I think you need a bit of refreshing… carpeting was looking pretty threadbare in our room… bad scuffs on the walls…a bit tired looking.

Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff.

We had no working air conditioning or heat. My husband has pulmonary fibrosis and needed air conditioning . The hotel was booked due to a convention. The room was small. Rooms are outdated. The lobby and bar area, is nice. I expected our room to reflect that. The pool was horrible. It was dark inside. The metal ceiling is falling down. Some of the tables are slanting. I would not stay again at this location. The outlet behind the chair in the corner of the room is hanging out of the wall! That was scary!

The facility is used by sport teams Th- Sunday and it shows the wear. Very outdated and cleanliness is questionable. Stay elsewhere. Cookies were good :)

The stay wasn’t exceptionally bad but I was a little disappointed in a few things. The wash rags smelled like body odor which was pretty gross and there was an outstanding amount of dust in the bathroom on the light fixtures. The host staff were friendly and the room was decently clean. My biggest complaint is the food. I booked this hotel on looks and because it had a restaurant with breakfast buffet that could be purchased with the room. The food and coffee were terrible! The lobby coffee was undrinkable

Despite notifying the front desk of a woman's fingernails (painted quite elaborately) were on the floor of our bathroom and that the toilet was leaking, no one came to fix it or clean it up while we were out - they did come in to make the bed (?). The carpet in the hallways had ripples in them as if they were buckling and the walls desperately needed to be painted.

It was a Great Stay vacation for us!

When my wife and arrived at Double tree by Hilton. Our room wall very clean and the roses for my wife were in our room before we checked in as I requested and I really appreciated that. We were given 2 bottles of waters and cookies at the front desk and also Chris, Front Office Manager had also personally left his business
card, 2 additional bottles of waters and took the vase of Roses up to our room himself.

Disappointing Doubletree - way below average

The hotel was run down and in rough shape. No AC in the elevator and it was very hot/humid in the hallways and elevator. There was mold on the ceilings of the tenth floor, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was rust in the shower, old/outdated tvs and AC - AC stopped working at 4am and had to change rooms where we had a very noisy window unit.

Great customer service example

I gave a good rating due to the front desk personnel (Emily) exceptional customer service. Upon arrival the handicap amenities that were requested was not honored and after several attempts to correct the situation. It seemed like an endless battle, but the hotel redeemed itself and demonstrated great customer service.

Room very worn, stained carpets, lots of dings and scrapes, shower handle loose, water didn't get hot until after 5 minutes in the shower, security lock loose on door frame. Check out person really didn't aeem to care. Beds were clean amd comfortable but for the price and the brand I expected better.

Check in was smooth and liked the cookie. The TV was a real problem and until I departed it wasn't working properly. Staff tried to rectify, they should have given me a new room or TV but didn't.
Multiple problems with the key card. Staff acme to change the battery and problem solved. For just a two day stay had multiple calls to front desk to fix problems.

The hotel is a bit dated. The air conditioner is an older unit in the room and very loud. It would stop and start in the night waking me up. Also the lights in the halls and near the elevator are not very bright - it is very dim- not very safe!

We had a good stay. The beds were soft and comfortable, the staff was good also the pool was ok, something for the kids. But the only thing i think need work is the breakfast buffet and no horse play at the pool. The eggs weren't hot also it was freezing in the room i could hardly enjoy my breakfast. At the pool there were some unshapparoned kids who was horse playing so my kids couldn't enjoy the pool. So our stay there was ok.

I am EXTREMELY particularly with choosing my hotels. That being said I was not disappointed, in the least.

I was promptly and properly greeted by the staff upon arrival, and was even allowed to check in early. I was also informed that they were short staffed at the moment and I completely understood this, seeing as it is the holidays and I was once a housekeeper myself, so I know the struggle all too well.

Any requests I made was met with a smile and completion, as I did not as for much beyond towels and few more minutes to checkout.

A total waste of money.

The room was a disappointment on so many levels. The water took forever to get hot and then it was intermittent cold hot the windows dirty the walls in the bathroom was were not clean. The walls in the room had been colored on by previous costumers. The carpet was torn and tattered. The ceiling had water stains on them from past leaks. The cabinet door knob was missing a screw. My wife and i just wanted to get away for little stay cation. What a let down this place was

I was disappointed in this property. Being under the Hilton name I expected a cleaner space. The breakfast was highly disappointing and I’m glad we didn’t have to pay the expensive fee for it. The choices were very limited. The floors in the dining area were cleaner than the floors in the room we stayed in which was a plus since we were eating there. Unfortunately, everyone that was in our baseball group had the same experiences. We are very unlikely to come back to your facility.
