit and the manager stated that I have to pick it up which I explained to her I couldn’t because no one was available at the front desk when I checked out. She stated that’s policy and that they can’t send me my deposit via refund on my credit card or any other form of electronic payment. So I am out of my deposit!! The manager was extremely unprofessional as I’m trying to find any form of resolution and she hung up on me twice and blocked me from calling back. I can’t believe this happened.

They took my credit card yet still insisted I bring $100 cash. When I check in. They did not have a complimentary toothbrush yet they had toothpaste. No lamps or reading lights were at round the bed. There was one small round light in the ceiling which did not work. Upon check out I had to phone so I would receive my cash back. The woman said we will open in 15 minutes. I sad no I am leaving at this moment. I could here staff talking on the other side of the divider which was down. The attendant slid my envelope under the pleated divider at me. Horrible place.

So, the people were nice but the $100 cash deposit plus the extra credit card after purchasing through a third party (Expedia) was really sketchy. Not to mention the place did NOT smell clean and multiple drawers had a sticky stain in them. The room was not what I expected because Expedia said it was a 2 bed room when it was actually one queen. The thing that really sucked were the pillows were incredibly thin and I woke up with neck pain in the morning. The microwave and fridge did work properly though. I definitely won't be staying here again, this place took bare minimum to a whole new level ...

Very rude manager and I mean very rude and obnoxious. First, on check in they sprung a 100 dollar cash requirement and it had to be cash. That took four hours to resolve. But the front staff lady, Sharon, and I worked it out. Sharon was fine. She gave me a coupon code for weekly discount when I asked her about weekly from Craigslist.

The next morning a sullen manager showed up at the door asking for checkout at 10 am. I said I'll come down and pay. I went down there to pay and showed her the coupon and she said she would not honor it because i had already checked in. I said Expedia checked me in for one night. She said that I had once checked in so no longer valid. I told her Sharon checked me in and gave me the coupon for tomorow. The manager just said Sharon does not know what she is doing. Well...I did not hire her. She did. Then the manager started telling me how rude I was the night before when I spent four hours trying to get Expedia to fix the 100 dollar cash requirement. I told her I wasn't rude just stating facts. She said you were rude and I am going to call the police. I told her to go ahead and call the police. She wanted me out right now. This was at 10 am. Told her to do whatever she wanted. Next thing, I go back up to my room to checkout and the cops showed up with the typical you need to leave attitude. Told me I was trespassing. Told them I was not trespassing since I was paid up. They refused to give me a refund and said I'd have to get that on my own,

THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL HOTEL. It is more of a transient living place. Great for those who need it but not for regular travelers. The front desk is only open during the day and not until 9 a.m.. Although they claim to have Express Check In and Check Out, they make YOU PUT UP A $100 CASH DEPOSIT. This was not disclosed clearly in the Rules or Requirements. I received a phone call shortly before checking in. The only way to get this cash deposit back is to keep the little piece of paper receipt and wait for the front desk to be open. I had an appointment at 9 so I had to choose between being late or getting the $100 deposit back. They also do not give Choice Points even though they are listed as a Choice Hotel. Neither Orbitz, nor Choice should be listing this as a hotel available for regular travelers without huge disclosures. Avoid this place unless you need transient living arrangements.

WoodSpring Suites cancelled my reservation because I didn't provide a credit card number over the phone or call back within 30 minutes (I was busy driving in the rain). They couldn't wait another 4 hours to get my credit card information along with a form of ID upon arrival like every other hotel in the world. The booking was already paid in full through Expedia. Really don't see the urgency. They said they also would have cancelled my reservation if I had not answered the phone call or responded to their voicemail within the allotted 30 minutes. It's obvious since I prepaid the booking they are just looking for a way to cancel the reservation, pocket the money, and give the room to someone else. They partially refunded my booking by keeping the value of first night stay even though they were the ones who cancelled on me. There are better places elsewhere. Avoid this poorly managed property.

Clean place but the Cleaner they use smells awful!

If you want a clean, cheap place to stay, then this is for you. No bed bugs to worry about! Things were clean, but the smell of the cleaner that they use to cover the pet smells is awful. It is so strong that it made me sick, literally! The sound of dogs barking in the room above us all night didn't help either. The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed so, I had to sleep backwards. I placed my shirt over the pillow to mask the smell from the sheets! I was miserable before I left the next morning. The ladies that worked at the front desk were soooo nice! They were the best part about the place.

The actual stay was ok overall but I needed to check in a couple hours early and was rudely denied. I was there for business and had gotten in early. I had suitcases and there is no lobby so no where to sit. I was told I could wait outside. There was people sitting all over parking lot smoking and kept they were coming up to me asking questions. I had to go rent a car to have a place to put my luggage and wait for check in time. Also someone stole my laundry basket when I was doing my laundry.

Overall not a good experience. The hotel has awful policies, everyone has to ID regardless if you are checking in or not. Outside there are drug addicts just sitting around making the area less safe. The bed was cheap quality and squeaks. The shower had a shower curtain instead of glass door and for the type of shower it just makes water splash out everywhere. The tv is old quality and the place just looks run down. I would not recommend staying here unless its your last resort.

Got there 45mins before check in time. I was told I had to wait till 3pm. 3pm comes, I was told the system was down and had to wait 51mins, before I was able to check in. If they had just let me check in early when the system was up. A room should have been available. I wasn't compensated for having to wait 51 more minutes, after I could have checked in. I will NEVER book this hotel again!

This property does not even have a supply of forks, much less any table lamps. There are no pictures on the walls. There are no amenities whatsoever. It doesn’t matter what you need you will not find it here. It was very very busy late at night but quiet. Angela keeps the place clean and she’s so good to meet. Best part of my stay.

The ghastly state of the property is the BEST part of this business. The unscrupulous management -- uniform upcharging in every category of the bill, and refusal to give even an oral itemization until AFTER payment, and then refusal to give any written itemization, at all -- bears all the hallmarks of mobsters. They refused me any refund, even after I demanded it and summoned the police. They will be sued, as the police encouraged. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Checking in is like visiting day in prison. No lobby, just a window. My \"suite\" is just a room. Though advertised with a kitchenette, there is no coffee pot, nothing. There is a vending machine, no coffee. No ice. When I asked, I was told to fill the ice trays! No lamps, just a bright overhead spotlight. When in bed, it shines right in your face. The beds are high, metal stilted, look like reformatory/dormitory beds. This is a classic case of looking good on the outside, shantytown on the inside.

Website says you can check in until 3 am. Arrived at 1:50 am after a long night of driving to nobody at the desk. Call the number listed for after hour needs and am told by the lady that nobody can check in after midnight. I complain and say the website says you can check in until 3. She says the website is wrong. No worries though, she lets me know I can speak with the manager, in the morning. I’ve already paid for my room and just want the key, but was turned away. Ridiculous. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never stay here

This was one of the least pleasant experiences at a property. If it had not been such a short trip and the property right next to where I had meetings, I would have left. The first room I was assigned was completely torn apart and uncleaned. The room they moved me too a few hours later when I returned from a meeting was made up, but was not in great shape. Chipped walls, paint on the floors, no shower curtain in the room, etc. made it all feel very uncared for.

I don’t usually complain but since you asked. The front door was broken. Had to wait to check in while the clerk was dealing with a computer issue. Upon checkin I discovered there was a non refundable deposit for my dog plus a $5 charge. That almost doubled the price of the room. Being a lifelong non smoker, I noticed a distinct smell of tobacco but couldn’t tell if it was from the room or coming from smokers outside my air conditioner.
The decor was dated but considering the price, that didn’t surprise me. The location was good and since I only spent one night, my expectations were low. The hotel certainly met my expectations.

Not an extended suits hotel

This property is advertised as a extended suite hotel. There were no essential amenities except for one small bar of soap. No shampoo, no plastic cups, no in room coffee. Although there are kitchen facilities there are no plates, cups, glasses, pot and pans, etc. This certainly NOT an extended suites hotel. It's barely a motel. Most guest appeared to be residential tenants, not hotel guests. Skip this property!

The building is pretty new from what you see on the outside. During the stay the three week stay 12 if the days either the water was off or not hot. Also the elevator was out of service at one point and then it was fixed. Upon checking in after 4pm my room was also not clean and had to be cleaned by front desk. If you are expecting cooking utensils as most of these extended stay properties have well then be prepared to bring your own. The property was cleaned frequently and that was a plus. It’s the fact it’s getting cooler out and we either had no water or no hot water during the stay. We checked out early due to this being a constant issue and recieved a refund

Arrived at hotel at 7:30 pm, could not check in due to a computer outage and room wasn't prepared, check in time is 3pm. Came back an hour later and still wasn't ready. Stuck in a town with no available rooms I was furious. After given a key and access to a filthy room I was content enough. I booked a room with 2 beds and given a room with one. There was no toilet paper and hair everywhere on everything.
There was no peace or quiet, kids screaming all night and nonstop noise. Thee people that work there are inept and lazy. Hotels.com was no help and pathetic in the situation.

I was turned away when I arrived due to their overbooking and had to find another hotel on Hotels.com using a different email because my app wouldn’t let me change! Please advise as to what I need to do for refund

I liked the room setup, full size fridge, and stove tops. The elevator takes FOREVER and the door close button doesn't work.

After 45 minutes at checkin they finally said no rooms available. They apparently had housekeeping problems understandable in these times of bideneconomics. Tried to contact hotels .com for 40 minutes for refund still waiting. Unable to complete our plans/

Expedia overbooked our stay which we didn’t find out until 1:00 pm the day of the stay. It left us without a hotel 2 hours away from home and made for a very stressful situation. Will not use Expedia again due to the fact we were not the only ones to be overbooked by them that weekend. Cannot take the chance of not having a place to stay. Very unsatisfactory service.

This the worst property I've ever stayed. I arrived about midnight and had to wait almost two hours for service at the desk n for check in to be completed. The towels n blankets are very messy and the hall ways have a bad odour. The beds are very uncomfortable and the toilet kept running for the entire time we were there. We had a booking for 1 week but could not ensure so we were out of there by the fourth day cause the conditions were unbearable (n ohh...we were told we would not be refunded since the booking was for 1 week and therefore there were difference in rates.) Very poorly managed property n a waste of money. Its better to spend the extra bucks and go somewhere decent!! Never again!!!

No frills, clean hotel.

Room was clean. Service was good. It’s not a luxury hotel, set up as extended stay with small range top and full size refrigerator. Overall nice experience.

This was a very clean spot wife and loved it and if I have to work in area I will stay here again !!!!!
