Our stay was not pleasant. On arrival, our sheets were clearly not clean. It was difficult getting staff attention to fix the issue. The bathroom did not have a hair dryer and by the last morning, the water stopped working. Aside from the proximity to the airport, it was not a good experience staying here.

The hotel smelled of Marjuana from the second that you walked through the doors, we got the the room and there was blood stains on the sheets, the toilet would not flush half the time, there was no water pressure so we were not able to take a shower, only baths and it took 45 minutes for the bath to fill up with water. You could hear doors slamming all night and the smell of marjuana was constant. The environment was not safe at all, on the first night my husband went to use the microwave and there was someone naked in the waiting room, completely exposed. I would not ever recommend staying here

Had room 208, one of the first rooms at the top of the stairs. Smelled marijuana all night long, had horrible water pressure, and the entire stay there was someone opening and shutting a very heavy and loud door close by, and I mean alllll night long. Woke me up several time. Only had like three channels that worked on the television, which was annoying, and the ones that did work are digital and kept cutting out so it was pointless to even try to turn the television on to block out the sound of the loud door. Extremely poor hot water pressure too, so I basically had to take a cold shower.

The room was clean, the hard floors were nice, it’s just a really old facility. The lady working the desk was friendly, the area felt really safe, and it was super convenient for someone flying out the next day. Easy drive to the airport parking garages, and you can park on the hotel site too and shuttle back and forth.

Had I brought a fan with me to block out all the noise my stay would’ve been much better, and it’s my fault for not doing so, I guess.

If you stay here, expect the bare minimum, or to just be disappointed in general.

The hotel had very thin walls. I got locked out of my room because the battery on the door went dead. The staff didn't know where the master key was. The bed was supposed to be a queen. It was little more than a roll away bed. The shuttle was confusing at airport pick up. There is a van for multiple hotels, but the shuttle driver did not share this important detail. Never again will i stay here

Plaster was falling off the walls, the room did not seem clean at all, and it was so bad that I went across the street to another hotel to see if they had room rooms. Unfortunately, they did not so I slept in my clothes because the sheets seemed gross.

The sink in the room's bathroom did not have hot water and and was low pressure. The water in the bathtub/shower barely got warm and that was some of the time, but had to get the knob in the right posititon to get to that warm temp. The need to clean the base boards. Looks like recent floor replacement, but housekeeping need to do a better job of cleaning construction dust.

Please spend the extra money and do not stay here. We had ants in our room, and just filthy in the rooms and around the whole building. There is NO comforters, only flat sheets to sleep with. You can ask for a second one, but it still does not do much. The place was very ran down, not quiet in the hallway through the night, and reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. As a women, I also did not feel safe one bit in this hotel.

The hallway was really gross to walk through just to get to the room. It was extremely dirty. They do not have an elevator. The window in my room was barely holding on and was leaking from the rain. The sheets were dirty on both beds. I ended up booking an earlier flight home and not even staying in the room that I paid for. Shuttle service was good, lady at the front desk was nice, but that was about it. 10/10 do not recommend

Served its purpose as a cheap place to stay but it is severely run down. Literally chucks of wall and outlets missing and broken. Carpet coming up and gross. Phone didn’t work, shower head water pressure was very low and water took forever to get hot. Walls very thin and guests were loud. No microwave in room it was at front desk. Breakfast was basically non existent, everything was always out. Only fruit, yogurt, cereal, and waffles available but it had usually run out and they don’t restock.

Took me 20-25 minutes to check in . Front desk was vacant. Two other people came in also to check in. The gentleman went to go find someone to assit us to no avail. Went to my room finally, key card wouldnt wk,after 3 trips to front desk was assigned a different room. Bed was hard as a rock, no microwave, no hairdryer, barely luke warm water. Wont reccomend.

Horrible, No microwave. roaches. daily changes sheets, towels and vacuum is not an option. no ice machine. if guest come, they are forced to seat on the bed. no chairs for guest. Unsavory guest WALKING IN THE HALLWAY. HORRIBLE. NO ICE MACHINE. THE LOCATION IS WHAT WILL FOOL YOU. IDEAL BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE... BE ON GUARD IF YOU WANT TO STAY, IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT BOOK THE ROOM I INITIAL WAS GIVEN WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, I CHECKED THE WINDOW, THE LOCK WAS BROKEN, MEANING ANYONE COULD ENTER AND KILL OR RAPE ME OR IF I WAS GONE STEAL ALL MY POSSESION. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL. I DON;T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. The breakfast did not have everything out and when I asked the lady taking care of the breakfast said that’s it when clearly the other guests had items that were not displayed.

I need a refund. There was dirty wet stains in the blind, cigarette burn stains in furniture and bed sheets in two rooms with a smell. Carpet is old and top comforter worn down. I had to leave immediately upon seeing this and after I told the attendant she showed us a second room with the same problems. We explained to her that it was not of our standard and she was amicable. However I was unable to get a refund because of the third party situation that I am attempting to navigate now. She canceled the reservation from the site.

This has be our hotel of choice for the last 5yrs we usually stay 3x a year and have never had any issues but this weekend. Out of the 5 rooms booked 3 had roaches. Front staff wasn't very much help. Had to keep our bags on the bed praying we didn't take any of there unwanted guest home with us. Hopefully they'll realize that some people don't live like that and get that roach problem taking care of.

There were roaches on the bed and in the bathroom. The bedspreads had burn holes and the shower handle completely fell off. The first room smelled bad and had roaches on the bed so they moved us. The second room had roaches in the bathroom and all the other problems i mentioned.

2-star hotel, convenient to STL airport

Affordable hotel near the airport. It's also very near major highways and a train track, and our room was on that side so it could have been quieter.

When we first came in, the entire first floor, and a little in the room itself, had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke. I assume the entire hotel is not smoke-free.

The large gap under the door to the room, and the curtain that did not fit flush with the wall, made the room quite bright after our eyes adjusted to the dark.

We were a bit let down by the free breakfast - there were not even doughnuts, bagels or yogurts (although there was a waffle maker, toaster and two cereal options).

On the good side, the price was reasonable and there is a free shuttle to/from the airport, and the mattress was very comfortable so we slept as well as possible given the jet lag.

Read all the reviews. I booked this hotel for 2 nights, we only stayed here one night.
First room bottom floor, the window lock was broken, the front desk did move to another room. Second room, well This place is terrible. The beds are like sleeping on a roll away cot. The room smells just like a smoking lounge. The breakfast well there was apples, oranges and cereal. The tub You will also want to wear shoes in the shower. I won't get a refund for the second night I didn't stay, but I am hoping they put the 100.00 deposit back on my card. Why they ask for a deposit for a hotel that is totally falling apart is beyond me.
We stayed the baymount in the next over.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Dirty. Customer service was non existent. Room was 90* when I checked in. Didn’t get lower then 80 by next day. Paid for parking to airport with shuttle service. When I got back from trip they didn’t have a shuttle running like I was told. So cost me an Uber. Just pay the extra couple bucks and get a good hotel and parking from a place that’s reliable.

Check in was easy and Danny was great. The beds were comfortable but the rest of the room was old, dirty, and gross. There is no on site restaurant as described in the overview so we had to order delivery. We set our boxed pizza on the desk and 5 minutes later there were 2 baby roaches heading towards it. All the furniture and picture frames were old and falling apart.

Have no laundry facilities, I used a plastic bag placed it over the face sink hole filled it with water and did my laundry, drained them in the bathtub on the rack, took the rack and placed it in front the air condition, when I was out I opened the curtains and sunlight did the rest

Breakfast- Each day we got waffles (we made) good quality orange and apple juice, bread to toast and butter
cereal and cold milk no hot milk.
No boiled eggs, no protein, no Jam, no cupcakes no patties etc.
There is a communal Microwave for use in front of the Breakfast area. Nice area to like, I spent about 14 nights there.

Thankfully we only had to sleep a short time before heading to the airport or I would have left. Room was nasty. Floors had burns, no hot water, furniture was torn, sheets had stains. Only good thing is we got a parking spot up front and under a light while we were gone on our trip and the shuttle service was great and on time!

The breakfast is the worst I’ve ever seen. No eggs and nothing at all in the glass door refrigerator they have on the counter. I checked many times, nothing in there, not even little yogurts. The electric wall plugs are falling out of the wall in the room.
The refrigerator stopped working and the microwave never did work. Couldn’t use the drawers as they were falling apart. Other than the comfortable bed there really was in quality at all!
