There was a power outage during my stay, and only one elevator was operational. Unfortunately, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The first unit I was assigned also had a strong smell, as if the restroom had just been used and not properly cleaned. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning of the property, along with routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Our room door does not lock- you can see where someone has tried to jimmy it with a screwdriver from outside! Very poor quality of everything including food unfortunately.

Staff was nice, easy check in. Once we entered the room, pillows was dirty. Floors had not been vacuumed. Sheets was dirty and looks like someone slept in the bed. Tv was not working. Called for help, noone ever came. Checked out early and wil never stay here again. Never received an apology or compensation for the last night I didn't stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and kept texting to see if anything was needed. However, I thought it was odd to not have a microwave or small refrigerator in the rooms. I’ve stayed in Double Trees’s before that had both. I suggest they look into adding them back in.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Hilton! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made settling in easy after our travels.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and we appreciated the little touches like fresh linens, a well-stocked bathroom, and a relaxing atmosphere overall. Everything was well-maintained.

Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would definitely choose Hilton again for future trips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a stress-free stay!

Airport shuttle didn't respond, so we had to take an expensive Uber. Reserved a two-bed room, for my family of four, but was told at check in that only one-bed was available. Was then told that a couch was in the room, which there was not. Family members had to sleep on the floor and sitting up in an awful chair. Furnishings were rundown, cigarette burns on them.

Front desk staff were rude, AC was loud, toilet flushed but the bowl wouldnt fill with water, $18 for a jack and coke double that didnt have much alcohol and didnt even taste like whiskey, restaurant was severely understaffed. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The GM of that particular hotel sat in the office as I sat in the lobby for about 35 minutes, awaiting to check in, and when he came out of the office and asked what I needed he checked me in and for the entirety of my stay, they couldn’t find my room, but my key worked

I had a very pleasant stay at DoubleTree. Shortly after checking in, I noticed the television in my room wasn’t working, and the staff handled it immediately by moving me to a new room with no hassle at all.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the team was—it made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again.

Booked a Delux room pain extra for it however there was nothing Delux about it. Bed was uncomfortable at all. No sofa as pictured in the pictures provided. No fridge. No extra towels. Nothing went as expected. I would've paid less for a better experience at a holday inn but chose double tree since it's part of the hilton hotels which i never had issues with the hilton hotels.

Old - Tired and Outdated - do not stay

Had to move to new room - first room NO AC and horrible smell.

Room 2 deadlock didn’t work. VERY dated everywhere you look, no refrigerator, no pool (actually filled in and concrete over pool).

Doubletree has really fallen to the bottom, hoping this is just a one off.

Only saving grace with this location is that the ev charging worked and they had 4 chargers - although an employee parked daily in the first spot (not an ev vehicle)

This property has no pool, although their main website and Expedia's show one. Although there is breakfast. It is not free. For the same price and in the same area, you can do a lot better. Most have pools and a free breakfast for the same price. When my husband asked about the pool and breakfast, stadd were very rude! Will not go back!

Overall nice hotel. The bar/restaurant located in there is nice, just wish it was open later. One of the rooms smelled like weed (despite being a smoke-free facility). I mentioned it to the front desk. They apologized and switched us to a new room. However, on that floor, several smoke detectors had low batteries that were incessantly beeping all night. Overall a decent hotel, just had some unfortunate hiccups that could have been easily fixed with due diligence.

Everything was awesome! From the staff around the property, the front desk, as well as in the Underground Burger Bar. Speaking of the burger bar, the food hit the spot! The gentleman who operated the shuttle was very informative and told us about a great soul food spot not too far from the hotel. It was delicious!

Next time I’m in STL, I will definitely be staying at this Doubletree! I suggest you do the same!

Not to mention they charge you 250 for basically a deposit until you check out so expect to pay for your room plus 250

The staff was friendly. The ac in the room worked just fine. However in the rest of the hotel, it was a sauna. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. The food was decent. It was hard to eat though because the room temp was so hot. I am not sure if its like that all the time or if we just got them on a bad note. It should have been mentioned when we checked in. Not at all what you would expect from a Hilton chain.

There was no one at the check in for ten minutes. The entire staff was grump and acted like they didn’t want to be there. When we checked out, no one answered the front desk (shocker), and no one was at the front when we left. Crap

It was old and musty the hallways did not have air conditioning the front desk charged me a different rate than what was quoted extra fees on top of everything else the pool was Not Existent and closed we were really looking forward to swimming and that was Big disappointment for us. The front desk service was very rude This hotel was next to a condemned hotel which was scary. I would Not recommend this hotel to stay at

We stayed here for a soccer tournament so didn’t have a say in which hotel was chosen. It was mid June and the pool was under construction. Inside the hotel was dirty and run down though the actual rooms were fine. The restaurant food was terrible and the service was poor. On the day we checked in someone tried to get into my elderly mom’s room with a thin wire under her door. I went to the front desk to report it and turns out it was the hotel staff. They never actually checked my mom in even though they took her credit card and ID and issued her keys. So they were trying to get into her room because they rented it to someone else. Then they acted like we had done something wrong which made no sense. They never said anything about a $50 per day temporary charge and again acted like i was the idiot when I questioned why my credit card charge was so high. Terrible service, staff, experience. Many other families in the group had issues with this hotel.

It was a nice stay. Pros include location to airport, clean and reasonably priced. Cons include unstocked fitness room no towels, super hot/humid and trash all around. There was also no hand soap in my room and barely enough towels and toilet paper although the other amenities were well stocked including body wash. I wasn’t able to check in via the app which just slows things down. Overall nice stay, worth the money.
