The lobby and main floor areas were well maintained and left a positive first impression. However, the third-floor hallway felt extremely outdated—like stepping back into the 1970s.
In the room, the TV was honestly the highlight of the stay. The office chair had visible stains on the back, and the sitting chair was in such poor condition it’s hard to even describe. The bed was acceptable, but for the price paid and the expectations associated with a Hilton property, it fell short.
Overall, this stay was very disappointing for the cost. I would strongly recommend that Hilton senior management visit this property themselves to evaluate whether it meets the brand standards they expect guests to experience.

The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn

The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing.
Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly.

The staff were very well intentioned and tried to be accommodating, but this was among the worst hotel stays I can recall over many decades of travel. Airport shuttle never arrived, requiring us to get a $20 cab for a 3-4 minute drive. First assigned room would not go above 54 degrees. Second room had mold all over the tub.

The bathroom body wash dispensers and lotion were empty. The shuttle service stated shuttle to local area. When asked shuttle driver he said yes but the front desk stated no. Change your website to reflect airport only. Never asked about our stay. Toilet paper and towels were overlooked. Dinner was good breakfast was expensive for what was offered.

The air conditioner was not working. Our room never got below 75. We arrived late in the evening and by the time we got to our room, we were very tire. Woke up in the middle of the night and the temp was 75 even though it was set to 70. The next morning went to take a shower and no hot water. Told the front desk at checkout but because I booked through hotels.com they said there as nothing they could do except for give me a few points.

My.toliet did not work, flushing was difficult. I had maid service knocking on my door at 8am. This hotel listed breakfast but because of booking 3rd party, i was i formed i had to pay for breakfast. To have a fridge that was listed as an amenity, it was an additional cost. Our conference roo.s were very hot, many roomes rith no heat. The bathrooms provded for the event i was attending had a major leak and floors were wet for the entirety of the conference.

the rooms had a smell in them that was not pleasant. we had to switch from another hallway that smelled like turpentine/strong paint type smell. The fan had a whistle that made noise every time it turned on.

front desk staff excellent. Lynette was very accommodating in spite of a full room of cancelled flight clients.

Upon arrival the staff was kind and the lobby and bar/restaurant area were clean and inviting. However, the fire alarm went off several times during the night. On the initial alarm I left my room and went down the back stairs and was met by a large group, who were admittedly “swingers “ who were on floors 7-9. They showed their private parts and and acknowledged that it was a “swingers convention. Won't stay here again

Staff at check-in was not friendly. Room was very cold when I arrived (58 degrees). The heater had one setting - heat to 78 degrees (too warm). Lamps in room appeared broken/tilted. Visible screws protruding from bathroom cabinet. The peep hole on the door was located too high for a 5'3" person to use. (Noise in hallway, unable to check peep hole before opening door. Safety concern!) Outside cold air blowing thru vent in closet, made room very cold. No small refridgerator.

We booked six different rooms and three of the six were not what we booked, 3 of them didn’t have the view and one of them had double beds and not a king. One of the couches was covered in dog hair, and another one had a white crusty spot on it. Also the male bartender was extremely rude and made several comments to our group that were hateful as well as other guest we observed.

Full-service hotel amenities unfortunately combined with the in-room maintenance you might expect at a cheap roadside motel. On the upside: Super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, nice lobby, convenient to airport, and free shuttle (although plan ahead as it only goes every 30 minutes).

Room looks great! Front desk was excellent- efficient, helped me with my long term parking, got me right where I needed to be. Key worked for elevators and room, no problems. I now know the shuttle schedule for tomorrow morning. Everything has been smooth. Room is clean and in order. We're watching a movie on AMC on free local cable. All is well. I'm happy as a clam. 😀

My first room, smelled like mold, under the cushions on the couch was dirty, with food crumps and wrappers, and the side tables were dusty. So l asked for a new room. I was given a new room, which was just OK, comparatively. The next morning, l open the coffee maker to make myself a cup of coffee, only to find vomit in the coffee maker. I didn’t feel like moving again, just asked for a new coffee maker. But l stayed in there upset, traumatized and disgusted.

The stay would have been nice but there was a few turnoffs for me...I feel like for the price of the room they should at least provide a microwave and mini fridge for you to be able to bring back food without having to throw it away. The carpets, furniture, blanket on bed and baseboards were dirty. I feel as if a little bit more attention can be given to the upkeep of the room. Even the remote control to the TV was crusty. I requested new sheets and I wiped down things with Clorox wipes I always travel with so I can deal with most of that. Last I want to point out that the hallways on my floor smelled like weed. Other than those issues, the hotel is beautiful, the pool was nice, the staff was nice. Those were the pluses.

The hotel could not find my reservation with Expedia. Then, I went the Expedia website to get help through the virtual agent who was also unable to locate my reservation. Since I landed after midnight and needed a room immediately, I ended up paying for the room myself in addition to paying Expedia for the room. There needs to be a hotline to call Expedia on these situations. I now will have to spend hours getting this situation resolved.

Evening staff weren’t helpful much. The room doesn’t have a microwave or fridge. When asked if we could get one we didn’t ever get a response when the front lady said she would check on one. For the price you pay for a night you would think they offer that.

The issues i have is there was no refrigerator in the room. And while taying there and paying 150.00 per night. I was charged an additional 16.00 per night to park there. On top of they didnt offer continental breakfast. That was an additional charge.

All the rooms in this location need a makeover! Just like they did the lobby! Mold in the bathroom sink around the boarders in room and shower. Room carpet smelt horrible! I had to ask the front desk for air freshener. Out dated furniture in room look warn down. Fruit flies in room every day and lobby bar area. Rooms are just not worth the money at all. But the lobby area is all new and beautiful! That’s how they trick you. Cause the rooms are antique!

The front dest staff wasn't nice. She intentionally gave me a room in towerll which was very far from the elevator. I had 3 heavy baggages and i told her but she didnt care. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. It was only 1 night and had an early flight so i just left ASAP.

The ballroom is beautiful. The staff was even nice however housekeeping needs to be trained how to clean a bathroom. I wanted to ask the people at the front desk if I could train them free of charge because the first room I had the bathroom had hair all on the side of the tub. They gave me another room with no problem and that bathroom was dirty also I will never stay here again

Our air conditioner was not working and maintenance had to come work on it. Not once but twice when it kept working. This was the case for both rooms we rented. Rooms are dated and need updated. Quite disappointing for whats suppose to be a luxury hotel.
