The room and hotel were clean. A perk is it looks like they are in the middle of fixing the place up. Check in was easy and straight forward. With friendly staff. Although at the moment the breakfast was shut down. It seems like a temporary thing. Was in a nice central location with plenty of places to eat and shop just a short distance.

My room had roaches and gnats, and there was no light in the bathroom. I made the housekeeping crew aware and the front desk and nothing was done about either issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It also advertises free breakfast but the dining area is full of junk.

Do not stay here! There is a MAJOR roach problem! I was willing to say because I knew I wouldn't get my 140+ dollars back on my card to go to another hotel. So I asked for a clean room & to be compensated for my stay. They were unwilling & after a me asking & trying to come to a satisfactory solution few times I was told I had 20 minutes to leave or they were going to call the police. I never received my $50 deposit back either! Staff was rude & dismissed my concern about the pest problem. There is no breakfast because it's under construction. That's understandable but for the price & pest problem, it's overpriced!

Air conditioning/heating did not stay on. Luckily there was an overhead fan and it wasn’t too hot or too cold. I usually like to run a fan to be able to sleep. The toilet seat was cracked and was a bit disgusting thinking about germs. We got up in the morning for breakfast and the eating area was closed down by the health department.

The online pic is misleading. I got my room and immediately was overwhelmed by cigarette smell. I went to the front desk to ask if I could get a different room, clerk said no other rooms available. Absolutely the dirtest hotel I've ever seen! BED BUGS! Cigarette holes in the bed cover AND sheets, blood stains on the blankets. Not to mention the room looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in months. All the furnishings were old and nasty looking. After the bed bugs I refused to stay there. The front desk guy was rude. Did credit my money though (2-3 days). Got even more rude when I took a photo of their business name hanging on the wall. DO NOT BOOK HERE, you will regret it!!

The gentleman at check in was friendly. The condition of the hotel is ran down. Carpets nasty. No ac in the main part of the building. Smelled like tobacco smoke. No continental breakfast. No coffee pot in the room. No microwave. And I paid extra for a kitchen. There was a stove top mounted in the counter. I don't believe it worked. And I'd be afraid to use it. The only thing good about this stay is the bed, shower, and toilet were clean. Not worth the $161 I paid.

Quick trip on a budget and it was perfect for us

I can't recommend this place enough. It was super clean and the staff was kind and courteous. It was a few miles away at most from everything we wanted to do. The whirlpool tub worked perfectly and was amazing at the end of long hot days. The veteran parking showed respect and made it so much easier for my old disabled veteran self to get my things in and out of the hotel. It appeared they were busy making even more improvements to the property during our stay, so I'm looking forward to our next stay.

Super 8 is not on our list anymore!

When we arrived this lobby was full of boxes on crates. My wife noticed a foul odor. The clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room ended up being terrible. It smelled in the room. The toilet seat was cracked. The need had a large dent hole in the mattress. The two chairs at the round table were filthy. I sat down on one of them and back of the chair started to give away. We went out for dinner came back, got our luggage and told the clerk 2 could not stay in our room and did not want another one.

This hotel either needs a complete renovation or needs to be converted to apartments. The fixtures are old and scratched up. The blanket and the curtain had what I think were cigarette burns in them. There was mold in the bathroom and the drains were emitting a smell.

I booked the hotel for 5 nights from 28th june and paid fully through expedia. But for flight delay i reached there on 29th morning. They said they canceled my reservation since i didn't appear on time. So i had to book the hotel again separately and paid separately as well. But, xpedia charged me for 5nights whereas i didn't stay there a single night through them and the hotel didn't allow my and also didn't give the refund. What kind of scamming is that.

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill quickly. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. When I finally got to my room, it was far from clean — the bathroom was dirty, the towels looked used, and there was a strong musty odor throughout the space.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and when I called the front desk for assistance, they never followed up. I barely got any sleep because of the noise from the hallway and thin walls. Housekeeping never came, despite multiple requests.

Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — definitely not worth the money or the stress.

The smell was just horrible, I finished feeling sick! NEVER AGAIN

Was charged a deposit fee twice on My debit card shouldn't of checked in at all. Roaches dead on floor carpet was so nasty and stunk. This was the worst experience in a hotel that I have ever had. We should have turned around when the parking lot was full of holes, but we walked into the propped front door anyway... The whole place reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. There is no elevator and though we asked about handicap accessible (and,they said yes), we had to climb the stairs and go all the way to the end of the hallway for our room. Some part of me expected the room to be clean even with the blackened carpet throughout the rest... it was not. It still smelled of smoke and we kept coughing even after getting the window open. So, I was willing to look past the cigarette burns in the comforter and suck it up for a cheap stay, but when i asked for airfreshener at the front desk, I was given tile cleaner. That was when I decided we just couldn't stay. POW's have better accommodations. We were there for 10 minutes or less and could not get a refund for the room. I literally told people walking in that noone should stay there.

The hotels.com offered a late check out at 1pm for a additional charge of $20 when we told the man at the front desk this and even showed him the information on the app he said no that is was $40 and even though he was looking right at it he said they don't offer that option and then denied our request. The parking lot was sketchy and really tight. The Jacuzzi tub handles were broken and the carpet was sticky. the walls were thin neighbors were up taking all night and we could hear them through the wall.

Worst experience of my life it was so bad i checked out and went home a day early.firstly it was dirty had a bad oder cigarette holes all in the bed spread half the lights didnt work it was very noisy part of the time and For breakfast all they had was coffee a stale nasty dime size muffin and a sketchy fruit cup my daughter came to drop off my keys and they kicked her out before she could even get to my room because they have a no visitor's no exception policy which she wasnt staying . They threatened me with kicking me out 3 times they screamed and cussed at me. They made me feel very very uncomfortable that i couldn't sleep so i packed up and went home

I think the hotel could be cleaner, have newer towels, sheets, pillow cases. There were stains on the linen and I had hair on the back of one of my pillows. The carpet was coming up on the stairs and in the carpet. The card holder paper for the key to my room had been reused at least 3 times and was worn and stained.

There is a speaker vent to talk to staff and area to slide your tranasactions under rhe glass which should have been our first clue on the area of this property. The gentleman checking us in was friendly. The carpeted floors were filthy leading to the rooms. In the room, it didnt take long for the cockroaches to come out. We told the front desk we weren't staying and he did not seemed surprised. He offered us another room. We are pretty sure cockroaches don't check into one room at a time. How can this be a property that is suggested through expedia?

He threatened me to call the police on me for no reason and there was some property of mine was stolen and of the deposit money. This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever been thru, that skinny toothless Indian was hiding behind the cage acting like a bully bad ass from behind the cage was disrespectful and didn’t refund my money, I wish I could write what I wanna write but my review will not submit, this hotel need to be shutdown or new management, I called the police and got them involved, if you don’t care for safety then this is your spot, for people that care for their safety please do yourself a favor and spend extra $30 and go elsewhere, from the second walking in I felt very uncomfortable with the weed smell and the type of activities and people that were booking the room all looked shady, manager you will get what you deserve soon, at the end your nobody without the clients.
