My tv was a little too loud which was understandable but I’d recommend when staff comes to my room to not try to open the door or atleast call first. The bathroom fan didn’t work and woke up in the middle of the night to the vanity sink overflowing. Floor baseboard pieces were worn off and just tossed on the ground.

Overall this was a decent property with a nice breakfast, a clean room, and free parking. My only complaint is the smell of marijuana during the night when I was trying to sleep. It was a very strong smell all night long and not acceptable.

The stay was fair if you’re looking for budget. Older property that was apparently remodeled but something overlooked. Otherwise I was ok with stay but please continue up on wiping and cleaning breakfast area, consistently,cleaning and sanitizing windows and doors

everything seemed clean. BUT our room should be renovated soon. Sink faucet handle gushed water when used. Tub was stained and atrocious--the plug no longer attached to a fixture in the drain. Entrance to tub/toilet room was a tripping hazard--wife tripped once on it. Internet access was spotty, and turned off and manually turned back on every 2 minutes or so.

The hotel itself was a great value as we were pleased with the condition of the place. The reason for the so so rating is, while we were there, the area where the hotel was located went under a boil water advisory. We had to prompt the staff to check this out and after they acknowledged that it was true they did not put out any notices to the guest of this.

Average 3.5 star hotel. Stay was overall very good. Room was clean and amenities are decent. It’s just your average budget hotel nothing special but not bad either. You get what you pay for we were not disappointed I would stay here again for the price range especially if you just need a quick place and won’t be in the room a ton. If you’re looking for premium though this isn’t it. I would say this is a solid 3.5 star hotel.

This was our second time staying at this location. Checking in was easy and quick. Both stays we had issues with our keycards. Our door would not shut without being pulled up and slammed. Our room was clean at a glance, but not thoroughly. The fridge had someone’s old food in it, along with a case of beer. The floor near the window was not swept or mopped. The staff is always friendly and pleasant.

Paid a housekeeping deposit and never got it back.We always stay more than one night and always keep the room tidy I never have the maid come in until we check-out.The hotel was ok. Staff was friendly but hard to find at times.Breakfast was never on time. I believe they are experiencing a staff shortage.

The eggs at breakfast were the worst eggs Iv ever eaten at a hotel in my life. They were crusty and not fresh. Look like they were pre wrapped in plastic and cooked way in advance. You could find a better egg at the McDonald’s in the hood. I also caught influenza at your hotel. I’m not sure if the person in the room prior was sick but I didn’t sleep at all both nights I was there I was so sick.

We were given a room that was completely dirty, bed unmade, trash still in the room. We were eventually given a new room. The couch was ripped, had stains on it, overall felt very gross. Additionally, was charged an additional $60 without explanation, we had a pet and were told it was just an additional $10, not $60. Our room also had a very unpleasant smell. Would never stay here again and suggest others stir clear. We are two active-duty service members, traveling with a baby and a small dog.

Overall, I was a little bit disappointed in this hotel. Walking in for the first time the lobby was very nice and hotel staff was great. Got to our room and it just felt kind of dirty. There was sticky Chinese sauce along the base of the bed and other places of something sticky around the chair and window. I truly don’t think the floors were mopped or this would’ve been gone. My light colored socks were super dirty after being in the room for one night. Paint was missing on the walls from luggage and such hitting it I’m sure. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures when booking. Overall, I think it just kind of reaching that point to where it’s kind of rundown and needing a face lift and a deep clean. It was one of the cheaper hotels on I-270 and Dorsett however, and was very safe and conveniently located.

Room wasn’t very clean. There are dead fruit flies in the refrigerator, pieces of paper on the floor, hair on the toilet, the pillows smelled of wet hair and the mattress was lumpy. I would have checked out but rooms were scarce due to a convention. In my 67 years of travel, I have never experienced anything quite like my stay here. If I could have rated it less than one star I would have.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Smelled of smoke in our room and doorways to outside. People standing directly outside the door smoking. You could hear other people all around inside the room. Our sink leaked and maintenance was not available (not completely the staff’s fault.) was not very clean in hallways and elevators. I would not stay here again.

The staff were superb! The hotel? Not so much. Our lamp flickered nonstop, the AC whistled and screamed all night, and the beds were far from comfortable. It was a tad noisy but the hotel appeared to be packed as well. This is a pet friendly hotel, but there are not a lot of spaces for pet relief. It's also right next to what appears to be a popular bus station.

This property was incredibly clean and seems to be updated recently to keep up with modern times. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating to our single issue we encountered. My only downside to this hotel, was the size was on the smaller side and only one elevator, which made going back to my room a longer process due to the traffic in the morning.

We did not end up staying here. When we got to the room, it smelled funky. My husband went to the ac unit and pulled out the filters and they were FULL. When he went to the bathroom to empty them into the trash, he discovered there was black mold in on the ceiling where there appeared to be water damage. The shower/bathtub was yellowing. Overall it just wasnt great. He went downstairs and they offered a different room. That rooms AC wasnt working. SO we just got a refund and found somewhere else to stay.

I could not comfortably use my laptop to attend to business matters. The piece of furniture used for a desk in the rooms is not at desk height and the chair could not be raised high enough to use it. I looked all over the property for a comfortable alternative and there was none.

There was no place to hang business clothes, and the iron was too dirty to use.

The carpet in the hallways was not vacuumed well at all. Debris along edges and corners. Dog poop on the first floor when getting off the elevator sat for most of day before getting cleaned up. Room was not serviced the entirety of our stay. The 'gazebo' area was disgusting and the furniture completely worn out and terribly uncomfortable.

Property seemed safe enough, except for when we found an exit door propped open with a rock one night.

Bath/shower very unsafe! Safety bars are needed for even an able-bodied person because of the slick marble walls and floor.

I sat on the side chair in the room and one of the legs came off. Further inspection looked like the leg was being used as a prop and was not attached to the chair.

The hotels.com site rated this hotel an 8, which is why I booked it. I will report to hotels.com that it most definitely is not an 8.

The stay was your average stay at a hotel. It did what we needed it to. There were just a few things that could have been better maintained. The pool seemed green so we didn’t even attempt to swim in it. Our beds were clean and neat however the bathroom sink had a huge crusted up something on the faucet and that was not great to see and the shower had hair on the wall. The floor could have used some cleaning and our mirror was filthy with markings all over the glass.

The staff was friendly and professional and the grounds and property were very clean. Free breakfast was average, but the specialty coffee machine that was available all day and evening was 10/10! This is an older hotel, so there are a few issues - our rooms were very humid - to the point that some candy I had fused together and all of our clothing felt slightly damp. We tried turning on the heat to dry the room a bit but it didn't help. Our friend across the hall had a similar experience. I love that it's a pet friendly hotel and was especially glad to see the floors were not carpeted. Not a bad hotel at the expedia price. A bbq restaurant in the same parking lot and a Quick Trip across the street. Convenient.

We were there for a special reason, being that my husband had eye surgery that morning and had to return for a follow-up the next day. Meanwhile he was supposed to lie flat on his back for 3 days as part of his recuperation. Since: we had a long drive from Illinois, we didn't want to have to drive home and then turn around and drive back the next day, while he was supposed to be flat on his back in bed! So we decided to rent a nearby hotel room for that first day and night.
Since check-in was 3:00 and we knew we would be done at the surgery center probably around 1:00, we called and asked Christine if we could possibly check in earlier. She was very accommodating and said that if she had a room ready, we could certainly check in early. Thank you Christine, you certainly made a stressful day a lot nicer!
The hotel was very clean and attractive, the breakfast was great, and we totally enjoyed our stay as much as we could under the circumstances!
